We've been bring our dogs here since Dr. Bauffaldi opened the practice. NRV truly cares about their patients and families. Prices are affordable and they will work with you to make payments. Great location too. I've been with NRV for 25+ years and very pleased!

Friendly people,atmosphere. Great with handling injured animals and was pleasantly surprised of the lower cost with expert veterinary care.

My poor dog got his tail stuck in the door I asked them what I can do and they told me they can't do anything and needed to cut half of it off I told them to go f themselves and moved to another vets ...
My poor dog got his tail stuck in the door I asked them what I can do and they told me they can't do anything and needed to cut half of it off I told them to go f themselves and moved to another vets and they told me they can save it with a few months of watching it. my dogs tail is fine it looks like nothing was wrong with him! Will not go back to them will stay with my new vets on park street!

I can't say enough great things about North Reading Veterinary office!They treat you with such kindness and they understand your pet is like your child..We have been coming here for a few years and never had anything but exceptional service and compassion for our animals!Thank you to the dr.s, the front staff, and all of you!!! I would highly recommend this place!

Dr. Lauer is very professional and took a lot of time with tips on taking care of my cats. Vaccines went very quickly without any hardship. Highly recommended!

Arrived at 8 am opening time with dying hamster left in my charge while kids on vacation. I said "Good morning, I have a hamster with wet tail." The receptionist said "Uhuh?" like this was information...
Arrived at 8 am opening time with dying hamster left in my charge while kids on vacation. I said "Good morning, I have a hamster with wet tail." The receptionist said "Uhuh?" like this was information and not a request for help. I said "Can you treat her?" She said "There's no doctor until 9 a.m." She suggested that I go to a vet in another town but she couldn' t give me the address. Zero out of ten for "putting the patient first".

I haven't had a run in with the previous employee that was rude and emotionally attacked me, so therefore this vet gets 5 stars everyone has been nothing but nice to me and my doggies! I love all of the new staff they are so personable there! They really care about your pets I highly recommend this place!

Today we met with a wonderful veterinarian at North Reading Veterinary, Dr. Karen Woodbury. Our dog was very ill and very distressed. Dr. Woodbury had an immediate calming affect while examining her...
Today we met with a wonderful veterinarian at North Reading Veterinary, Dr. Karen Woodbury. Our dog was very ill and very distressed. Dr. Woodbury had an immediate calming affect while examining her. She did a very thorough examination and conducted needed tests. She was able to arrive at a diagnosis and plan of treatment and convey it to us in a very helpful and knowledgeable manner. She was able to find a solution for a long standing problem that our dog had suffered with that no other vet had been able to find, We recommend Dr. Woodbury to other pet owners in the area.
The staff were very helpful and very sensitive to the comfort of our little Rosie.

Today we met with a wonderful veterinarian at North Reading Veterinary, Dr. Karen Woodbury. Our dog was very ill and very distressed. Dr. Woodbury had an immediate calming affect while examining her. She did a very thorough examination and conducted needed tests. She was able to arrive at a diagnosis and plan of treatment and convey it to us in a very helpful and knowledgeable manner. She was able to find a solution for a long standing problem that our dog had suffered with that no other vet had been able to find, We recommend Dr. Woodbury to other pet owners in the area.
