The veterinarian that examined my fur baby was Dr. Carey Zumpano. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I could tell his profession is his passion. The hospital is very clean and welcoming and it's obvious that all of the employees are animal lovers. We have also seen 3 different vets at their facility and they have all been incredibly kind and knowledgeable with our dog.

This review is long overdue. Dr. Z and his staff saved our puppy's life 5 years ago. He was 8 weeks old, and only had him for 2 days. We spent the previous night at Pet ER (going once, coming home only to return as symptoms worsened) and they finally were able to see a bladder stone blocking these urethra. They tried to flush it out but were unsuccessful. They gave us option to take our pup to our regular vet. Only we weren't supposed to see Dr. Z until the following week. When we called Dr. Z 's staff told us to come right in. I remember dropping our pup off and that they would consult with ER staff and said we should go home and rest. Not long after that, Dr. Z called and advised our pup was in danger and needed surgery as bladder ruptured and in danger of sepsis. Dr. Z was compassionate and understood we hadn't even met yet. He was reassuring!Few hours later he called and we were able to visit our little guy. Surgery was a success!After recovering, our dog is great! 5 years later he loves going to the vet, sitting on the scale and getting treats! He's a good boy and I wouldn't trust anyone else with him!Much love to the PAH staff!

We recently moved to the area and needed a vet for our Labrador for routine care. We made a late day appointment and although we arrived with only 5 minutes to spare, the staff got us started without delay. The nurse was great and our dog warmed to her immediately. We were given plenty of information and pricing in a clear manner with no "sales" pushiness. The vet conducted a thorough exam and the price was very reasonable. Overall, one of the best vet experiences we have ever had.

I brought my pup, Bella, in for a spay. This was our first time at Pikesville Animal Hospital as my primary vet doesn't offer laparoscopic spay. The staff checked us in quick and immediately took us back for a thorough exam and description of the spay that they offer. At lunchtime the vet called and informed me that my pup was a rockstar during the procedure and would be able to be picked up after work. They even called the next day to check in and have done a few times post-op. When Bella's behavior started to change I called the vet that did the procedure and they asked me to bring her in to make sure she was okay and they reassured me that she is taking her good ole time to heal and that her world and hormones are changing so nothing was to be worried about. Thank you PAH for taking such good care of us! You guys are great!
I will recommend PAH to friends and family looking for pet care!

I was new to area and needed to find a new vet. Luckily, I found Pikesville AH. Absolutely wonderful. Two weeks after my 14 year old mini doxen first visit, she blew a disc in her back. They made the time to see her quickly and gave me several options for treatment. I chose conservative treatment and high hopes. She may walk a little sideways which I call her bent chassis but she is pain free and well loved again. Highly recommend them!

Wonderful animal hospital and one of the VERY few who do laparoscopic ovariectomies (removing the ovaries only) for a spay instead of the uterus as well. My dog had an incision the size of a pencil eraser and was ready to go home an hour after the procedure. The staff, nurses, and docs were all fantastic here - highly recommend and would return in a minute!

In recently switched bets for my 2 year old male cockapoo. Let me say the service was awesome at the time of our visit and all of my questions were answered during my appt. I didn't have any problems just routine shots. I also appreciate that they offer grooming services which I love because other mega stores that grooming animals, I've always felt as though it was rushed and my poor dog came back with clipper burns and missing patches of hair. I've taken my dog to Pikesville Animal hospital for grooming and I myself can say he looks like a competition ready pooch lol. I would recommend Pikesville Vet Clinic to anyone with a dog.

I found my little dachshund (Charlie) on May 28th of this year. I was seeing another vet in the area but due to a disagreement over something I made the decision to move my pup (and 2 cats) to Pikesville Animal Hospital and am delighted with their professionalism and service. I always get a call the next day after a visit to make sure everything is okay and his grooming visits with Dorrie are a very special time for him. The vets/techs and office staff are courteous, caring and very willing to spend whatever time you need.
Sadly my recommendation has changed. I still like Dr. Zampano and if we visit with him I hope we can stay. I have been very disappointed in the service since Dr. Papke left the practice and will only see Dr. Zampano from now on or find a new practice

Pikesville Animal Hospital offers the most reasonably priced laparoscopic procedure I could find when I decided on a preventive gastropexy for my German Shepherd boy along with being neutered. Dr. Zumpano, who performed the procedure is extremely kind, caring and understanding and Dr. Covert was very helpful and answered my emailed questions promptly and thoroughly. The staff all took excellent care of my precious boy. The surgery went well but my boy was a very difficult patient who was hyperactive and incessantly tried to lick his incisions after surgery and ended up needing additional surgery as well as several rechecks. They did not charge me for all the extra work they had to do to ensure a proper recovery. I felt that all the Pikesville Animal Hospital doctors and staff genuinely cared about my pet€s wellbeing, as well as being very courteous and efficient.

