The place is always spotless, and they run very efficiently, anytime I’ve gone I’ve never waited very long at all, it seems like they have four or five rooms going at all times. I live in Revere and travel all the way here because they are the best.

Our chocolate lab litter mates just love Dr Wadsworth and so do we! She always calls to follow up with us following medical concern appointments to see how they are doing. The facility is nice and always clean. Never long wait times and the pricing is reasonable which is super important when you have two pups at twice the price!

Went yesterday with an emergency for my cat who was not doing well at all and the lady at the front said I don't know were booked so u can fill something out and we'll get to you if we can but probably not today .I said is there anywhere I could go for an emergency she said no where around here then starts talking on the phone. When I checked there was a place 10 mins away that helped my cat right away. I understand it was Sunday but if u don't like your job get a new one. Being unpleasant is bad for business and she was the worst

Considering you are in Andover, prices are not that bad. It will cost you $60 if your pet needs to see a vet. The medicines will cost you more. Staff is friendly and they will board your pet if you go on vacation. I believe it is about $25 a day repeat a day. You have to supply the food or pay for it on top of the boarding. There are cheaper places to board but they do take care of your pet. You can go on vacation with peace of mind.

Had an emergency with my old lady dog losing a nail - arrived home to find blood everywhere --could not stop the bleeding, was a real concern with the amount of blood. Of course, 4:40 on a Sunday with AAH closing at 5. Called AAH and asked if I could bring her in and they were kind enough to wait. Got her there and into their capable hands and they gave her the very best care and were extremely kind and caring to my dog. Patched her right up, flushed wound, antibiotics to stem infection, pain pills for what had to be an awfully sore paw, and clear follow up instructions for wound care/bandage care and return. Love this vet hospital- these docs routinely go above and beyond to help. I'd have to write a book to offer other examples of their good care. Maybe some day I will. Shout out to Dr. Wadsworth on this last visit.

I have been going to this facility for many years. I simply do not know why I haven't written sooner.
We felt a hard nodule on our cat's stomach. We were seen the same day. It was biopsied and the results were delivered very quickly. The cat had a malignant tumor, The Veterinarian who called provided me with the detailed options, with pros and cons. After a discussion with my family, we made a decision for surgery. The surgery was done and the cat was picked up the same day.
The cat and the family are doing very well. The service and the attention to detail were excellent, even including a replaced of the neck cone on Sunday. All was done within a few days.
I have returned recently and every thing is just as good.
I recommend this Hospital without reservation.

I have gone here for several years and while my dog was in good health I was very happy with them. But I brought my dog in after she had been limping for several weeks the vet checked her joints and nothing more and told me he couldn't find anything and it will likely heal on it's own. When i went back after a week and her limp was worse he again checked her joints and said he could find nothing. By the next day she could hardly stand and the day after she couldn't walk without help. I ended up going to another vet who sent me to another specialist and as it turned out she had bone cancer. If he had simply taken his time to do a full physical exam he would have felt the lump on her leg. He could have saved her 2 weeks of pain
Also, when it came time to put her down. They gave me no worsening before injecting, they told me they were putting the needle in and then said I am starting the injection. Realize this was never going to be a pleasant experience but I just needed a heartening before they started the injection

I've been a customer since ~2013 and have had nothing but the best experiences at AAH. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the well being of animals and pets. The doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, and aren't overzealous with medication by any stretch. Their recommendations for the health of my fur family have always been spot on. Some procedures can be pricey, but the thoroughness of their staff combined with the extremely quick call-backs relating to exams and tests leave me with absolutely no complaints regardless of the price. Vets of this quality are few and far between, and I'm truly fortunate to know that I have the best care available for my pets. I would absolutely recommend AAH to any pet guardian in the area.

Thomas, my minipoodle, and I had a great welcome by the evening front desk staff. The Vet Tech was pleasant and helpful in the examination room. Dr. Lerner was warm, friendly, and competent. She made Thomas feel welcome, loved and safe. She was clear in her explanation of tests and his needs. Her followup call regarding test results was timely and to the point. I always recommend her and Andover Animal to friends and acquaintances. Nothing needed to be changed.

What a great place it's clean,spacious and quick,plus there open late. I went here with my rabbit to fix his ear and they were very helpful and actually knew what they were doing unlike the other very unprofessional vet I took him to prior. I was extremely happy with my visit and did not feel ripped off at all. I feel like all vets are good with dogs and cats but very few actually know what there doing with rabbits. Thanks Andover.

Never once had a bad experience at Andover Animal Hospital. We switched to them when our local vet turned away our previous dog, who was choking on a burr. Andover took us in immediately and provided excellent care. When he passed, they were kind and empathetic in a way that made us feel like family, going beyond simple professional courtesy.
I now bring my five year-old rat terrier Bucky to them. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating and now you can even schedule your appointments online! The wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The veterinary staff is the best I've seen, always friendly and great with my fog and encouraging me to bring up any concerns I might have (and even those silly little questions you're usually too embarrassed to ask). The hospital is clean and well kept, practically sparkling considering there's a parade of animals in and out all day, and provides ample parking. Bucky loves going to the vet; it's an opportunity to visit all his friends and the lovely ladies who take such good care of him!
I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Five stars across the board!

