Dr. Beigel is the best! I have 3 dogs, 2 of them with recurring health problems and both are resolved. This is my 3rd vet in the past 5 years. I finally found the prefect vet for my dogs. I am so happy to have found her. My girl had bladder stones and UTI's for over 2 years with one previous surgery. Her stones dissolved and I am hopeful it's resolved. Followup in January to recheck. My boy has had ear infections for 3 years. She suggested I change food because of a possible chicken allergy. His procedure was cancelled today because he is 90% infection free. Dr. is flushing the ear and treating again. I hope he is cured too!

Bayside is the Best! Given all the stresses of COVID and the curbside regulations the office is practicing to keep clients and staff safe, all the staff have been extraordinary. I've been at their facility often over these past six months either picking up special food and meds for my aging dog and dealing with the end of life issues with my beloved cat. Each phone call and text have been dealt with in a courteous and patient manner; and they have been extremely loving toward my animals at appointment time. Dr. Bray and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring and loving and I highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work Bayside - it hasn't been easy, but you are making it look easy!

Thank you so, so much for taking your time with my dog Lance. All of the staff, including Dr. Buchanan, were excellent with our friendly but fearful pup. He's a dog that does better with me in the room keeping him calm and they let me stay, and he left a happy and healthy dog. We have had some not so great experiences lately and I was overwhelmed with happiness when I saw him wag his tail when they came back in the room, building trust. Thanks again!

After a few bad experiences at another vet I began going to Bayside on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be happier. The staff is non judgmental and the vets have great bedside manor with us and our dog. The vets always give options for treatment which is really nice for us as we want the best for our dog without killing our budget. I've moved 3 times after learning about bayside, but I'll still drive the extra 30 mins to get there because I'm so satisfied by their service.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr. Buchanan made my shy hedgehogs feel right at home. She started by letting them sniff her for a good 5 minutes each, talking to them slowly, and petting them until they came out and let her examine them. The last vet I took my older hedgehog to wouldn’t even touch her. Dr. Buchanan is great and I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Buchanan is by far an amazing doctor and beautiful person! I took my 6 year old chocolate lab mix to her after noticing she couldn't see and her right eye was inflamed. Dr. Buchanan did some tests and showed that my pup had glaucoma in both eyes and it was very painful for her. She gave us her honest opinion and said a double enucleation would be more practical than spending thousands on eye drops that could help relieve the pain but only temporarily. We knew our pup was in pain because she wasn't her playful self and would not open her eyes completely. Within days my pup was scheduled for surgery. When the day came for her surgery I was a nervous wreck but was given updates from Dr. Buchanan everytime they were preparing my pup for the next step such as blood work, anesthesia, beginning of surgery and end of surgery. Over the course of four weeks Dr. Buchanan was there for me through everything! My pup had a few minor setbacks but with every phone call Dr. Buchanan reassured me and was there for more every step of the way! Also might I add Lacy was a god send throughout the entire process! She would make sure my pup and I were okay almost everyday and helped me during the surgery and everyday after surgery! I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my pup! Thank you ladies!

I brought my grumpy old GSD here for an ear infection. He LOVED Dr. Oliver and her staff, and I did too. He can be pretty picky, especially when it comes to his ears, but he was very happy here and enjoyed the attention. I was also pleased with how quickly they were able to get us in and how thorough the doctor was with my dog, how the staff was with sorting through years of previous records ensuring he was up to date on everything, and just how welcoming they were to us on our first trip here.

I have moved many times since I adopted my 7.5 year old chihuahua, Jackson and have seen many vets in his years. I have never before been to a vet that has been so compassionate, understanding, took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my helicopter pet mom concerns. Bayside Animal Medical Center is filled with the most compassionate people. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their furry clients. Today (12-28-16) We had Dr. Buchanan do a very risky dental surgery on our 16 year old pup. Dr. Buchanan and her staff were just unbelievably accommodating to Daisy's needs. That included allowing us to be a big part of the pre op and post op procedure. We really needed to keep Daisy's anxiety to a minimum due to her severe congitive heart disease. Daisy had 11 teeth pulled and had no complications during surgery. That's all because of Dr. Buchanan's knowledge and confidence in herself to give Daisy the best care possible. We are blessed to have Dr. Buchanan and Dr.Bray be our furry babies doctors. We are forever thankful for the best care you have been giving them. Thank you for giving us more time to enjoy life with Daisy our 16 year old little girl. Highly recommend Bayside for top notch care.

I have been a client since the day Bayside open their doors. What an amazing group of Vets. Larry Steinberg has provide extraordinary care to include working with me to determine the best solution when one of my cats were ill. He is sensitive, caring and it is all about the animals. The other Vets provide the same high quality of care and I would not take my animals anywhere else unless it was an emergency where I could not reach one of them. Larry's extra special care has made my cats happy, healthy and almost all of them have lived a very long time. I do not want to forget the wonderful staff - they are the best and I have the utmost confidence in them as they have shown true caring and concerning whatever my cats have been ill and especially when it was time to end the life of one of my fur babies. I more than highly recommend this Vet..