I can't say enough about Dr Carey Zumpano and his awesome staff, I tear up thinking about how compassionate they are!! They were there for my family when our Furbaby was injured badly during an attack on her she suffered while she went out for her 1:00 am potty break. We called around and finally was able to get an emergency visit right away I can't say enough about their services, they truly love animals and the understand they are your family..the surgery performed was amazing and our Furbaby healed wonderfully under their guidance and advice for caring for her afterward. I'm also in the animal care business and have been for 30+ years as a groomer, it's been a long time since I met a veterinarian and staff so caring, they worry more about your pets health and helping in very difficult situations they treated us like family, I will always refer their services they were there for my family and I will always hold that experience in my heart. You won't be disappointed in trusting your Furbaby in there care..

I am a Combat Veteran of USMC Operation iraqi Freedom and also Endurance Freedom
I have A Therapy/service dog.
My dog was attacked on her own front porch around 1a.m this morning on 9/09/2016 she had her eye lid almost ripped off by some dog on the next street that came onto my porch..
So i called around to 24 hour vet offices and they wanted basically my Kidney and my car note.
I waited until early this a.m and called Dr Zumpano and spoke with his staff..
The nicest and sweetest staff i have ever had the privilege of meeting..
I explained that i am in no way shape or form Rich and didnt have alot of money to get her help..
But she is my therapy/service dog.
And she has never let me suffer so i couldn't let her..
Dr. Zumpano worked with me when no one else would..
He listened to me he understood where i was coming from. And how seen how much she means to me.
And his actions almost well cant say almost it did make me Tear up a bit. But almost made me cry not out of being hurt. But being relieved that someone out their is understanding and respectful and kind and honest and truly has a heart of GOLD..
The weight of stress was lifted when he and i talked about helping her..
The surgery was done.. and it's Amazing Couldnt even tell her eyelid was ripped off at all..
I would definitely recommend this place and his service's to ANYONE who love's their animal's.
Many places will bleed you dry without a smile..
This establishment here will not do that..
Instead they will treat you with the utmost respect and honesty...
I give this place 10 star's if i could.
So 5 out of 5 will have to do then..

This dog and cat owner to more than 8 has spent tens of thousands (not a typo) between emergency rooms and local vets. Dr. Zumpano (hereforto referred to as "Dr. Z") is so highly educated and skilled that he puts specialty vets to shame. I just lucked out when I got his name from a friend. My beloved Peetie was front declawed ... I am fully ashamed now...... A vet with 30+ years performed it 5 yrs ago,. but did not do the declawing the correct way resulting in regrowth of these nail cells causing absess,.pain,. swelling bleeding.
DR. Z is not just a vet. He is a skilled micro surgeon. HIS FACILITY? I would have liposuction there if he offered it. His dental practice is more sophisticated than my own dentist.
So back to my beloved Peety. He sedated him and went one-by-one.. like searching for a grain of sand, he removed every spec of nail cell left over by the previous vet!! Peety came home and recooped for a few days and he is A BRAND NEW BOY.. He used to sleep up high on my armoire...Now? He is on my lap.. kneeding me with his new Dr. Z designer toes!!
How much do I love this vet? When someone makes your life more secure by taking such exceptional care of the ones you love.. The value is immeasurable. He just cleaned my dog Dingos teeth yesterday,. and he was groomed and deshedded,. I was in tears when I saw him.. The staff literally adopts your pet..... when you see a tech kiss your dog on the mouth? THATS a keeper!!

Our cat needed emergency care. Our personal vet advised us to go to Pikesville Animal Hospital. We were told that our cat had a blood clot and his chances of survival were minimal. Because our beloved cat was in pain, we made the difficult decision to put him down. This is an excellent clinic in every way. The veterinarians are exceptional and the staff are professional, friendly and competent. The clinic is clean, efficiently run and located in a nice area. The prices are also very fair, particularly if you have a puppy or kitten, as you can bring pets in for vaccinations on Thursday evenings (walk in, no appt needed) without having to pay an "exam fee" on top of vaccination costs. Our dog had an ongoing health problem and we were treated with caring and a true desire to help the situation in any way possible. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!
UPDATE! We have been going here for 3 years now. Gets better each visit. Love it here.

