So we had a puppy crisis. Won't go into to much puppy poop details but she was crying and yelping and running around and we couldn't get her to feel better. We called VCA in a panic because we didn't know what was wrong. They told us to rush right over. They had us back within a minute or two of arriving, got our baby feeling all better, told us how to help her in future and prevent it from happening again, and checked to make sure there were no bigger problems. They were so great and we'd recommend them to anyone!

We have a new kitten and needed to have a vet check. We have chosen the VCA as it was close to hour house and we did not want to tavel far to the vet that we used to see with our other cats.
The place was is very beautifully located and very conveniently near the animal shelter in Rockville. Very easy to find, very easy to access, very easy to park which is always a great plus for me as I don't like complciated trips to the vet when I need to go for the visit. It is literarly on Gude Drive, The customer service was brilliant, the ladies made us feel welcome and comfortable, the warm and honest smile on their faces made us feeling really comfortable as they were helping us go over the paper work.
It was helpful to keep us informed as to wate time as the kitty was bit anxious.The wait time was very short.
We saw Dr. Davis. Extemely kind, helfpful and warm person, It was so gereat to have him as our doctor as he vas not only extemely professional but also had great personality and expalined us all the things and answered all our question without giving us the feel that we are rushed.
He was very gentle and loving towards our cat and this was wonderful.
He was extremaly kind and sweet.
I highly recommend the place and Dr. Davis as he made us feel confident htat we have best care we could think of. Our cat felt very rleaxed and happy durin ghe check up so we are sure that the kitty approved his new doc as well

We called VCA in a panic because we didn't know what was wrong. They told us to rush right over. We have a new kitten and needed to have a vet check. We have chosen the VCA as it was close to hour house and we did not want to tavel far to the vet that we used to see with our other cats.
