We are still heartbroken from the loss of our girl. She was with us for 9 years. I was under an immense amount of guilt, shame, and stress whilst trying to figure out what the best option for her was....
We are still heartbroken from the loss of our girl. She was with us for 9 years. I was under an immense amount of guilt, shame, and stress whilst trying to figure out what the best option for her was. I spoke to Dr. Ivanov and he explained that her tumor was not operable, and what our options were. We gave our girl the best two months and we can only hope she felt the love and care. We still feel her today, even after her passing. Doctor Ivanov and his assistant David, were one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. It was almost fate that he was our doctor. He was extremely gentle and sensitive towards our grief. He was soft and kind and patient with us as we held her and he laid her in her basket. If I was in the right mind, I would've given them the biggest hug. Dr. Ivanov and David were beyond gentle and made a horrible experience as peaceful and kind as possible. I hope every doctor who is in this occupation knows just how needed they are. You have my endless gratitude.
Thank you, to both of them, for the love you showed our family and our little girl. We will forever be thankful.

Dr. Gonzalez treats our kitties as lovingly as if they were his own. He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns/questions, and explains procedures and findings clearly. His vet techs are also loving and gentle with our cats. And kudos to the front office staff, who manage a very busy desk with kindness and a sense of humor.

I was debating whether or not to give it 1 star but decided on 2 since the front staff and Vets were very nice and called up with follow up the next day to see how my dog was doing the time I brought my him in for an issue.
Fast forward to today and my dog needed to be seen ASAP as he was peeing blood, restless and barking. I contacted the front desk who informed me that he probably should be seen today. Although they were closing in about an hour they told me to bring him somewhere else. I was speechless when she told me they are completely booked and swamped. She not only told me to go somewhere else (not giving me any recommendations) but made no attempt to accommodate me knowing this could be an emergency.

This is hands down the best veterinary hospital that I have ever taken my pets to. From the friendly receptionist, to the techs, and the amazing Dr. Spruill and Dr. Tuthill--each visit has been a great experience. They ensure that all of your questions are answered, your pet feels comfortable, and they map out the optimal health plan for your four-legged family members. I used to drive all of the way from Arlington and recently made a trip from NC. I will miss you all!

We've been going to Norbeck for 17 years, since the Dr. Mancino days and I can honestly say that there has been no drop-off in quality during the transition to Dr. Castellanos' team.
Everyone is ultra-friendly and I've yet to encounter any issues with misdiagnoses, lack of knowledge or reach-ability.

I have to disagree with last post Dr Castellano is a wonderful vet who treated my cat with love and respect to the point my daughter dubbed him the cat whisper as Phoebe did not like males and she loved him she went through four other vets who could not get near her. The whole staff gets 5 stars have been going for 2 years glad I found them

I was debating whether or not to give it 1 star but decided on 2 since the front staff and Vets were very nice and called up with follow up the next day to see how my dog was doing the time I brought my him in for an issue.

From the friendly receptionist, to the techs, and the amazing Dr. Spruill and Dr. Tuthill--each visit has been a great experience.