I went to this vet one time and thank goodness I got a second opinion for my dog which caused me to switch to Old Court Animal Hospital. We had just adopted my dog who was only about a year or two old and we found a lump on his side. Dr. Z took a biopsy, which came back negative, but was still concerned about it so said we had to have it surgically removed because it could be precancerous, etc. This was all so expensive but most importantly, going to hurt/be traumatic for my dog. Due to his young age, everyone I mentioned it to said it sounded unusual so I should get a second opinion. Thankfully I found the fantastic Dr. Kudjik at Old Court. This "tumor" they were going to slice off my dog at Pikesville Animal Hospital was an infection!!! I got some ointment and it was gone in three days. Money hungry or incompetent or both? I would never go back.

When I moved here from California I was worried I couldn't find a UC Davis trained vet, then I found Dr. Zumpano. My two rescued senior kitties are in very good hands. No extra testing, and the whole staff is very caring and empathetic. One of my cats turns into a tiger at the vet's-- growling, hissing, attempting to scratch, but they are very gentle with him and take their time. I drive from South Baltimore to go there, but it's worth it!

After doing absolutely nothing to treat his ruptured lipoma, Dr Zympano charged me $70 which included "hospitalization" - meaning my dog had been there over 2 hrs. Yes he had been there 2 1/2 hrs. If he really felt nothing could be done to help my dog he should not have charged me so much. And doing absolutely nothing was unconscionable. Even cleaning & dressing the wound and giving a vitamin shot would have been helpful. As it was my dog & I left traumatized and it was days before we could see another vet.

are dedicated beyond anything I've ever seen. I am always able to get an appointment quickly and I never specify a doctor because I consider them all to be TOP NOTCH!

I almost don't want other people to know.. for fear that they will become SO overgrown. Its not just Dr. Z... Dr. Papki (I know I spelled that wrong) she is INCREDIBLE.. At the recommendation of a friend who has been going to the Pikesville animal hospital for the last few years, I took my new puppy there, even though it is a 30 min drive, and was very pleased with my experience and I shall certainly be returning there for his future care. Arriving 45 mins early I received a warm welcome and was immediately taken back to the examination room. The vet tech was friendly and helpful and didn't blink when my puppy peed on her and they even gave him a complimentary nail clipping. The vet, Dr Hinman, was extremely thorough and helpful. He dealt calmly with my growling beast! and took a long time to discuss my puppy and all of the aspects of his care and training. I felt very comfortable with him and he was not at all judgmental or pushy (as some previous vet experiences have been). Everyone I dealt with was friendly and interested in my pet. No one tried to push me to buy anything or have any procedures that I hadn't planned on. I was happy with the price and even received a $25 discount because I had filled in my info online on pet portal.I was extremely happy with my experience at Pikesville Animal Hospital and have already recommended them to friends.

Utterly amazing! I cannot say that enough about Dr. Zumpano and his staff. If you love your pets, you shouldn't take them anywhere else but here.We started taking our two dogs to Dr. Zumpano after a couple neighbors highly recommended Pikesville Animal Hospital. Our first time in was for a couple of routine shots for one dog and a first vet visit for our newly rescued one. Dr. Zumpano was incredibly patient with us as we discussed our adopted dog's background, his seizure medication, and so on. He even talked us through what shots our second dog needed and which others could be optional. We left feeling like we finally found the perfect vet, which was only further solidified the following day when someone at his office called to check in on how our dog was reacting to the multiple shots he received!Fast forward to these past couple weeks where one of our dogs became very ill and had to spend a whole day at the vet's office. When I dropped him off, Chrissy told me to feel free to call them at any time to check in on my dog. But I didn't even have to because Dr. Zumpano made it a point to call me throughout the day with progress updates. Since then, I've received a check up call every other day from Dr. Zumpano inquiring about my dog's progress and giving me updates on various test results and consults with specialists, all the while answering any and all questions I have about his condition, medication, etc. I can honestly say I haven't found a medical professional for myself and my family who is a quarter as attentive and compassionate as Dr. Zumpano, but I am certainly grateful that I've found him for my dogs.

