The services itself are great, but the only problem I have is that one of the receptionists here has been very rude every time I've interacted with her. She'll talk about you like you're not even there and won't even bother to look you in the eyes while talking to you. My interactions with her have negatively affected my opinion of this place.

Been going here for ten years, and am extremely happy with the service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Even after I moved out of the area I still bring my dog here. The doctors focus not only on disease and injury, but on steps to take to maintain health and wellness. Highly recommend!

I've owned dogs my entire life and been to about a half dozen vets in the MetroWest area. This place is at the top of the list for sure. One of my dogs does not do well on log car rides so over the past few years we decided to keep going to the closest vet in our area. After several unsatisfactory visits we felt we needed to make a switch.
Dr. Fullerton and the rest of the staff are great! They are extremely reasonably priced, thorough and gentle with your pets. Thanks for everything!

As good as it gets, yes!We're relatively new to MA. on recommendation from a friend and reading the reviews here, we decided on HAH. We brought in our two dogs erroneously believing we had our first appointment. They were very sympathetic, although it was late in the day so the dogs weren't able to be scheduled that day - one dog had developed lumps that needed to be seen ASAP - so they managed to squeeze in both pups late the next day. Glad we found Holliston - lovely techs, lovely vet, everything clean and friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. They listen closely. All tests were done, results came back almost immediately. All of that adds up to what we hoped we'd find in a vet.

My geriatric dog, Sam, was having major balance/ walking problems and it looked as though it might be the end for him. While I had prepared myself for the saddest of vet visits, Dr. Fullerton was perfectly persuasive with a gentle suggestion that we run some basic blood tests before making any decisions. It's a good thing we did, because 4 days later, Sam is making marked improvements. Dr. Fullerton offers a great combination of understanding, knowledge and the ability to give a pet owner room to make their own decisions, without trying to sell her on unnecessary, expensive tests- the perfect trustworthy bedside manner.Also, about a year ago my other dog, Olive, was injured in front of my house, and an associate from Holliston Animal Hospital appeared out of nowhere on the side of the road almost immediately and was a great comfort to me. While I can't remember who the person was, I'll never forget the compassion.

My rabbit is a regular at HAH with Dr Poling and has been going there for years for teeth and nail trimming and recently treating the snuffles (resp infection in rabbit). I'm always so happy with the service there. They are always more than fair in pricing, I never ever have to wait to be seen, everyone is so kind, all the techs are great as well as front desk staff and Dr Poling is one of a kind. If you guys treated humans I would come to you! My rabbit is very lucky :) thank you!!

We want to thank Drs. Poling, Temple, Roberts, and the entire staff of Holliston Animal Hospital for the kindness and professionalism that they showed in the care of our dog. Louie was diagnosed with Addison's Disease over 11 years ago. After monthly visits during those 11 years, Louie was quite familiar with the staff and seemed to love to visit. Considering his chronic illness, each of the doctors treated us and Louie with the utmost understanding and patience. As we all know, having to make that final decision about a beloved pet is very difficult. Dr. Roberts, whom we had never met, was there that day. Despite it being the end of her day, she and the rest of the staff could not have been more compassionate to Louie and to my husband and myself. Again, we thank you Dr. Poling, Dr. Temple, Dr. Roberts, and everyone at Holliston Animal Hospital.

Dr. Poling and his staff are outstanding. He is an extremely skilled at diagnostics & uses his years of experience to diagnosis and treat. He doesn't perform tests for the sake of just testing and making money but uses his own professional experience & years of practicing veterinary medicine to methodically diagnosis & treat. He explains everything and truly loves his patients. He has called me every time to explain the dogs test results. He just saved my dog's life & did it with care, patience and empathy for my dog and myself. I recommend him and Holliston Animal Hospital with any reservation.

