This vet is terrible. I had been going since my boxer was a puppy (she is 8.5 now). She started suffering from terrible "allergies" since January. I have gone 8 times this year alone only to be given more Apoquel, which is $1.50 a pill. Well, come to find out, Apoquel should NEVER BE given to a dog that has a history of cancer (THEY removed three Mast Cell tumors 2 years ago) because it creates a fertile environment for cancer. After a biopsy two months ago from two removed tumors, I was told "the good news is it is not cancer." Well, fast forward to two weeks ago when the dermatologist biopsied two more spots and confirmed that she has Mast Cell tumors all over her body, which is causing the constant itching. Honeygo did nothing to help. One of the owners, Dr. Wright, was less-than-helpful and less-than-friendly. Now I have the pleasure of going to an oncologist and determining the best treatment for my dog at her age. I am not saying Honeygo gave her cancer, but they had every opportunity to diagnose this and/or help determine the reason for her scratching. I will not being going back her with any future pets. I've spent thousands only to be given a medicine that she should've never been given in the first place (Apoquel). Go anywhere else! Read Less

They are very fair priced, and make it easy on pet owners! The front desk is very friendly. My dog hates all vet offices, and barks at any pet in the waiting room, which makes it a very stressful event if the staff isn't understanding. But the staff at Honeygo will let me wait with my dog in the car, and call me when they have the exam room ready for my dog. No waiting room nightmares! They even let me check out and pay in the exam room! This is something that should be a given, but Honeygo is the only vet I've been to that does this. We usually see Dr. Mullinex, who is the only vet I trust. She will never prescribe anything unnecessary. Read Less

I've been taking my dog to Honeygo Animal Hospital since 2007 when she was a puppy. I have always found the facilities to be very clean. Dr Moffa and Dr Julie have taken care of my girl. I have found them to be not only knowledgeable and competent but also compassionate. We recently found out my Bella has lymphoma. Dr Julie was not only caring and gentle with her, she also comforted me, as did her staff. Which was deeply appreciated. I've used other vets with prior dogs I owned and they never received the level of care like Bella has at Honeygo. I wouldn't take her any place else. I highly recommend them. It's my dad's vet also. I wanted to take a quick minute to just say thank you. I’m sure many families bring their animals in with conditions much worse than Grace but for my family and I this was unfamiliar territory for us. It started on Friday night to whomever I spoke with who eased our concerns when Grace was first injured. To having the door held as I carried her in this morning, to meeting with Dr. Wright who left my wife and I with confidence that everything would be all right. We are thankful and grateful to Honeygo Animal Hospital. As a former vet tech from another state I am picky who sees my pets. I have been taking my pets to both Honeygo and their sister hospital since 2006. Love them! The prices are great, the girls educated about vet care and the doctors very caring, compassionate and know their stuff. FYI-no vet hospital and veterinarian is perfect, but this one is close to it. Amazing Facility! Sadly, I found out my dog Petey needed an ACL surgery. My regular vet does not do orthopedic and highly recommended Dr. Wright at Honeygo Animal Hospital. After calling them to set up a consultation my dog was able to recieved his needed surgery 2 days later. They even accepted my vet's XRAY to save me some money. After the surgery he healed up perfectly. When staples needed to be removed from his knee the Doctor on staff made sure to take the time and feel his knee to make sure everything was healing properly. Dr. Wright recommended swim therapy now my dog absolutely loves going swimming. It has been 4 months since his surgery and I am happy to say he is back to his old self. (Pain Free) The Doctor explained to me that there is a 50% chance his other knee may need surgery eventually I will not hesitate to take him back there. Dr. Wright did a fantastic job. This place is absolutely AWESOME. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family. When I first took Buddy (9 yr old Lab) in for a health checkup moving from another state we we're nervous. When walking in the front desk so SO FRIENDLY they gave all kinds of information about different products and told us what was best. They told us living in Maryland and the neighborhood we now lived in we are at risk of Lyme Disease. I am happy to say Buddy is now up to date on his Lyme vaccine just in case. The Doctor we saw was out of this world. I understand they also have 3 other doctors (1 being an orthopedic Doctor) and we cannot wait to meet them. I am so happy we were able to adjust into a new Doctor for Buddy and he loves going there. Read Less

This is one of the best Veterinary Clinics around. I have been going there with my 2 dogs for about 5 years. They are always friendly and they help work around my scehdule to get us in when we need our dogs to be seen. The prices are one of the most reasonable in town. Other reviews always complain that they spent this much and that much and that is why they had a bad experience but you have to understand that having a pet is a luxury not a requirment, so don't get a pet if you can't afford to take proper care of it. I have seen every doctor at this practice and love them all. Dr Moffa and the new Dr. Mullenex are my favorites. The receptionists and techicians are always helpful and friendly. My dogs love seeing everyone there. I have reccomanded all of my family and friends to use this vet practice with there pets. GOOD LUCK FINDING BETTER PEOPLE! Read Less

Well I have 2 lab pups and they were going to the vet for their first visit yesterday. Prior to taking them I went into the office to check the place out meet the people since they came recomended to us. Well the had one girl working the desk and she helped me very much. Very nice. Well what a different story yesterday. The same girl was working but not helping us we had a tech help us and she was not friendly at all. when it was our turn to go back the vet did not even introduce herself to us, I had to ask her name. She spoke very rude and made us feel how we were taking care of our pups was wrong. She did the exam felt there hips and looked the there ears, that was it. We expressed our concerns and told us they may be sick and gave us a rx for the pups. she did not explain anything to us. We were told to leave the room and go to the desk, there they handed me a bag and a bill. Horrible. During the night my boy got worse and we called as soon as they opened they tried to express it was nothing to be worried about but I insisted to have him seen. While there we saw a diff vet and at first she was way better... she said our pup was dehydrarated and had a virus ... well it had only been 15 hours since he was there and the last vet said he was healthy... so within a 15 hour period I spent over 280.00 to be told 2 different things... I will never take my pups there again... they are the worst exp I have ever had. Read Less

I've been going to Dr. Moffa since he started his pratice back when, and since he works out of Honeygo and Edgewood Veterinary I see him there. Both places are excellent, wonderful staff, the girls are great, my animals are always in good hands with them and especially with Dr. Moffa, who I think is the greatest. Read Less