This place is amazing! We take both of our cats here, and they're always friendly and professional. Dr. Z answers any questions readily, and a week after our first appointment with them they actually sent us a letter telling us that they have an open door policy, and that you can go in and tour the hospital any time you wish. The prices are reasonable, and the animals don't seem to mind it very much, as far as going to the vet goes!

This review is long overdue. Dr. Z and his staff saved our puppy's life 5 years ago. He was 8 weeks old, and only had him for 2 days. We spent the previous night at Pet ER (going once, coming home only to return as symptoms worsened) and they finally were able to see a bladder stone blocking these urethra. They tried to flush it out but were unsuccessful. They gave us option to take our pup to our regular vet. Only we weren't supposed to see Dr. Z until the following week. When we called Dr. Z 's staff told us to come right in. I remember dropping our pup off and that they would consult with ER staff and said we should go home and rest. Not long after that, Dr. Z called and advised our pup was in danger and needed surgery as bladder ruptured and in danger of sepsis. Dr. Z was compassionate and understood we hadn't even met yet. He was reassuring!Few hours later he called and we were able to visit our little guy. Surgery was a success!After recovering, our dog is great! 5 years later he loves going to the vet, sitting on the scale and getting treats! He's a good boy and I wouldn't trust anyone else with him!Much love to the PAH staff!

We recently moved to the area and needed a vet for our Labrador for routine care. We made a late day appointment and although we arrived with only 5 minutes to spare, the staff got us started without delay. The nurse was great and our dog warmed to her immediately. We were given plenty of information and pricing in a clear manner with no "sales" pushiness. The vet conducted a thorough exam and the price was very reasonable. I brought my pup, Bella, in for a spay. This was our first time at Pikesville Animal Hospital as my primary vet doesn't offer laparoscopic spay. The staff checked us in quick and immediately took us back for a thorough exam and description of the spay that they offer. At lunchtime the vet called and informed me that my pup was a rockstar during the procedure and would be able to be picked up after work. They even called the next day to check in and have done a few times post-op. When Bella's behavior started to change I called the vet that did the procedure and they asked me to bring her in to make sure she was okay and they reassured me that she is taking her good ole time to heal and that her world and hormones are changing so nothing was to be worried about. Thank you PAH for taking such good care of us! You guys are great!
I will recommend PAH to friends and family looking for pet care!

I was new to area and needed to find a new vet. Luckily, I found Pikesville AH. Absolutely wonderful. Two weeks after my 14 year old mini doxen first visit, she blew a disc in her back. They made the time to see her quickly and gave me several options for treatment. I chose conservative treatment and high hopes. Wonderful animal hospital and one of the VERY few who do laparoscopic ovariectomies (removing the ovaries only) for a spay instead of the uterus as well. My dog had an incision the size of a pencil eraser and was ready to go home an hour after the procedure. The staff, nurses, and docs were all fantastic here - highly recommend and would return in a minute!

In recently switched bets for my 2 year old male cockapoo. Let me say the service was awesome at the time of our visit and all of my questions were answered during my appt. I didn't have any problems just routine shots. I also appreciate that they offer grooming services which I love because other mega stores that grooming animals, I've always felt as though it was rushed and my poor dog came back with clipper burns and missing patches of hair. I've taken my dog to Pikesville Animal hospital for grooming and I myself can say he looks like a competition ready pooch lol. I would recommend Pikesville Vet Clinic to anyone with a dog.

I found my little dachshund (Charlie) on May 28th of this year. I was seeing another vet in the area but due to a disagreement over something I made the decision to move my pup (and 2 cats) to Pikesville Animal Hospital and am delighted with their professionalism and service. I always get a call the next day after a visit to make sure everything is okay and his grooming visits with Dorrie are a very special time for him. The vets/techs and office staff are courteous, caring and very willing to spend whatever time you need.
Sadly my recommendation has changed. I still like Dr. Zampano and if we visit with him I hope we can stay. I have been very disappointed in the service since Dr. Papke left the practice and will only see Dr. Zampano from now on or find a new practice

Pikesville Animal Hospital offers the most reasonably priced laparoscopic procedure I could find when I decided on a preventive gastropexy for my German Shepherd boy along with being neutered. Dr. Zumpano, who performed the procedure is extremely kind, caring and understanding and Dr. Covert was very helpful and answered my emailed questions promptly and thoroughly. The staff all took excellent care of my precious boy. The surgery went well but my boy was a very difficult patient who was hyperactive and incessantly tried to lick his incisions after surgery and ended up needing additional surgery as well as several rechecks. They did not charge me for all the extra work they had to do to ensure a proper recovery. I felt that all the Pikesville Animal Hospital doctors and staff genuinely cared about my pet€s wellbeing, as well as being very courteous and efficient.

