When I picked up my pet from boarding, he had sores on both sides of his face that were not there when I dropped him off. I asked what happened and was told he was rubbing his face on the cage. He did not receive any medical care for the sores.

This outfit did a good job for me when my dog tipped over my kitchen trash can and ate some chicken wing bones...squeezed me in on short notice emergency, and offered some no-nonsense practical advice...
This outfit did a good job for me when my dog tipped over my kitchen trash can and ate some chicken wing bones...squeezed me in on short notice emergency, and offered some no-nonsense practical advice on how to followup and handle the problem. The examine fee was fair and nominal price. I don't get all the 1 star reviews, 'cause I didn't have any of those problems.

The place is a complete ripoff. The Dr's have no idea how to solve a problem. My dog had blood work done four times in the last year. Each time the doctor reviews the blood work and says the dogs anemic. "Secondary condition chronic disease." "Let's try to figure out what's going on." Guess what they want to do, let's do some blood work. This time a complete pallet. Meaning kidneys....., ok my question why does it take until the fourth time to do "complete blood work". (250 dollars a pop) And the other three times, was what exactly? And why should I pay again 4th time for blood work? Oh and the doctor was in the back the fourth time and didn't even have the respect to talk to me. He had the technician relay the message.

Had never had an issue before. Our dog has stayed there a lot in the past. Picked up my girl on Saturday after a two day stay and did not notice two hot spots on my dogs face and was not told by the staff about it. I tried to clean w warm water and it was not getting any better. I took Georgia to my regular Vet yesterday and both spots are infected. $200 + in drugs she is on the mend. Called the office and they did not appear to concerned. “Well you can bring her in for a Free Exam” Hello, she is already treated and I am out of pocket $200 + for just the meds

Bills are not itemized so you don't really know what your charges are for. Don't even get me started on the boarding facilities. Run away from this place or you'll be sorry.

I never write reviews but the experience was so horrible that I have to. If I could give them 0 stars i could. I adopted a cat and brought my cat to them for the first time for a simple check up. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time to have him be seen the doctor acted like the didnt care and tossed my baby around like a ragdoll to the point my cat was SCARED.He told me the records I showed them stated that he didn’t get his lukemia booster shot and that he needed to go through the rounds again. I, trusting the vet, said ok. The 2 (TWO) shots came to a whopping $230. That alone is insane. They wanted to give him a rabies shot too but i couldn’t afford it so I opted to find the certification because the rabies shot dogtag along with his microchip information somehow wasn’t enough. I go to his old vet and as it turns out my cat never needed the lukemia shots to begin with. His old records show that he’s good for every shot until 2019. I called to ask for a refund and they said there was error on my part because i didn’t provide them with the proper documents and that their policy is if you dont have the proper records re-vaccinate. Which makes ZERO sense because the vet had the information and means to get the records they needed. They said they couldn’t use the information I gave them because it didn’t have the cats last name....like are they kidding me? Anywho, WHY are you giving shots out willy nilly like they are cheap if YOU ARENT 100% SURE THAT THEY NEED THEM. Overall poor service, poor pricing, and unprofessionalism. On top of that, I took a peak at the “pet hotel” they have and it looks more like an animal shelter kennel. It’s outside in the heat and they are stuck in piss poor cages while the staff ignores their persistent barking. Avoid this place like that plague. And lets hope I get my well deserved refund.

Dr. Fioramonti took care of my dog for a splenic mass that I wanted out as soon as possible. I'm not a client of this office, since I live over an hour away, yet they saw me that afternoon and did his surgery the next day. Outstanding care, incredible compassion for both the pets and the owners. I'm very thankful that I found this practice and wish I could use it as my full time vet. If you could move closer to me that would be great!!

We have boarded our pup a couple of times and its always been a wonderful experience. Except for today. We boarded him for 4 days and when we went to pick him up, we were shocked to see how dirty he was. Despite the fact that we had bathed him before boarding, his paws and tail were all filthy and he was smelling so bad. They agreed to bathe him. When we asked them to dry him as well, as we were taking him in the car for another hour, this particular staff did not respond well and slammed the door. Though the doctor was nice and apologetic. They need to pay better attention to the boarding conditions.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Towson Veterinarian Hospital. Dr F and his staff are absolutely wonderful and they truly care about and love animals. I have never had to wait to get an appointment, they are very flexible in their scheduling and very professional when you arrive. They have taken great care of my dog Tucker and I recommend them to everyone I know. Even after moving down into the city, I still make the drive up to Towson so that my dog can get the best possible care.

Took a tour of their boarding facility and was extremely appalled at the quality of their facility and the lack of cleanliness. As someone who works at a veterinary facility with a pet hotel, I went in to find something close to home in case of emergencies. Every outdoor kennel I looked into had a pile of vomit, urine, and feces that the dogs were stepping to and getting dirty in. The girl giving me a tour said they clean the kennels twice a day which was apparent as mid day and kennels all have some sort of bodily excretion in them which they must have had sitting there all day. I was walked through a grooming/laundry area where the floors were soaked which is also when I noticed the employee was wearing flip flops. Shown the large dog kennels and immediately saw a dog too big for the cage it was put into. And unless you pay extra for them to be taken out they sit there all day. I also noticed none of the outdoor dogs had bedding with them so they're sitting on concrete. I would not take my dog here.

