My mini Rex Butters had a minor injury recently and his regular vet isn't open on Saturdays. All Pets Medical had us come in within the hour. Dr. Herbs and the other staff were very all very nice, attentive and knowledgeable about rabbits. All in all it was a great experience given the circumstances and I also feel the fees are also very reasonable. They also called me on Monday to check up on him. Dr. Herbst and her team are the best around! We have gone there for our dogs for years. The staff are very friendly and understand different dog's personalities. Nigel and Bella both do good and know they are thier to be helped and kept healthy! They get straight to the point and help your animal get healthy again if sick. No added on fees of unnecessary tests like some. They dont guilt shame you when an animal gets sick. And do their absolute best. I believe they do a variety of animals not including birds. These guys are the absolute best I tell you! My cat had not been eating and my regular vet just gave him a shot of penicillin which did nothing. I was referred to these guys and they spent over an hour with him on Friday afternoon before the long Memorial Day Weekend did blood work, got him hydrated, and on medication. I love APMC. I drive 30 minutes for my pets to see dr.lavelli and dr.herbst. The staff is very friendly and care about your pet not your pocket. Today was my second visit to this wonderful place. My cat Odo has kidney failure and had lost his eyesight. Two weeks ago I brought him here and they prescribed BP meds. Within a few days he could see again! These wonderful people aren't into guilt baiting one into spending tons of dollars on mostly unnecessary things like every other vet I've been to does. They are kind, friendly and really listen and care! I am on a limited income and they work around my budget! They also think Odo is pretty darn cool! Love All Pets! We always look for AAHA Accreditation at a minimum, the people from our first phone call determine if we will even bother. We began bringing our animals to All Pets about two years ago...we live 1.5 hours away, but know our babies are in good hands with Dr. Herbst. Since we live so far, if we have any questions or concerns we can contact Dr. H directly day or night. What vet today does that? Always full disclosure of any concerns to make any choices for care. Very transparent and will not run any unnecessary procedures to inflate charges, priority is the best interest of animals and their families. Two years ago, we had only 2 dogs and were thinking about adding a pig to our family. A complete stranger and not even a client, Dr. H took time with me on the phone answering all my questions and giving me critical knowledge to the reality of pig ownership (size, intelligence, dominance, bringing home a piglet with dogs, etc). The day after getting our piglet we were at All Pets having her checked out, that day we became a part of the All Pets Family! So much trust that one day all three of our babies went under anesthesia (dogs for dental cleanings, piglet for spay), while very anxious we knew they were in the best hands of Dr. H and her awesome staff. Consulted with Dr. H when considering getting another pig, again gave us amazing advice on how to manage with our current DIVA pig and considerations in getting another pig (i.e. age, sex, patience, etc.). I cannot say enough about Dr. Herbst and her wonderful team. We are a military family and have been to a few vets seeing as we are moved around a lot. Prior to moving here and finding APM, my dog Finnegan was treated as an extremely aggressive dog at every vet I went to, until I found Dr. Herbst and APM. They understand dogs, especially my overly worried, chicken of a doberman mix :) And they truly CARE about your dog. They took there time to get to know him, never rushed him, went slow with him, and it has made an incredible difference. We found All Pets Medical, and Dr. Herbst in particular to be incompetent--bordering on malicious. Please keep you cat away from here. I feel All Pets Medical operates with each vet giving you their own view and philosophy, rather than giving you the facts so that you can make a decision based on your own values and worldview. Furthermore, the lead vet, Dr. Herbst, proved to be incredibly incompetent. Despite what I'm sure showed up as renal failure in my cat's blood work and her increasing "floppiness" which I now know relates to dehydration, Dr. Herbst focused us on her arthritis and gave a complete misdiagnosis. Further, when pressed, she would not do an x-ray or additional blood work to try to better understand what was happening. In hindsight, we should have walked away very quickly and gotten to another vet-here's your chance to do it in the first place.Read Less

Steer clear of this vet. We had a horrible experience in which we were not given complete information (in fact, bc the "printer wasn't working" we never even got a copy of the blood work we paid for) that lead to a lot of confusion and pain. My conclusion is that the vets at All Pets Medical advise from their own worldview and philosophy, rather than doing what I see as their mandate-giving accurate and full information to allow pet owners to make informed decisions about their pets care. I was VERY happy with our visit! Dr. Harmony Fall was certainly more concerned the care and health of our cats than pushing services on us that would fatten the bill.Only thing I didn't like was I was quoted $215 to bring in two of our three cats for special services. This meant I wasn't going to be able to treat one cat who needed treatment. During the visit and after speaking to the doctor it was clear I didn't need most of what I was quoted to have needed and was able to intact treat both cats for less than half of what I was told over the phone.I think it would have been wonderful to have had a bit more information about what the breakdown of the quote was and that was my fault too for not asking as well. So I can't really fault the office.All in all it was a great experience to have a doctor explain honestly the pros and cons of vaccines without making me feel guilty or that I was a bad person for waiting to do a shot until next time to spread out the cost. She was gentle and gave advice about skin conditions and was just really wonderful. Read Less
