We love Cody vet! We now live in Texas but frequently vacation here in Massachusetts with family with our Pets. Cody Vet has always been able to see us when we have had an emergency and taken wonderful care of our pets. The staff are very kind and we love the care our babies have received!

Called to have my Pet examined, not the first time as they had both my pets information in their system. The exam would cost $65, no problem, my cat needed a check up. The vet convinced me to go with ...
Called to have my Pet examined, not the first time as they had both my pets information in their system. The exam would cost $65, no problem, my cat needed a check up. The vet convinced me to go with the senior wellness exam, a series of blood tests to check his overall health. Again I have no problem paying $315 because it seemed like the best thing at the time. Results were overall normal with exception of his thyroid being a little high. During the exam she asked if he had a rabies shot this year and I said no. She said she wanted to see about his test results before giving any vaccines, I agreed. The vet told me thyroid pills ran about $40, okay, if he needs it I'll absolutely buy it for him. I go back a few days late to pick up the pills they're 59.00 +tax... I don't complain it's not the receptionists fault. Now my cat is doing much better, WITHOUT the thyroid pills I will add, he was just bored with his food so a simple change brought his appetite back. I call for his rabies shot the vet guilted me into getting and they tell me they don't give shots without an exam. Just to humor myself I ask how much an exam would cost when he was just seen and they tell me $85 plus $30 for the vaccine. They had no record of him being seen and I politely said I still had the printout and receipt but they have a "no exception" policy for this type of situation. I'm sorry at this point I can only assume they're in this business to nickel and dime their customers and pin their emotions against them to upsell unnecessary services. You want a veterinarian who has compassion for animals and she simply isn't.

Cody Pet Hospital took care of me after my second ACL surgery in November 2017. While my mom and dad were at work, they needed me to be under close supervision at a place they trusted. The staff at Cody Pet Hospital was absolutely amazing! For the two weeks that I was with them during the work day, the staff gave me my medicine, monitored my incision site, kept a close eye on me, and treated me like family. My parents knew I was in good hands, and in the meantime I made new friends! I highly recommend Cody Pet Hospital to all my furry friends out there. I miss spending time there already!

Very disappointed in my experience with this vet. They were afraid of my dog (who has never bit anyone and I got him when he was 8 weeks old and is now 5). If you can't bring your nervous dog to the vet where else can you bring him?! Very unprofessional and rude. Also just got him testing for his stomach to look for any bacteria issues. Everything came back negative so I wanted to switch his food. I was urged to buy antibiotics from them anyways. It felt like a money scam to me. Why would you treat something that's not diagnosed?Switching vets IMMEDIATELY.

For those with "pocket pets," we know how vital it is to have our babies handled expertly to minimize stress. My gerbil had an abcess on her face that was interfering with her ability to eat and gnaw. Her condition was diagnosed and treated quickly, effectively, and at a minimal expense. Equally important, the vet and other staff treated ME with care and respect. I travel 45 minutes out of my way to get this high quality, low cost care.

Cody Pet Hospital is absolutley amazing!!! The staff are so sweet and helpful, which is something that I really needed when my cat got hurt. They took her in right away, assuring me everything was going to be ok. While she was there for those couple of hours they called me a few times to let me know everything was ok, which ment the world to me. And I have recieved a call almost every day from them checking on how we are doing. These people are amazing I dont know what me and my animals would have ever done without them

We have been bringing our family pets to Whispering Pines for ten years. Currently, we have two cats and one dog. Over the years, we have had appointments for well-care visits, sick visits, surgeries, emergencies, and terminal illness care. Through it all, we know that we can count on the staff to outline our options clearly coupled with their professional opinions to guide us in our decision-making, and to provide our pets with loving care. During difficult times, our vet was always available to see our pet the same day, and she followed up with close communication through phone calls and emails for updates about our pet's condition. We have found their pricing to be consistently fair, and estimates received prior to procedures to be very accurate. The technicians are outstanding, and when we have needed to leave a pet for a hospital stay, we know that we can rest assured that they are in good hands!