I just recently switched to Bayside and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. My mother in law has been taking her dogs here for years but it was a bit out of the way for us since we are in Annapolis. Our King Charles, Baxter - 4 years old, had his first dental cleaning with Dr. Bray in October and they did an amazing job, not to mention the cost was 50% (if not more) less then what our old vet was going to charge. Early December he had to be put under again for a growth that wasn't identifiable. Dr. Bray did everything she could think of prior to having to put him under unnecessarily but it was needed in the end to be able to get a benign diagnosis. Dr. Bray did this surgery and Baxter did very well. Thank you Dr. Bray for your dedication to keeping our pup healthy! I highly recommend Bayside to all pet owners. Their love and care is very apparent and they do not overcharge or take advantage of every visit/procedure like other vets in the area.

It's always nice to have a friend that is a veterinary to reach out to for help, aka Dr. Bray (Alix). Although she was not the doctor that treated our dearly loved, 8-year old domestic short hair male cat, Dr. Oliver was excellent and a wonderful treat in comparison to another vet our pets have been exposed to in the past. The nurses and doctors are fantastic. We live in Upper Marlboro, MD, but it is well worth the drive to take our furry kids to what I now refer to as "petiatricians." You never appreciate the valuable expertise, until your aging pet needs reliable, competent care. Highly recommend practice.

Thank you Dr. Steinberg and the wonderful staff at Bayside for taking sure good care for my dog Frankie who had a mass cell tumor removed on his paw in December. After his surgery the vet tech called to tell me how Frankie was doing, they also called a day later to check on him. We were going to the vet almost every week to have his paw check on and each time Frankie received a warm welcome and was always given the best care. Bayside Doctors and Staff treat their patients as if they were their own pets. We also bring Frankie and Molly to get groomed and they do a great job there too.

In one word --- edit that to two words --- Dr. Bray and Dr. Oliver are caring and competent. What more could you want? Our Cavalier, Hampton, experienced a frustrating limp for eight months and I visited six veterinarians before finding Dr. Bray and her recommendation to Dr. Knapp at the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group. (There, in ten minutes, we had the answer that no one else could give.) For the next six years and counting Hampton visits both Dr. Bray and Dr. Oliver regularly. I am grateful to both doctors. I have total faith in both --- and, I don't give that easily. In fact, the entire practice there, from the front desk colleagues back, are welcoming and caring.

I took my Pomeranian to this vet and it was the best experience. The staff is friendly! One girl did call my baby a monkey and I was offended, but it was not that serious. I was just being the protective mother. By the way my Pom is Snowball white and is gorgeous! I will be sadden as I am moving all the way to White Marsh and will need to find another local Vet. You all will be missed.

Thank you so, so much for taking your time with my dog Lance. All of the staff, including Dr. Buchanan, were excellent with our friendly but fearful pup. He's a dog that does better with me in the room keeping him calm and they let me stay, and he left a happy and healthy dog. We have had some not so great experiences lately and I was overwhelmed with happiness when I saw him wag his tail when they came back in the room, building trust. Thanks again!

After a few bad experiences at another vet I began going to Bayside on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be happier. The staff is non judgmental and the vets have great bedside manor with us and our dog. The vets always give options for treatment which is really nice for us as we want the best for our dog without killing our budget. I've moved 3 times after learning about bayside, but I'll still drive the extra 30 mins to get there because I'm so satisfied by their service.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr. Buchanan made my shy hedgehogs feel right at home. She started by letting them sniff her for a good 5 minutes each, talking to them slowly, and petting them until they came out and let her examine them. The last vet I took my older hedgehog to wouldn’t even touch her. Dr. Buchanan is great and I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Buchanan is by far an amazing doctor and beautiful person! I took my 6 year old chocolate lab mix to her after noticing she couldn't see and her right eye was inflamed. Dr. Buchanan did some tests and showed that my pup had glaucoma in both eyes and it was very painful for her. She gave us her honest opinion and said a double enucleation would be more practical than spending thousands on eye drops that could help relieve the pain but only temporarily. We knew our pup was in pain because she wasn't her playful self and would not open her eyes completely. Within days my pup was scheduled for surgery. When the day came for her surgery I was a nervous wreck but was given updates from Dr. Buchanan everytime they were preparing my pup for the next step such as blood work, anesthesia, beginning of surgery and end of surgery. Over the course of four weeks Dr. Buchanan was there for me through everything! My pup had a few minor setbacks but with every phone call Dr. Buchanan reassured me and was there for more every step of the way! Also might I add Lacy was a god send throughout the entire process! She would make sure my pup and I were okay almost everyday and helped me during the surgery and everyday after surgery! I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of my pup! Thank you ladies!

