My two yorkies (with many health issues!) have been seeing Dr. Erin Scott for the last 5 years and we've been so pleased with the staff and the care they receive. Each time I take them I feel as if my expectations have been exceeded. The vet techs and doctors are extremely thorough, caring, sensitive, and provide me with the answers and options I need. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful, and often goes above and beyond for us. We love Highland Animal Hospital and highly recommend it.

Dr. Giles fed our senior Yorkshire terrier two different medications to prevent fleas, ticks, heart worms, and mosquito-related illnesses that each had diarrhea and vomiting as side effects without telling us about this risk. Our poor dog has been sick all day and losing a lot of fluids. He’s been crying NONSTOP for the better part of the day and barely had an appetite. If we had known about the risks we either would have said no or we would’ve requested another form of prevention treatment. We’re on our way to an emergency center now-this emergency center was so nice and helpful on the phone! I absolutely will not be going back to Dr. Giles or this hospital ever again. This kind of an oversight should not have happened.

An overall great veterinarian practice for your pet! Our dogs have always received top notch care from a friendly, professional staff. The boarding staff is fantastic (our dog Leia always looks forward to visiting), and all the vets take their time to explain any necessary treatment. Easy access, parking and super clean facilities. This animal hospital will help you put out your mind at ease, but they don't have some of the diagnostic equipment that needed during pet emergency. Also they are not cheap.

I wish I had a blank check to write you,but I don't.two kids a mortgage and car payments. I guess I'll just try to find an alternative. So cold. Pets are for the rich I guess.

We used to go here when it was owned by Dr. Curry, and now it's Highland with Dr. Giles. Let me just say that Giles, Jerry, Cristoff and the crew are emblazoned in our hearts. They work miracles both physically and in your soul. They are true animal lovers and our family would be lost without them. One dog we had was so mistreated before she came to us that even after she wouldn't let you look at her even with a camera. Jerry managed to get the first good picture of her that we cherish to this day. She loved him. Cristoff is revered by our cats and Dr. Giles by our family as a whole. Love these people.

My two yorkies (with many health issues!) have been seeing Dr. Erin Scott for the last 5 years and we've been so pleased with the staff and the care they receive. Each time I take them I feel as if my expectations have been exceeded. The vet techs and doctors are extremely thorough, caring, sensitive, and provide me with the answers and options I need. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful, and often goes above and beyond for us. We love Highland Animal Hospital and highly recommend it.

Dr. Giles fed our senior Yorkshire terrier two different medications to prevent fleas, ticks, heart worms, and mosquito-related illnesses that each had diarrhea and vomiting as side effects without telling us about this risk.