I can only say good things about my experiences here. They are the only vet's in the towson area that treats smaller animals like rats. John Fioramonti is personable, knowledgable, and matter-of-fact. The receptionists and assistants have always taken great care of my animal, and are always friendly and willing to help. The office is small but clean. I was always able to be fit in for emergency appointments. Prices are reasonable and affordable. When my rat died after a lengthy illness, I received a personal call from Dr. Fioramonti expressing his condolences. Not a card, not an email from the receptionists, a personal phone call. For me, that was huge. Dr. Fioramonti did everything he possibly could for my boy. This man is truly invested in and cares about your animals. Five stars. This is honestly my perfect vet and I would definitely take my pets here in the future.

They have fit me in their schedule last min when I have needed them, and they have gone out of their way to ensure that my pet got the meds she needed when I wasn't able to pick them up during office hours. There are many vet offices closer to my home but I won't switch.

Took my puppy and cat in for shots today and had specifically asked for only the shots. The vet noticed my cat had a bit of plaque and they both needed their nails done. The vet went ahead and scraped some of the plaque off and trimmed their nails, without saying anything to me, I let it happen because I thoughtouch it might be a favor the vet was doing.... nope... my just a couple shots vet visit turned into a $360 bill. The office is dirty and I will never go back. The vets don't seem like they care and the employees walk in and out of the room while your pet is being looked at.. very unprofessional.

I visited Towson Veterinarian Hospital about a month ago with a young homeless cat I rescued from a marina. I was pressed to get him to a vet as soon as possible since he was very frail and seemed sickly. I had never been to Towson Veterinarian Hospital before, and when I called, they were able to squeeze me in without a problem (most vets need at least a weeks notice for an appointment). They were very welcoming and were eager to help get my helpless cat in healthy condition. The vet was very thorough and gave him all of his shots, tested him for various feline diseases, and gave me medication for him all at a reasonable price. Needless to say, my once helpless and homeless cat (now named Bowley) is healthy, happy and officially a member of my family -- All thanks to Towson Veterinarian Hospital! Such a great place :)

We have boarded our pup a couple of times and its always been a wonderful experience. Except for today. We boarded him for 4 days and when we went to pick him up, we were shocked to see how dirty he was. Despite the fact that we had bathed him before boarding, his paws and tail were all filthy and he was smelling so bad. They agreed to bathe him. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Towson Veterinarian Hospital. Dr F and his staff are absolutely wonderful and they truly care about and love animals. Took a tour of their boarding facility and was extremely appalled at the quality of their facility and the lack of cleanliness. As someone who works at a veterinary facility with a pet hotel, I went in to find something close to home in case of emergencies. Every outdoor kennel I looked into had a pile of vomit, urine, and feces that the dogs were stepping to and getting dirty in. The girl giving me a tour said they clean the kennels twice a day which was apparent as mid day and kennels all have some sort of bodily excretion in them which they must have had sitting there all day. I was walked through a grooming/laundry area where the floors were soaked which is also when I noticed the employee was wearing flip flops. Shown the large dog kennels and immediately saw a dog too big for the cage it was put into. And unless you pay extra for them to be taken out they sit there all day. I also noticed none of the outdoor dogs had bedding with them so they're sitting on concrete. I would not take my dog here.

I can only say good things about my experiences here. They are the only vet's in the towson area that treats smaller animals like rats. John Fioramonti is personable, knowledgable, and matter-of-fact....
I can only say good things about my experiences here. They are the only vet's in the towson area that treats smaller animals like rats. John Fioramonti is personable, knowledgable, and matter-of-fact. The receptionists and assistants have always taken great care of my animal, and are always friendly and willing to help. The office is small but clean. I was always able to be fit in for emergency appointments. Prices are reasonable and affordable. When my rat died after a lengthy illness, I received a personal call from Dr. Fioramonti expressing his condolences. Not a card, not an email from the receptionists, a personal phone call. For me, that was huge. Dr. Fioramonti did everything he possibly could for my boy. This man is truly invested in and cares about your animals. Five stars. This is honestly my perfect vet and I would definitely take my pets here in the future.

Dr. Fioramonte and the staff there have always treated me and my pet with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They have fit me in their schedule last min when I have needed them, and they have gone out of their way to ensure that my pet got the meds she needed when I wasn't able to pick them up during office hours. There are many vet offices closer to my home but I won't switch.

Took my puppy and cat in for shots today and had specifically asked for only the shots. The vet noticed my cat had a bit of plaque and they both needed their nails done. The vet went ahead and scraped some of the plaque off and trimmed their nails, without saying anything to me, I let it happen because I thoughtouch it might be a favor the vet was doing.... nope... my just a couple shots vet visit turned into a $360 bill. The office is dirty and I will never go back. The vets don't seem like they care and the employees walk in and out of the room while your pet is being looked at.. very unprofessional.

I visited Towson Veterinarian Hospital about a month ago with a young homeless cat I rescued from a marina. I was pressed to get him to a vet as soon as possible since he was very frail and seemed sickly. I had never been to Towson Veterinarian Hospital before, and when I called, they were able to squeeze me in without a problem (most vets need at least a weeks notice for an appointment). They were very welcoming and were eager to help get my helpless cat in healthy condition. The vet was very thorough and gave him all of his shots, tested him for various feline diseases, and gave me medication for him all at a reasonable price. Needless to say, my once helpless and homeless cat (now named Bowley) is healthy, happy and officially a member of my family -- All thanks to Towson Veterinarian Hospital! Such a great place :)