I took my 8 year old rescued dog to Whispering Pines based on a recommendation from friends who already lived in the area. They said they had tried other places, and Whispering Pines has the best prices, as well as the best services. My friends were right!My pup has been in for checkups, surgery and one emergency, and each time, all my questions were answered very well, and I knew exactly what I was going to pay for. They give you an estimate upfront, and they tell you what might change and what they will try to take off the bill if they can.The first time I went there, we had just rescued her from a shelter, and had lots of questions. During her tooth cleaning, they saw she had a broken tooth and extracted it. They also discovered my little pup has crate anxiety, so they took turns holding her as she woke up from the anesthesia. They were so kind. They called the next day and a few days after that checking up on their patient, and were so glad to see her on her checkup visit. These people really love animals.They always have lots of information for us on what might happen with her health, what to watch out for, etc. We've called them on several occasions for advice, and they are always willing to chat. They don't demand you come in for a little question and pay the visit fee.Whispering Pines has late hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it's great for regular working folks, and they always accommodate us by giving us the first or last appt of the day, since my dog is skittish around other animals.They have lots of animal-related events: picture taking, Puppy Plunge, mushing events. They also do boarding, bathing and dietary and behavioral counseling.The only negative is one of the vets has no bed-side manner to speak of, but she is amazingly knowledgeable and she's the kind of person that you can absolutely rely on their opinion. I'm not there to be coddled, I'm there to get information about my dog, and I feel very comfortable with all of the vets' opinions.

Great, friendly staff. We loved getting a text with a picture of our pup once he woke up from his surgery so that we could see how well he was recovering and so we wouldn't worry the rest of the day while at work.

Cody Pet Hospital is absolutley amazing!!! The staff are so sweet and helpful, which is something that I really needed when my cat got hurt. They took her in right away, assuring me everything was going to be ok. While she was there for those couple of hours they called me a few times to let me know everything was ok, which ment the world to me. And I have recieved a call almost every day from them checking on how we are doing. These people are amazing I dont know what me and my animals would have ever done without them

We have been bringing our family pets to Whispering Pines for ten years. Currently, we have two cats and one dog. Over the years, we have had appointments for well-care visits, sick visits, surgeries, emergencies, and terminal illness care. Through it all, we know that we can count on the staff to outline our options clearly coupled with their professional opinions to guide us in our decision-making, and to provide our pets with loving care. During difficult times, our vet was always available to see our pet the same day, and she followed up with close communication through phone calls and emails for updates about our pet's condition. We have found their pricing to be consistently fair, and estimates received prior to procedures to be very accurate. The technicians are outstanding, and when we have needed to leave a pet for a hospital stay, we know that we can rest assured that they are in good hands!

I took my 8 year old rescued dog to Whispering Pines based on a recommendation from friends who already lived in the area. They said they had tried other places, and Whispering Pines has the best prices, as well as the best services. My friends were right!My pup has been in for checkups, surgery and one emergency, and each time, all my questions were answered very well, and I knew exactly what I was going to pay for. They give you an estimate upfront, and they tell you what might change and what they will try to take off the bill if they can.The first time I went there, we had just rescued her from a shelter, and had lots of questions. During her tooth cleaning, they saw she had a broken tooth and extracted it. They also discovered my little pup has crate anxiety, so they took turns holding her as she woke up from the anesthesia. They were so kind. They called the next day and a few days after that checking up on their patient, and were so glad to see her on her checkup visit. These people really love animals.They always have lots of information for us on what might happen with her health, what to watch out for, etc. We've called them on several occasions for advice, and they are always willing to chat. They don't demand you come in for a little question and pay the visit fee.Whispering Pines has late hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it's great for regular working folks, and they always accommodate us by giving us the first or last appt of the day, since my dog is skittish around other animals.They have lots of animal-related events: picture taking, Puppy Plunge, mushing events. They also do boarding, bathing and dietary and behavioral counseling.The only negative is one of the vets has no bed-side manner to speak of, but she is amazingly knowledgeable and she's the kind of person that you can absolutely rely on their opinion. I'm not there to be coddled, I'm there to get information about my dog, and I feel very comfortable with all of the vets' opinions.