When I was having my child, my cat was very ill. He had a hole in his ear drum and had terrible vertigo. After his surgery, he came home and attempted to walk down the stairs and fell down them instead. They gave me meds for him that we were supposed to give to him 2 times a day, but with a brand new baby, unfortunately my poor kitty was not getting the attention he needed. We called the animal hospital, and they agreed to board him and give him his meds. They even came in on the weekend 2 times a day to dose him. My husband and I thought we were about to be whacked with a gigantic vet bill, between the surgery, medications, and 5 days boarding including the weekend. When we got the bill, it was only a little over $200. I am very happy with this place and will take my kitties there for the rest of their lives.

Can't say enough about this place & its staff! Showed up first thing in the morning with my dog in my arms! They looked at him & immediately has an idea what was wrong. Dr. Polling cleared his schedule to operate on him! Everyone was so helpful even with which foods to give him during recovery! Thanks to them my dog is getting better & stronger every day!!!

My geriatric dog, Sam, was having major balance/ walking problems and it looked as though it might be the end for him. While I had prepared myself for the saddest of vet visits, Dr. Fullerton was perfectly persuasive with a gentle suggestion that we run some basic blood tests before making any decisions. It's a good thing we did, because 4 days later, Sam is making marked improvements. Dr. Fullerton offers a great combination of understanding, knowledge and the ability to give a pet owner room to make their own decisions, without trying to sell her on unnecessary, expensive tests- the perfect trustworthy bedside manner.Also, about a year ago my other dog, Olive, was injured in front of my house, and an associate from Holliston Animal Hospital appeared out of nowhere on the side of the road almost immediately and was a great comfort to me. While I can't remember who the person was, I'll never forget the compassion.

Dr Polling is a gifted surgeon and a walking encyclopedia of all things dog. He's done wonderful work on my little buddy at a fair price. If he had the right license, I'd let him operate on me.

My rabbit is a regular at HAH with Dr Poling and has been going there for years for teeth and nail trimming and recently treating the snuffles (resp infection in rabbit). I'm always so happy with the service there. They are always more than fair in pricing, I never ever have to wait to be seen, everyone is so kind, all the techs are great as well as front desk staff and Dr Poling is one of a kind. If you guys treated humans I would come to you! My rabbit is very lucky :) thank you!!

We want to thank Drs. Poling, Temple, Roberts, and the entire staff of Holliston Animal Hospital for the kindness and professionalism that they showed in the care of our dog. Louie was diagnosed with Addison's Disease over 11 years ago. After monthly visits during those 11 years, Louie was quite familiar with the staff and seemed to love to visit. Considering his chronic illness, each of the doctors treated us and Louie with the utmost understanding and patience. As we all know, having to make that final decision about a beloved pet is very difficult. Dr. Roberts, whom we had never met, was there that day. Despite it being the end of her day, she and the rest of the staff could not have been more compassionate to Louie and to my husband and myself. Again, we thank you Dr. Poling, Dr. Temple, Dr. Roberts, and everyone at Holliston Animal Hospital.

We left Ashland Animal Hospital because they seemed too rushed and we felt they nickel and dimed us. This vet spent a LOT of time with us to be surew we understand our dog's needs and issues. They were more compassionate than I had seen previously and were less expensive than others I've been to. We will always go here.

Dr. Poling and his staff are outstanding. He is an extremely skilled at diagnostics & uses his years of experience to diagnosis and treat. He doesn't perform tests for the sake of just testing and making money but uses his own professional experience & years of practicing veterinary medicine to methodically diagnosis & treat. He explains everything and truly loves his patients. He has called me every time to explain the dogs test results. He just saved my dog's life & did it with care, patience and empathy for my dog and myself. I recommend him and Holliston Animal Hospital with any reservation.

When I was having my child, my cat was very ill. He had a hole in his ear drum and had terrible vertigo. After his surgery, he came home and attempted to walk down the stairs and fell down them instead. They gave me meds for him that we were supposed to give to him 2 times a day, but with a brand new baby, unfortunately my poor kitty was not getting the attention he needed. We called the animal hospital, and they agreed to board him and give him his meds. They even came in on the weekend 2 times a day to dose him. My husband and I thought we were about to be whacked with a gigantic vet bill, between the surgery, medications, and 5 days boarding including the weekend. When we got the bill, it was only a little over $200. I am very happy with this place and will take my kitties there for the rest of their lives.