I can't say enough about Dr Carey Zumpano and his awesome staff, I tear up thinking about how compassionate they are!! They were there for my family when our Furbaby was injured badly during an attack on her she suffered while she went out for her 1:00 am potty break. We called around and finally was able to get an emergency visit right away I can't say enough about their services, they truly love animals and the understand they are your family..the surgery performed was amazing and our Furbaby healed wonderfully under their guidance and advice for caring for her afterward. I'm also in the animal care business and have been for 30+ years as a groomer, it's been a long time since I met a veterinarian and staff so caring, they worry more about your pets health and helping in very difficult situations they treated us like family, I will always refer their services they were there for my family and I will always hold that experience in my heart. You won't be disappointed in trusting your Furbaby in there care..

My dog was attacked on her own front porch around 1a.m this morning on 9/09/2016 she had her eye lid almost ripped off by some dog on the next street that came onto my porch..
So i called around to 24 hour vet offices and they wanted basically my Kidney and my car note.
I waited until early this a.m and called Dr Zumpano and spoke with his staff..
The nicest and sweetest staff i have ever had the privilege of meeting..
I explained that i am in no way shape or form Rich and didnt have alot of money to get her help..
But she is my therapy/service dog.
And she has never let me suffer so i couldn't let her..
Dr. Zumpano worked with me when no one else would..
He listened to me he understood where i was coming from. And how seen how much she means to me.

The surgery was done.. and it's Amazing Couldnt even tell her eyelid was ripped off at all..
I would definitely recommend this place and his service's to ANYONE who love's their animal's.
Many places will bleed you dry without a smile..
This establishment here will not do that..
Instead they will treat you with the utmost respect and honesty...

This dog and cat owner to more than 8 has spent tens of thousands (not a typo) between emergency rooms and local vets. Dr. Zumpano (hereforto referred to as "Dr. Z") is so highly educated and skilled that he puts specialty vets to shame. I just lucked out when I got his name from a friend. My beloved Peetie was front declawed ... I am fully ashamed now...... A vet with 30+ years performed it 5 yrs ago,. but did not do the declawing the correct way resulting in regrowth of these nail cells causing absess,.pain,. swelling bleeding.
DR. Z is not just a vet. He is a skilled micro surgeon. HIS FACILITY? I would have liposuction there if he offered it. His dental practice is more sophisticated than my own dentist.
So back to my beloved Peety. He sedated him and went one-by-one.. like searching for a grain of sand, he removed every spec of nail cell left over by the previous vet!! Peety came home and recooped for a few days and he is A BRAND NEW BOY.. He used to sleep up high on my armoire...Now? He is on my lap.. kneeding me with his new Dr. Z designer toes!!
How much do I love this vet? When someone makes your life more secure by taking such exceptional care of the ones you love.. The value is immeasurable. He just cleaned my dog Dingos teeth yesterday,. and he was groomed and deshedded,. I was in tears when I saw him.. The staff literally adopts your pet..... when you see a tech kiss your dog on the mouth? THATS a keeper!!

Because our beloved cat was in pain, we made the difficult decision to put him down. This is an excellent clinic in every way. The veterinarians are exceptional and the staff are professional, friendly and competent. The clinic is clean, efficiently run and located in a nice area. The prices are also very fair, particularly if you have a puppy or kitten, as you can bring pets in for vaccinations on Thursday evenings (walk in, no appt needed) without having to pay an "exam fee" on top of vaccination costs. Our dog had an ongoing health problem and we were treated with caring and a true desire to help the situation in any way possible. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!
UPDATE! We have been going here for 3 years now. Gets better each visit. Love it here.

I went to this vet one time and thank goodness I got a second opinion for my dog which caused me to switch to Old Court Animal Hospital. We had just adopted my dog who was only about a year or two old and we found a lump on his side. Dr. Z took a biopsy, which came back negative, but was still concerned about it so said we had to have it surgically removed because it could be precancerous, etc. This was all so expensive but most importantly, going to hurt/be traumatic for my dog. Due to his young age, everyone I mentioned it to said it sounded unusual so I should get a second opinion. Thankfully I found the fantastic Dr. Kudjik at Old Court. This "tumor" they were going to slice off my dog at Pikesville Animal Hospital was an infection!!! I got some ointment and it was gone in three days. Money hungry or incompetent or both? I would never go back.