I brought my grumpy old GSD here for an ear infection. He LOVED Dr. Oliver and her staff, and I did too. He can be pretty picky, especially when it comes to his ears, but he was very happy here and enjoyed the attention. I was also pleased with how quickly they were able to get us in and how thorough the doctor was with my dog, how the staff was with sorting through years of previous records ensuring he was up to date on everything, and just how welcoming they were to us on our first trip here.

I have moved many times since I adopted my 7.5 year old chihuahua, Jackson and have seen many vets in his years. I have never before been to a vet that has been so compassionate, understanding, took the time to listen and genuinely cared about my helicopter pet mom concerns. I will never take Jackson anywhere else after our visit today. I cannot say enough about this place and their people. If your pet is your world, bring him or her here.

Bayside Animal Medical Center is filled with the most compassionate people. The entire staff goes above and beyond for their furry clients. Today (12-28-16) We had Dr. Buchanan do a very risky dental surgery on our 16 year old pup. Dr. Buchanan and her staff were just unbelievably accommodating to Daisy's needs. That included allowing us to be a big part of the pre op and post op procedure. We really needed to keep Daisy's anxiety to a minimum due to her severe congitive heart disease. Daisy had 11 teeth pulled and had no complications during surgery. That's all because of Dr. Buchanan's knowledge and confidence in herself to give Daisy the best care possible. We are blessed to have Dr. Buchanan and Dr.Bray be our furry babies doctors. We are forever thankful for the best care you have been giving them. Thank you for giving us more time to enjoy life with Daisy our 16 year old little girl. Highly recommend Bayside for top notch care.

I have been a client since the day Bayside open their doors. What an amazing group of Vets. Larry Steinberg has provide extraordinary care to include working with me to determine the best solution when one of my cats were ill. He is sensitive, caring and it is all about the animals. The other Vets provide the same high quality of care and I would not take my animals anywhere else unless it was an emergency where I could not reach one of them. Larry's extra special care has made my cats happy, healthy and almost all of them have lived a very long time. I do not want to forget the wonderful staff - they are the best and I have the utmost confidence in them as they have shown true caring and concerning whatever my cats have been ill and especially when it was time to end the life of one of my fur babies. I just recently switched to Bayside and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. My mother in law has been taking her dogs here for years but it was a bit out of the way for us since we are in Annapolis. Our King Charles, Baxter - 4 years old, had his first dental cleaning with Dr. Bray in October and they did an amazing job, not to mention the cost was 50% (if not more) less then what our old vet was going to charge. Early December he had to be put under again for a growth that wasn't identifiable. Dr. Bray did everything she could think of prior to having to put him under unnecessarily but it was needed in the end to be able to get a benign diagnosis. Dr. Bray did this surgery and Baxter did very well. Thank you Dr. Bray for your dedication to keeping our pup healthy! I highly recommend Bayside to all pet owners. Their love and care is very apparent and they do not overcharge or take advantage of every visit/procedure like other vets in the area.

It's always nice to have a friend that is a veterinary to reach out to for help, aka Dr. Bray (Alix). Although she was not the doctor that treated our dearly loved, 8-year old domestic short hair male cat, Dr. Oliver was excellent and a wonderful treat in comparison to another vet our pets have been exposed to in the past. The nurses and doctors are fantastic. We live in Upper Marlboro, MD, but it is well worth the drive to take our furry kids to what I now refer to as "petiatricians." You never appreciate the valuable expertise, until your aging pet needs reliable, competent care. Highly recommend practice.

Thank you Dr. Steinberg and the wonderful staff at Bayside for taking sure good care for my dog Frankie who had a mass cell tumor removed on his paw in December. After his surgery the vet tech called to tell me how Frankie was doing, they also called a day later to check on him. We were going to the vet almost every week to have his paw check on and each time Frankie received a warm welcome and was always given the best care. Bayside Doctors and Staff treat their patients as if they were their own pets. We also bring Frankie and Molly to get groomed and they do a great job there too.

In one word --- edit that to two words --- Dr. Bray and Dr. Oliver are caring and competent. What more could you want? Our Cavalier, Hampton, experienced a frustrating limp for eight months and I visited six veterinarians before finding Dr. Bray and her recommendation to Dr. Knapp at the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group. (There, in ten minutes, we had the answer that no one else could give.) For the next six years and counting Hampton visits both Dr. Bray and Dr. Oliver regularly. I am grateful to both doctors. I have total faith in both --- and, I don't give that easily. In fact, the entire practice there, from the front desk colleagues back, are welcoming and caring.
I am grateful.

I took my Pomeranian to this vet and it was the best experience. The staff is friendly! One girl did call my baby a monkey and I was offended, but it was not that serious. I was just being the protective mother. By the way my Pom is Snowball white and is gorgeous! I will be sadden as I am moving all the way to White Marsh and will need to find another local Vet. You all will be missed.
