Fantastic people! Very helpful! We had a lost dog and they did everything they could to help with the hunt to find him. Making phone calls and just spreading the word! When he came home he was injured and covered in ticks, they got us right in and took excellent Care of him. Remington is now home and happy!

Robin Karlin took many contraindicated steps in treating my cat with heart disease, such as administering Methylpred and IV fluids, misdiagnosing a thrown clot as arthritis and taking my cat off of her blood thinner, while prescribing an arthritis med that had a dangerous interaction with the Methylpred. The cardiologist I went to subsequently was so alarmed by Dr. Karlin's treatment choices that she wrote a letter to Dr. Karlin censuring her interventions. To be safe, please take your pets to the nearby Williamsburg Animal Clinic at (413) 268-7738, 14 Goshen Rd/Rte. 9.

Very poor experience. Adopted two cats that I was assured were litter boxed trained and domesticated. The cats peed everywhere in the house and ruined multiple pieces of furniture. It was obvious they were spirit cats but I was never told that before I gave them a $400 non refundable adoption fee. Beware!

Hands down the best place to bring your pets in the Valley. Brand new facility. Knowledgable staff. Groomer and chiropractor on site. They even do house calls!

As far as places I have found to take my animals to, this is the top choice. Plain and simple. The people I have met there have been more than pleasant, and though I am not well versed in vet care, my cats have always come home from the regular check-ups (and emergency visits that happen very sparingly [thank goodness]) quite happy as well. I have 2 siamese mix cats and every time they're unlucky enough to visit, everything goes smoothly for a very fair price. very little to complain about here as far as I am concerned. check out my other yelp reviews on my page!

I take my dogs here for grooming and bodywork. I have always found them to run an excellent practice. The receptionists are very nice and professional, and Dr Allen has given my senior dog huge relief...
I take my dogs here for grooming and bodywork. I have always found them to run an excellent practice. The receptionists are very nice and professional, and Dr Allen has given my senior dog huge relief from hip stiffness. He also answers any general dog health questions I have even though he is not their regular vet. I've used quite a few groomers in the area for over 12 years and their groomer Diane is definitely the best i've tried in the greater Northampton area.

The service here is horrible. The people and vet are rude, un compassionate, thrive on fear to customers, and over priced. You will find here that the staff talks down to people and treats folks like a number more than person. Never have I felt so degraded after leaving a vet. My girlfriend has left more than once in tears. When I asked them not to speak to me like a child I and not to be rude to the clients that pay there bills, I was asked to leave although my dog had face full of porcupine quills. Worst vet in valley by far.

Fantastic people! Very helpful! We had a lost dog and they did everything they could to help with the hunt to find him. Making phone calls and just spreading the word! When he came home he was injured and covered in ticks, they got us right in and took excellent Care of him. Remington is now home and happy!

Very poor experience. Adopted two cats that I was assured were litter boxed trained and domesticated. The cats peed everywhere in the house and ruined multiple pieces of furniture. As far as places I have found to take my animals to, this is the top choice. Plain and simple. The people I have met there have been more than pleasant, and though I am not well versed in vet care, my cats have always come home from the regular check-ups (and emergency visits that happen very sparingly [thank goodness]) quite happy as well. I have 2 siamese mix cats and every time they're unlucky enough to visit, everything goes smoothly for a very fair price. very little to complain about here as far as I am concerned. check out my other yelp reviews on my page!

I take my dogs here for grooming and bodywork. I have always found them to run an excellent practice. The receptionists are very nice and professional, and Dr Allen has given my senior dog huge relief from hip stiffness. He also answers any general dog health questions I have even though he is not their regular vet. You will find here that the staff talks down to people and treats folks like a number more than person. Never have I felt so degraded after leaving a vet.