When I moved here from California I was worried I couldn't find a UC Davis trained vet, then I found Dr. Zumpano. My two rescued senior kitties are in very good hands. No extra testing, and the whole staff is very caring and empathetic. One of my cats turns into a tiger at the vet's-- growling, hissing, attempting to scratch, but they are very gentle with him and take their time. I drive from South Baltimore to go there, but it's worth it!

I had a very upsetting experience with Dr Zympano and my old dog. After doing absolutely nothing to treat his ruptured lipoma, Dr Zympano charged me $70 which included "hospitalization" - meaning my dog had been there over 2 hrs. Yes he had been there 2 1/2 hrs. If he really felt nothing could be done to help my dog he should not have charged me so much. And doing absolutely nothing was unconscionable. Even cleaning & dressing the wound and giving a vitamin shot would have been helpful. As it was my dog & I left traumatized and it was days before we could see another vet.

are dedicated beyond anything I've ever seen. I am always able to get an appointment quickly and I never specify a doctor because I consider them all to be TOP NOTCH!
I am so thankful to have these fine doctors so close to my home-it certainly puts my mind at ease.
If you haven't taken your pet there yet, you really should.
And for the one reviewer who accused them of writing their own reviews-you need to get a life and lose the nasty attitude! People like you aren't happy unless you aren't happy!

I almost don't want other people to know.. for fear that they will become SO overgrown. Its not just Dr. Z... Dr. Papki (I know I spelled that wrong) she is INCREDIBLE.. At the recommendation of a friend who has been going to the Pikesville animal hospital for the last few years, I took my new puppy there, even though it is a 30 min drive, and was very pleased with my experience and I shall certainly be returning there for his future care. Arriving 45 mins early I received a warm welcome and was immediately taken back to the examination room. The vet tech was friendly and helpful and didn't blink when my puppy peed on her and they even gave him a complimentary nail clipping. The vet, Dr Hinman, was extremely thorough and helpful. He dealt calmly with my growling beast! and took a long time to discuss my puppy and all of the aspects of his care and training. I felt very comfortable with him and he was not at all judgmental or pushy (as some previous vet experiences have been). Everyone I dealt with was friendly and interested in my pet. No one tried to push me to buy anything or have any procedures that I hadn't planned on. I was happy with the price and even received a $25 discount because I had filled in my info online on pet portal.I was extremely happy with my experience at Pikesville Animal Hospital and have already recommended them to friends.

Utterly amazing! I cannot say that enough about Dr. Zumpano and his staff. If you love your pets, you shouldn't take them anywhere else but here.We started taking our two dogs to Dr. Zumpano after a couple neighbors highly recommended Pikesville Animal Hospital. Our first time in was for a couple of routine shots for one dog and a first vet visit for our newly rescued one. Dr. Zumpano was incredibly patient with us as we discussed our adopted dog's background, his seizure medication, and so on. He even talked us through what shots our second dog needed and which others could be optional. We left feeling like we finally found the perfect vet, which was only further solidified the following day when someone at his office called to check in on how our dog was reacting to the multiple shots he received!Fast forward to these past couple weeks where one of our dogs became very ill and had to spend a whole day at the vet's office. When I dropped him off, Chrissy told me to feel free to call them at any time to check in on my dog. But I didn't even have to because Dr. Zumpano made it a point to call me throughout the day with progress updates. Since then, I've received a check up call every other day from Dr. Zumpano inquiring about my dog's progress and giving me updates on various test results and consults with specialists, all the while answering any and all questions I have about his condition, medication, etc. I can honestly say I haven't found a medical professional for myself and my family who is a quarter as attentive and compassionate as Dr. Zumpano, but I am certainly grateful that I've found him for my dogs.

This place is amazing! We take both of our cats here, and they're always friendly and professional. Dr. Z answers any questions readily, and a week after our first appointment with them they actually sent us a letter telling us that they have an open door policy, and that you can go in and tour the hospital any time you wish. The prices are reasonable, and the animals don't seem to mind it very much, as far as going to the vet goes!
