I have been to several vets over the years and these folks just want to nickle and dime you. I understand that the vet is a business and they need to make revenue, but NOTHING can be done through this office without making an appointment and having a battery of tests done, including refilling a heart'-worm prescription. I should not need to spend hundreds of extra dollars on a visit and test to get a preventative medication for my dog that has not been off this medication refilled. I am DISGUSTED with this group. Our family has not been satisfied with this service for a while.  Vets could not find jaw cancer in my old dog even though he had his teeth cleaned and had a whole in his jaw.  Our two other dogs were diagnosed with "lung infections" and were placed on antibiotics for a month. Treatment produced no results and we were told they would have to have surgery.  We took them home, did an online search of the symptoms....wormed them and both dogs were better in 7 day!  Returned and told one Vet what we did and what the other two Vets had said about surgery and I was told they could not have possibly told us our dogs needed surgery.  I would not recomend this service.
