I have been dealing with this place for 3 years. I have a lot to say, so bear with me. ACCESS: They have parking, but the ramp to the inside is not up to ADA code, so it is dangerous (actively) and inaccessible. There is a ramp but you must take it at your own risk. (I began going here because my animal was sick and it was close by. I was advised to see someone close to home.)ELECTRONIC AND PAPER RECORDS: Once they get your information, even though I started seeing them when they still had paper records (the better to lose them and actively claim you didn't take care of your animals when you did, so you have to keep better records than them) they will put your email on a reminder list that tells you you haven't taken care of your animal in a timely fashion, as often as possible. They will claim "it's broken/just does that" and is not in your control. If you're sensitive to being told you're not being a great animal parent, this can get pretty bad. I mean it happened to me many times in the first year. They have cited that records were in the process of becoming electronic, but meanwhile as little as a person flipping through papers wrong can gain you an accusation that you didn't appear for a designated appointment.THE DISCOUNT: This is not the most important part to me so is not at the top, but the discounts they advertise to get new clients are not equally applied. If you don't specifically ask for a discount none is given to you.My last appointment there was literally slated for a day I realized I had been robbed. I still took my animal to the place. I told them I could only afford xyz cause I had literally been robbed, and they were basically like, "Oh well, that's too bad." Rude and no compassion.TECHS and VETS: They will be surprised if they see you more than once. So you do not get the same people, and each time you must explain everything going on with your animal all over again. I know this is somewhat common, but on top of everything else it's bad to me.THE PREMESIS (inside): Madhouse. There is a little store in the corner of pet meds, grooming and boarding in the back. FB reviews including comments from someone who had worked their cite unsafe, unclean conditions in the back and owners are not allowed in the back to hide this. It's way too busy, it's like a little zoo in a bad, bad way. They always have appointments available but they should be a last ditch effort for your animal only.
