Use to be a long term customer. Be having some bad experiences there lately. Never the same vet to see your pet. Always feel rushed and not very Thorough. Rude customer service when calling from 2 different people when I called they seem more interested and going home to providing good service. Brought my dog there twice because she was itchy the vet told me basically there’s nothing they can do. Brought her to a vet recommended in pepperell and they found a solution first vist. It's really too bad there are so many bad reviews about a recent occurrence at Fallon. It's likely that all those who have posted here don't have all of the facts. I have been going to Fallon since 1995 when I sought out an affordable treatment for my Golden Retriever's Lymphoma. Dr. Grobe set up a treatment plan that put my dog into remission and gave him many more months of quality life. She has been the primary caregiver to my other two Goldens and I can't thank her enough for the quality of care she has provided and for her compassion and love for animals. I've been going to Fallon for over 30 yrs, and have never had a bad experience. They are one of the few places that allow you to go in with the pet. I have taken my dogs and cats there over the years and have never had an issue. They saved my 18 yr old cat in September of 2016. They stayed after hours for lab results, they prescribed medications and she's doing great. I would never take my animals anywhere else. It's obvious to me they DO love animals. Read Less

I've been going to Fallon for over 25 years. I've always been treated warmly by the kind staff, and I absolutely love Dr. Grobe. (I was surprised to see the recent reviews all from the same timeframe. There are always two sides to every story.) My long time positive experience with this clinic keep me driving 25 minutes from Princeton rather than finding a new vet a bit closer. Plenty of room in the waiting area, knowledgeable staff who have been there for years and years. My recent issues with my kitties prompted me to come here to write a review. Any vet that takes the life of a innocent animal because they could not be bothered to understand the actual situation or contact the organization with whom the dog was microchipped to, is no vet I would ever entrust with the well-being of my pets. Terri Grobe DVM of Fallon Animal Clinic cared more about earning a quick euthanasia fee than following the law. They euthanized a deaf yellow lab named Huey who spent 3 years in rescue learning sign language. Huey was microchiped by the rescue group yet Terri Grobe did not contact them and instead euthanized Huey at the request of an adopter who only had Huey for 2 days. She did not want to wait till rescue picked him up and Fallon Animal Clinic was only too happy to oblige. Poor beautiful Huey. RIP. Read Less

Normally I love Falon but I called at 8 when they open because my puppy was really sick and was told the doc isn't in and the first appt. I can get is at 10. If I knew that I would have just taken him to the vet energy room. Very Disappointed in FalonRead Less

I have been bringing my kitties to Fallon Animal Clinic most of my life. From the time I was a young teenager, my family brought our cats there and I continued to do so myself. I will be 47 this year, so that is a long time! I have interacted with all the vets at one time or another, but my all time favorite vet is TERRI GROBE, who helped me through some difficult issues with my own first kitty 20+ years ago. I have moved to Princeton but continue to drive my cats the 25 minutes in order to be in a place I feel truly comfortable. The staff has always been wonderful, kind, and caring. It's great to interact with the same people over the course of such a long time. I know I should probably change to a more local vet, but I just can't do it. We currently are without a canine friend but are hoping to change this deficiency as soon as I can walk again and we have moved. Dr Mike and the other wonderful doctors at the clinic have cared for and with us have loved over 12 of our rescue dogs. Most with health challenges. Thank you for being there for us. Read Less

I have been going to Fallon Animal Clinic since 1994. I have brought my cat, turtle and at this point all 3 dogs that I have been Lucky enough to have in my life. I find the girls at the desk to be so Friendly, Helpfrul and sympathetic (even when I wept over my deceased turtle), that I had to write this review after reading the one that was already posted. Dr. Groby is my #1 Doctor She is truly vested in her career, taking the time to talk to you about all of your concerns. When ,talking to her about the end of my animals lives it has put tears in her eyes as well as mine. I have also seen and enjoyed Dr. Fallon. I have not any bad experiences with Dr. Sulin or the other Male Doctor. The hours this Clinic keeps is a true testiment to their committment and Love of Animals. They are open til (I believe) 8 pm one or two nights a week. The person who complains about waiting..... Might want to think about why they are waiting... Did someone just find out their Fury Best friend has a serious Health Problem? Did someone Just have to Put down their 16 year old Dog? Think People!! And be glad you have really good doctors behind those doors that are their to help your pet when they call you in. And hopefully you won't have bad news to make the next people wait TOO LONG!!!!! Fallon Animal Clinic is one of the best animal care facilities that you will find. All the doctors are extremely competent, compassionate and caring. We have been bringing our dogs there for many years and have always been thankful to have them. I can?t say enough good things about Dr. Mike Fallon, Dr. Terri Grobe, Dr. Melissa Sulin and the excellent staff. Dr Fallon and Dr Grobie are excellent - great with the animals and explaining things to you. Dr Sullen is to be avoided at all costs. Her actions cost me nearly $1000 of eye specialist care for my dog. Be warned - you do have to wait for an unacceptable length of time for appointments. The nurses are rude and hostile if you question them - the customer is always wrong in their eyes. If you have all the time in the world then this is an excellent animal centre. Read Less
