I STARTED TAKEN MOM'S DOG HERE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSER TO HOME AND MOM'S DOG DOES NOT TAKE TO MANY PEOPLE BUT I MUST SAY HE VERY MUCH TAKES TO THE DOCTORS AND STAFF HERE. FLUFFY NEEDED SURGERY FOR GINGIVITIS, HAD TO HAVE SOME TEETH REMOVED AND HE IS DOING SO MUCH BETTER, MORE LIKE HIS OLD SELF AGAIN IN JUST THE SEVERAL DAYS AGO IT'S BEEN! I see Dr. B and I absolutely love her, and everyone else who brings their pets to her seems to feel the same. She has always gone out of her way while caring for my dogs. Every one who's complaining seems to be referring to the other vet, an older Asian male , who is likely the vet who recently retired. (I didn't care for him, myself, and I had some issues with how he cared for my dogs, but he's gone. I had no problem understanding him, though, you xenophobic jerks.) For everybody who gave a bad review because of a single incident, which they only heard about: shame on you. If you haven't had a personal experience, you shouldn't be reviewing. If you're going to leave a one star review, you should explain why.

I have taken my cats Penny and Jake there and the staff is wonderful. Jake who HATES the vet absolutely loves the doctor who doesn't treat him as if he is just another animal to treat. He fusses over him, scratches his ears, pats him and treats him as if Jake were his own cat. To the point that Jake doesn't even notice or mind getting a shot. This doctor is patient, doesn't rush you and will take the time to answer your questions. I think this is the best vet that Jake and I have ever been to. Penny likes him too.

Called to make an appointment after my cat ate some tulip leaves and was acting odd. I was told to call poison control. When I did I found out it was only for reporting incidents. Called another vet and they made an appointment right away for my cat and they took no time in getting her in the exam room.
Also have had experiences with the vets not speaking English well and not understanding what I was saying. Definitely do not want someone responsible for the health of my pet if they can't understand me when I'm saying what is wrong.

We have brought all of our animals for many many years. The staff has always been kind, compassionate and helpful through all stages of our animals lives. They have even stayed late on a Saturday instead of sending me to Tufts when my cat was very ill and then showed me what I needed to do for her while we waited for results to come in so that she could comfortably be in her home instead of her being scared and alone in a strange place. They use many alternative treatments to ease chronic pain (including laser therapy and acupuncture). I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a vet. My animals have always been very comfortable with both Dr. B and Dr. Yuen as have I.

I've been bringing my dog here for 6 months. They are terrible! Whenever i request their records to be sent somewhere, they NEVER send and i have to call 10 times. I was in the lobby for 15 minutes before without anyone coming to the front. When a dog pooped in the lobby, they took the "Poop Mop" from the corner and mopped it up, then just put it back in the corner. Their rooms are small, and dirty. Their doctors barely speak English. Just absolutely terrible. Worst vet I've ever been to.

If I could give it no stars I would. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. I know someone who brought their dog here just for a simple ear clipping... these careless vets killed a two and a half month old...
If I could give it no stars I would. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. I know someone who brought their dog here just for a simple ear clipping... these careless vets killed a two and a half month old puppy because they don't know what they are doing. This person even had to pay for the visit, even after his dog died. They over gassed the dog and the sedation ended up killing the poor puppy.

Honestly I'm disgusted with this place. An innocent 13.5 week old puppy was killed due to the negligence and complete lack of brainpower that the staff at this hospital possess. How something so simple turned into something that should never happen is beyond me. I'm shocked to hear this news and I hope that any pet owner looking for a place to bring there pets looks elsewhere as Twin City Animal Hospital is unfit to due any sort of work on any animal. I would not bring a pet rock here for a cleanup nor would I advise anyone else to do so. Please listen to what was said here as I know the staff at this place can't be bothered with such nonsense.

I see Dr. B and I absolutely love her, and everyone else who brings their pets to her seems to feel the same. She has always gone out of her way while caring for my dogs. Every one who's complaining seems to be referring to the other vet, an older Asian male , who is likely the vet who recently retired. I have taken my cats Penny and Jake there and the staff is wonderful. Jake who HATES the vet absolutely loves the doctor who doesn't treat him as if he is just another animal to treat. He fusses over him, scratches his ears, pats him and treats him as if Jake were his own cat. To the point that Jake doesn't even notice or mind getting a shot. Called to make an appointment after my cat ate some tulip leaves and was acting odd. I was told to call poison control. When I did I found out it was only for reporting incidents. Called another vet and they made an appointment right away for my cat and they took no time in getting her in the exam room.

I've been bringing my dog here for 6 months. They are terrible! Whenever i request their records to be sent somewhere, they NEVER send and i have to call 10 times. Honestly I'm disgusted with this place. An innocent 13.5 week old puppy was killed due to the negligence and complete lack of brainpower that the staff at this hospital possess.
