Don’t use this veterinarian. The office staff is very rude and they are uncaring. I would give a zero if I could take your pet somewhere else that cares about them and will be nice to you. I won’t say anything else because my mother always told me if you can’t say anything good don’t say anything at all, but people should be warned stay away

My dog wasn’t acting normal so we decided to take him to the vet. Long story short when they were going to get blood for some tests his heart stopped. Before all that happened the doctor on staff call...
My dog wasn’t acting normal so we decided to take him to the vet. Long story short when they were going to get blood for some tests his heart stopped. Before all that happened the doctor on staff called my dog a spaz. We could hear clearly through the door. The last thing my dog heard before it passed away was it being called a spaz by the doctor that was suppose to figure out what’s wrong with him? Completely uncalled for and wouldn’t recommend do to being unprofessional and lack of compassion. Hearing a vet doctor calling a dying dog a spaz through the door? That’s who’s taking care of these animals? The Nurses were very well despite the doctor. They helped explain everything to us and walked us through what’s the next step. A tragedy made worse thanks to the doc.

Had two great experiences, unfortunately on our third scheduled visit this past Saturday we drove up to find the place empty and closed, we called numerous times and waited but no one showed up. To make matters worse we've left numerous messages and emails and we haven't heard anything from anyone, no explanation, no nothing.

Dr Hazel Holman is the Best Veterinarian!! I wouldn't take my animals to anyone else. And I'm coming in from Westfield. The Vet is very compassionate and Never pushes for unnecessary treatment or products that your pets don't need like others I won't mention here. Most importantly, Dr. Hazel has an abundance of common sense which seems lacking these days. The staff is also wonderful and caring. Everyone there is fantastic! They are not out to make money as their prices are wicked reasonable, and lower than most! I trust Blandford Veterinarian Hospital and everyone who works there with my animals implicitly! 5 Stars all the way. Thanks for everything!

Would never take my pets to hazel ever again. She overvaccinated our dog and he was never the same after. Every vet I spoke to said 5 vaccinations for an 11 yr. dog is outrageous. Completely disgusted...

Our family has shared our home with 5 dogs,3 cats,2 hamsters & 1 guinea pig in the past 34 years. The Blandford Animal Hospital has given us the most welcoming,friendly,compassionate and most important, competent & knowledgeable care we have ever experienced. This practice is not one of the multi-veterinarian practice mega corporations which are appearing in our area. Knowing we give our pets the best veterinary care is very reassuring... When the appointment is beyond a regular check-up, the support staff's concern & kindness extends from check-in to check-out. Dr Holman came to our home when our lab's time had come to an end. It was so reassuring during the few weeks before..we knew that day would be peaceful without unnecessary stress or pain. When Dr Holman is away, the Drs. she chooses provide the same competent & compassionate care.

Don’t use this veterinarian. The office staff is very rude and they are uncaring. I would give a zero if I could take your pet somewhere else that cares about them and will be nice to you. I won’t say anything else because my mother always told me if you can’t say anything good don’t say anything at all, but people should be warned stay away

My dog wasn’t acting normal so we decided to take him to the vet. Long story short when they were going to get blood for some tests his heart stopped. Before all that happened the doctor on staff called my dog a spaz. We could hear clearly through the door. The Vet is very compassionate and Never pushes for unnecessary treatment or products that your pets don't need like others I won't mention here. Most importantly, Dr. Hazel has an abundance of common sense which seems lacking these days. The staff is also wonderful and caring. Everyone there is fantastic!
