Dr. Ogunyemi is incompetent and teaches her staff the same. She is only concerned about making money and NOT your animal(S). Question: if you were a veterinarian and a customer came in to get a pet certificate to travel that is only valid for 10 DAYS, and they also came in that day to get a rabies vaccination that they could not use for 21 DAYS, would you still as a DOCTOR WITH ANY INTEGRITY FOR ANIMALS, charge your customer $50 for a pet certificate you KNOW they could not use??? And then when they contact you to get a refund because you did not explain the POINTLESSNESS of the certificate, you do not issue one, or at least another one after the vaccination is valid so that their pet can travel? As someone with over 10 YEARS of customer service experience, I know how to give great service and I also know what it looks like. Dr. O and her staff are one of a kind. I had x-rays done on my 7 month old puppy who was limping. The radiologist requested that he get additional x-rays sedated. Dr. O's team fit me in immediately. They even burned his x-rays to a CD and provided them to me at no cost to bring to the orthopedic surgeon's appointment.Did I mention, that the vet tech absolutely adores animals. Every time that I go in, she pets and loves on him. He's drooled, shed, and slobbered on her so much yet she'll continue to comfort and pet him. They also make a point to follow up with you the day after each appointment to make sure that everything is going well.Dr. O went above and beyond with dealing with my pet insurance. We had to go back and forth numerous times with regards to his claim. She personally called and spoke with the auditor and helped me work through the entire appeal process. I truly believe most veterinarians would NOT take the time out of their day to do something like this. I am sincerely happy that I found this vet. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for someone that truly cares about the health of your dog. Read Less

This was only the 2nd time we had been to Paw Prints. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs. Today our sweet lab mix Jazzy Girl came for an ear issue. I could not be there so my husband went alone. Of course he called me 10 times for simple info about Jazzy and this simple visit totaled almost $300.00 . Instead of getting a 3 year rabies shot, she got a 1 year shot and a return date of 1 year. At that time she will get a 3 year shot. Why not just get the 3 yr. shot today and come back in 3 years? Why pay $25.00 now for a 1yr and pay another $25.00 in a year for another? All in all the pricing was expensive. Our other 5 animals will not be seen there.. Their prices have gone up a lot in the past 2 years. Read Less

Great vet and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have late hours that really make it convenient for those working between 8 AM and 5 PM. It takes the stress out of being able to get your pet to the vet. Read Less

I brought my cat Gracie here for an exam to be spayed. I was told by a previous vet that she had a heart murmur and that spaying her would be tricky. When I brought her in they did the exam. They confirmed she had a heart murmur but after examining our options the vet said she felt comfortable doing the spay. The day I dropped her off I was a mess and the vet tech Lakeria (sp.) Assured me that Gracie would be OK and she would take care of her. When I came to pick her up they were very attentive to my needs and explained what I needed to do at home to make sure Gracie had a successful recovery. Being such a tricky operation I'm glad I brought her here. This was a positive experience for me. Given Gracie is a part of our family. I plan to come here for all of our pet needs. Dr. Ogunyemi is truly an awesome veterinarian. She has taken great care of our old man senior cat when he got sick. They get you in quickly and don't add a bunch of different charges for nonsense. When Jasper (our senior cat) got sick, she took care of the problem quickly and it didn't break the bank. When he got a URI a couple of weeks later, she saw us quickly, without an appointment, and took great care to make sure our furbaby was ok. Her office checks up on their patients too. She also took great care of our kitten when it was time for first shots and spaying. I strongly recommend this little practice located in Rosedale. Additionally, they do take Care Credit, so it is nice and convenient. Read Less

Our dog is a rescue with anxiety disorder. She loves it here! We've had her for two years and we come here regularly for boarding and medical attention. When she see's the tech, she lights up and her tail goes wild! I stay in the room with her for her check-ups and shots and they handle her gently and professionally. This vet is one of the WORST I have ever been to! We waited forever, both in the waiting area and in the room. Once someone (vet tech) did come in, she had no idea how to even handle a cat. He was terrified and she kept dropping him and chasing him all over the room. When she left to get the vet she turned on a promotional video to watch. I shut it off...it was soo loud- not a good environment for a terrified kitty. The kicker is when both the vet and the tech came back into the room. The tech wrapped my cat in a towel and pinned him down so the vet could examine him. At one point she literally started choking my cat. The vet had to stop what she was doing and tell the tech to not choke my cat. I was horrified! I will never go back. I don't know if it was just that one clueless tech or the whole place, but they need to be responsible for who they hire, even if it is an intern!! Read Less
