The worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I went here because it was close to my house. They are business first, "care" second. The nurse was nice. The doctor basically tries to coax you into pay for more treatments etc. Very demanding. Talks to you as if you cannot take care of your own pet. The doctor even went as far as to force feeding my dog a can of her expensive food and making me pay for it. He didn't even eat it when he got home. Well never return. I'll gladly take a drive to dracut. Read Less

I went to this clinic because of the great reviews I read on this website and because it was located so close to my new home. The first time I took my 4 year old dog there I was told to arrive 30 minutes early so they could input my dogs medical records into their database. I arrived 20 minutes early for my 11:00 appointment, I was not taken in to see the Dr. until after 12:00. I was not informed as to why I was waiting for so long and I was never reassured in any way. After the ridiculous wait, I was offered every kind of service and product available. It turned out to be more of a sales meeting than a vet appointment. I denied all of the things offered because they were quoting me at a $550 bill already. I went in needing only two annual vaccines.  At one point they also took my dog into the back for a few minutes, without any explanation as to why. I thought they were administering the shots, but they did that in front of me. Finally, after being at the vet for hours, getting my bill down to $250 and making a follow up appointment for the second lyme vaccine, we were free to go home. A day later, I was spammed with numerous e-mails and phone calls. Going back for my second appointment was even worse. I refused a service, but was strong armed into allowing them to proceed with said $40 service. They asked me again if I wanted all of the products and services they offered me last time and made me feel like a horrible pet-owner for refusing. They said I was "crazy for not" going through with one service. It is safe to say that I will never return to this vet and I strongly urge any young pet owner on a budget to do the same. Read Less

We knew that we needed to update our dog's shots in order to get a dog license in Massachusetts, and this was our closest Vet- located right next to the Humane Society.  They were very helpful, informing us which shots were needed, which were recommended, and which were optional.  I felt a little bit like I was pressured into getting more shots than I was planning on paying for, but I also understand that there are different risks here with lyme disease and heartworm than there were where we lived before.  Ultimately I realize that it's better to use preventative medicine which is less costly than dealing with an actual emergency related to a disease.Ever since the shock of everything we needed to do to get our dog current with shots has worn off from our first visit, the experiences have been very pleasant.  They give you a reminder call the day before your appointment, they send reminder notes in the mail for recommended services, and they give you a complete print out after each visit to outline what they did and what it cost.I've also noticed that some people special order pet foods that they pick up at this location, which would definitely be more convenient than going out to PetSmart for special food.