We've been taking our bulldog Brooks to Dr. Lincoln at Andover Animal Hospital since he was 8 weeks old! He's about 1 yr 9 months right now. They are always very accommodating for us and have great hours (nights and weekends) so we don't always have to take time off work to get him there! All of the vet techs are so loving and really make going there a great experience! Our guy still LOVES going to the vet unlike most dogs that hate it! I attribute a lot of this to the great care he receives there! LOVE LOVE Dr. Lincoln and Dr. Keramaty who are both so knowledgeable! We always know we are receiving the best care there! Highly recommend!

My pets have been patients at Andover Animal since 2007 and we've been very happy with the level of attention and care. The office staff are always friendly and welcoming and the doctors and technicians are fantastic. We were treated with the greatest compassion when our oldest dog passed away from leukemia. My dogs have been patients at Andover Animal Hospital for many years. They have been treated for illnesses ranging from minor ear infections to cancer surgery. In every instance, I have been so impressed by the professionalism with which I have been treated, as well as the compassion shown to both my pets and to me. Although I usually request one specific veterinarian who is familiar with the neurological disorder that afflicts my dog, in many instances I have scheduled appointments with several of the other vets and without exception, I have been impressed with their treatment of my pet's condition. I especially like their convenient hours which allow me to have my dog seen in most instances without having to go to an emergency facility. The vet techs are great too and always very professional. I travel about a half hour to get to Andover Animal Hospital, although there are other veterinary hospitals within 5 minutes of my home. I believe in the best care for my dog and Andover Animal Hospital has always provided that optimal veterinary care experience.

We fostered a bulldog for Long Island Bulldog Rescue, and they asked us to bring him to Dr. Lincoln at Andover Animal Hospital for some surgery and medical care he needed. We later adopted him (foster failures...!), and we tried two vets closer to our home, but we ultimately decided that it was well worth the hour drive each way to bring our bully to Dr. Lincoln. The entire team at Andover makes every effort to be helpful and caring, we've never had trouble making an appointment with Dr. Lincoln, they follow up after appointments to check on our pup, and we really appreciate that personal touch. I would highly recommend Andover Animal Hospital, especially if you have a bulldog!

We have taken our pets, a cat and three dogs, to Andover Animal Hospital for 29 years. Needless to say, we find the staff to be reliable, caring, and professional. We have dealt with illnesses and surgery in addition to regular yearly visits. We were always given the information, options, and cost to help us make decisions for our pets. However, what we like most of all is that we and our pets felt a very warm welcome from the minute we walk in the door.

Staff is friendly and they will board your pet if you go on vacation. I believe it is about $25 a day repeat a day. You have to supply the food or pay for it on top of the boarding. There are cheaper places to board but they do take care of your pet. You can go on vacation with peace of mind.

Had an emergency with my old lady dog losing a nail - arrived home to find blood everywhere --could not stop the bleeding, was a real concern with the amount of blood. Of course, 4:40 on a Sunday with AAH closing at 5. Called AAH and asked if I could bring her in and they were kind enough to wait. Got her there and into their capable hands and they gave her the very best care and were extremely kind and caring to my dog. Patched her right up, flushed wound, antibiotics to stem infection, pain pills for what had to be an awfully sore paw, and clear follow up instructions for wound care/bandage care and return. Love this vet hospital- these docs routinely go above and beyond to help. I'd have to write a book to offer other examples of their good care. Maybe some day I will. Shout out to Dr. Wadsworth on this last visit.

I have been going to this facility for many years. I simply do not know why I haven't written sooner.
We felt a hard nodule on our cat's stomach. We were seen the same day. It was biopsied and the results were delivered very quickly. The cat had a malignant tumor, The Veterinarian who called provided me with the detailed options, with pros and cons. After a discussion with my family, we made a decision for surgery. The surgery was done and the cat was picked up the same day.
The cat and the family are doing very well. The service and the attention to detail were excellent, even including a replaced of the neck cone on Sunday. All was done within a few days.
I have returned recently and every thing is just as good.
I recommend this Hospital without reservation.

