When we heard Dr. Flessas was back in the area it was an easy decision to switch our golden's care to Millis Animal Hospital. The care we've received has been excellent. Oliver loves attention and there's no shortage of it here. Everyone is super friendly and gets down on the floor with him and gives him the attention he craves!!! Scheduling appointments has been easy and we have no regrets in switching!

I've been going to this vet ever since I moved to Millis almost 9 yrs ago. After the previous owner left there has been quite a bit of turnover with Doctors. I was finding that most of them didn't see...
I've been going to this vet ever since I moved to Millis almost 9 yrs ago. After the previous owner left there has been quite a bit of turnover with Doctors. I was finding that most of them didn't seem to be knowledgeable with cats but then I met Dr. Nord. She is here to stay and I can't tell you how happy that makes me. I only met her about 2 weeks ago but I've already been there multiple times since then with my kitties (2 out of 3 are seniors). I can't tell you how knowledgeable and caring Dr. Nord is. One cat was recently diagnosed diabetic and the other with a mammary tumor among other things. She has been hands on with their treatment plan and even took the time to sit down with me to talk about everything going on. I've never felt so listened to. You can tell she cares and again, the knowledge and experience she has to offer is such an asset. I'm glad I stuck around to meet Dr. Nord. Also, the staff at the Hospital are great! I call and email often bc of everything going on and they always get back to me right away and are so friendly. Happy that the Hospital is on the right track!

I honestly can't give enough stars for Millis Animal hospital and Dr. Johnson! I had never been here before, but called in a panic because they are right up the street and something was definitely wrong with my dog. They got me in the same morning and were just so kind and loving to both the pup and myself! Long story short, they ran bloodwork right there and within 10 minutes we had our Lyme disease diagnosis. In less than 40 minutes time we were in and out with medications in hand, this is without a doubt my new vet for both dogs!!!

I've been taking my cat & Dogs here since I moved to millis in 2009 & have gotten exceptionable care for my pets.
whether it's an emergency or routine check ups Im always in good hands here.

This place was great. We brought out two cats for a visit here last week and we have never had a better experience at the vet. The woman at the front desk greeted is as soon as we walked in (which is always a good start to any visit). Then when we did finally see the vet she was very nice and diligent in answering any questions that we had without making us sound like idiots for asking and not already knowing. They handled out pets with care and didn't even mind it when one of our little guys decided that he wanted to sit on their paperwork.Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Great vet, I have met people at the Dog park in Medway that love Dr. Hilar and her staff as much as I do.
Their dedication and love of animals is amazing. And, unlike vets who may be great with animals and not with people, she is a gem.
Prices are reasonable, wait time for an appointment is short. They follow up very nicely, checking in when it is needed after a visit.
When I have needed copies of vaccines, they have faxed them to me in minutes!
Most importantly, my dog loves it there!

I love that they love my pets as much as I do. I've only gone it for shots for my two cats but it doesn't take much time at all. They're healthy. They were scared to go, because no one really likes getting poked, but the staff was really gentle and professional with them. They're just very nice people.

It's taken me awhile to write about the loss of our dear cat, Luke, who was over 18 yrs old. Last August I found Luke collapsed by the side of the bed breathing heavily. I called Millis Hospital very ...
It's taken me awhile to write about the loss of our dear cat, Luke, who was over 18 yrs old. Last August I found Luke collapsed by the side of the bed breathing heavily. I called Millis Hospital very upset and said that I had to wait for my husband to come home before I could bring Luke in. I got a call back right away that Dr. Hiler was sending two of her staff to pick Luke and I up at my house. Dr. Hiler stayed past 1 AM in the morning working on Luke to save him. After a few days at the hospital Luke was able to come home. We were able to have an extra two months with him to say a longer goodbye. I can't tell you what that two months meant to us. We will always be thankful to Dr. Hiler and her excellent staff. As our bumper sticker says, "I love our vet and Millis Animal Hospital"

Cari Hiler and her staff are absolutely fantastic. We've been bringing our dog there from the time he was eight weeks old! They are always patient, take enough time to talk to you, and give great advice. We recently had an emergency situation with our dog and Cari and her staff were EXCELLENT. They were supportive all the way around and very understanding ... we forgot our dog leash in the rush to the Animal Hospital and they gave us one of their spares ... so sweet and nice. They went out of their way to copy *all* of our dogs records for us and even gave us directions to a 24 hour emergency animal hospital if we needed it. Even got a "thank-you" card in the mail from their office recently!Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

Great vet, I have met people at the Dog park in Medway that love her as much as I do. Her dedication and love of animals is amazing. And, unlike vets who may be great with animals and not with people, she is a gem. Prices are reasonable, wait time for an appointment is short. When we heard Dr. Flessas was back in the area it was an easy decision to switch our golden's care to Millis Animal Hospital. The care we've received has been excellent. Oliver loves attention and there's no shortage of it here. Everyone is super friendly and gets down on the floor with him and gives him the attention he craves!!! Scheduling appointments has been easy and we have no regrets in switching!

I've been going to this vet ever since I moved to Millis almost 9 yrs ago. After the previous owner left there has been quite a bit of turnover with Doctors. I was finding that most of them didn't seem to be knowledgeable with cats but then I met Dr. Nord. She is here to stay and I can't tell you how happy that makes me. I honestly can't give enough stars for Millis Animal hospital and Dr. Johnson! I had never been here before, but called in a panic because they are right up the street and something was definitely wrong with my dog. They got me in the same morning and were just so kind and loving to both the pup and myself! Long story short, they ran bloodwork right there and within 10 minutes we had our Lyme disease diagnosis. In less than 40 minutes time we were in and out with medications in hand, this is without a doubt my new vet for both dogs!!!

This place was great. We brought out two cats for a visit here last week and we have never had a better experience at the vet. The woman at the front desk greeted is as soon as we walked in (which is always a good start to any visit). Then when we did finally see the vet she was very nice and diligent in answering any questions that we had without making us sound like idiots for asking and not already knowing. I love that they love my pets as much as I do. I've only gone it for shots for my two cats but it doesn't take much time at all. They're healthy. They were scared to go, because no one really likes getting poked, but the staff was really gentle and professional with them. They're just very nice people.

They are always patient, take enough time to talk to you, and give great advice. We recently had an emergency situation with our dog and Cari and her staff were EXCELLENT.
