The care my cat received from the Auburn Animal Hospital was on par with any other veterinarian I've used, however, I have to say the customer service I received from this practice was horrifying. Many times, I would be given vague or conflicting directions or information by the front desk (how or when to follow up on things, how to fill prescriptions - who would put in the call, etc.) which constantly made my cats care more dragged out and complicated than it needed to be. Several times, I would not receive calls when they said they would call back. Or, they would return my call I made to them only after several time had passed after I was supposed to have heard back. Because I felt lost and in the dark on my pets care and what was supposed to be happening next, finally, in what I assure you was an appropriate and constructive manner, I gave this feedback to the receptionist, asking for better communication and organization, and the practice was so offended by this, they said "they felt they were doing fine, and if I didn't agree, I could go elsewhere". Maybe they were right, maybe the care I've received at past vets just set the bar too high. Shocked, I had no choice but to agree and was going to let it be, but when I received my cats records, it included a laughably petty, dishonest and extremely inappropriate note in it, saying ties were cut due to my "behavior", that my accusations of them not communicating well were a lie because they have my phone number on file so it must have just been that I wasn't checking my messages (because I or anyone else for that matter have nothing better to do than make up lies and wage wars with their vet). The lack of return calls was only one of many truly horrible customer service instances I experiences in my time with this practice, and having never experienced such an unbelievable display of unprofessionalism and childlike behavior (even by the poor sentence structure and bad grammar used to defame me on my vet records) I just felt the need to share my experience, which admittedly I'm sure is not the same as many of their customers, but there are plenty of practices that don't have a single customer who feels this way. In their OWN words, if you are looking for positive customer service, you would be happier somewhere else. Read Less