I have gone here for several years and while my dog was in good health I was very happy with them. But I brought my dog in after she had been limping for several weeks the vet checked her joints and nothing more and told me he couldn't find anything and it will likely heal on it's own. When i went back after a week and her limp was worse he again checked her joints and said he could find nothing. By the next day she could hardly stand and the day after she couldn't walk without help. I ended up going to another vet who sent me to another specialist and as it turned out she had bone cancer. If he had simply taken his time to do a full physical exam he would have felt the lump on her leg. He could have saved her 2 weeks of pain
Also, when it came time to put her down. They gave me no worsening before injecting, they told me they were putting the needle in and then said I am starting the injection. Realize this was never going to be a pleasant experience but I just needed a heartening before they started the injection

I've been a customer since ~2013 and have had nothing but the best experiences at AAH. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the well being of animals and pets. The doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, and aren't overzealous with medication by any stretch. Their recommendations for the health of my fur family have always been spot on. Some procedures can be pricey, but the thoroughness of their staff combined with the extremely quick call-backs relating to exams and tests leave me with absolutely no complaints regardless of the price. Vets of this quality are few and far between, and I'm truly fortunate to know that I have the best care available for my pets. I would absolutely recommend AAH to any pet guardian in the area.

Thomas, my minipoodle, and I had a great welcome by the evening front desk staff. The Vet Tech was pleasant and helpful in the examination room. Dr. Lerner was warm, friendly, and competent. She made Thomas feel welcome, loved and safe. She was clear in her explanation of tests and his needs. Her followup call regarding test results was timely and to the point. I always recommend her and Andover Animal to friends and acquaintances. Nothing needed to be changed.

I went here with my rabbit to fix his ear and they were very helpful and actually knew what they were doing unlike the other very unprofessional vet I took him to prior. I was extremely happy with my visit and did not feel ripped off at all. I feel like all vets are good with dogs and cats but very few actually know what there doing with rabbits. Thanks Andover.

Never once had a bad experience at Andover Animal Hospital. We switched to them when our local vet turned away our previous dog, who was choking on a burr. Andover took us in immediately and provided excellent care. When he passed, they were kind and empathetic in a way that made us feel like family, going beyond simple professional courtesy.
I now bring my five year-old rat terrier Bucky to them. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating and now you can even schedule your appointments online! The wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The veterinary staff is the best I've seen, always friendly and great with my fog and encouraging me to bring up any concerns I might have (and even those silly little questions you're usually too embarrassed to ask). The hospital is clean and well kept, practically sparkling considering there's a parade of animals in and out all day, and provides ample parking. Bucky loves going to the vet; it's an opportunity to visit all his friends and the lovely ladies who take such good care of him!
I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Five stars across the board!

We've been taking our bulldog Brooks to Dr. Lincoln at Andover Animal Hospital since he was 8 weeks old! He's about 1 yr 9 months right now. They are always very accommodating for us and have great hours (nights and weekends) so we don't always have to take time off work to get him there! All of the vet techs are so loving and really make going there a great experience! Our guy still LOVES going to the vet unlike most dogs that hate it! I attribute a lot of this to the great care he receives there! LOVE LOVE Dr. Lincoln and Dr. Keramaty who are both so knowledgeable! We always know we are receiving the best care there! Highly recommend!

My pets have been patients at Andover Animal since 2007 and we've been very happy with the level of attention and care. The office staff are always friendly and welcoming and the doctors and technicians are fantastic. We were treated with the greatest compassion when our oldest dog passed away from leukemia. I highly recommend this practice for its skilled and caring professionals.

My dogs have been patients at Andover Animal Hospital for many years. They have been treated for illnesses ranging from minor ear infections to cancer surgery. In every instance, I have been so impressed by the professionalism with which I have been treated, as well as the compassion shown to both my pets and to me. Although I usually request one specific veterinarian who is familiar with the neurological disorder that afflicts my dog, in many instances I have scheduled appointments with several of the other vets and without exception, I have been impressed with their treatment of my pet's condition. I especially like their convenient hours which allow me to have my dog seen in most instances without having to go to an emergency facility. The vet techs are great too and always very professional. I travel about a half hour to get to Andover Animal Hospital, although there are other veterinary hospitals within 5 minutes of my home. I believe in the best care for my dog and Andover Animal Hospital has always provided that optimal veterinary care experience.

We fostered a bulldog for Long Island Bulldog Rescue, and they asked us to bring him to Dr. Lincoln at Andover Animal Hospital for some surgery and medical care he needed. We later adopted him (foster failures...!), and we tried two vets closer to our home, but we ultimately decided that it was well worth the hour drive each way to bring our bully to Dr. Lincoln. The entire team at Andover makes every effort to be helpful and caring, we've never had trouble making an appointment with Dr. Lincoln, they follow up after appointments to check on our pup, and we really appreciate that personal touch. I would highly recommend Andover Animal Hospital, especially if you have a bulldog!

We have taken our pets, a cat and three dogs, to Andover Animal Hospital for 29 years. Needless to say, we find the staff to be reliable, caring, and professional. We have dealt with illnesses and surgery in addition to regular yearly visits. We were always given the information, options, and cost to help us make decisions for our pets. However, what we like most of all is that we and our pets felt a very warm welcome from the minute we walk in the door.
