Dr Lorenzo is the best! I've been taking our animals to her for years. She goes above & beyond to make sure our pets have excellent health care. (She once stopped at our home, after a long day, to drop off an ointment our dog needed). All the staff are compassionate, professional people. I highly recommend Florence Anima Clinic.

In several decades of personal and professional experience getting vet care for too many animals to count I can say that Florence Animal Clinic and Dr. Lorenzo are among the very best I've dealt with. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lorenzo and her practice so I'll leave at this -- great vets, great staff, good medicine, good with the pets and the people. They are highly recommended!

Moose seemed fairly relaxed for all the changes/stress she's been through recently - I think she could sense how animal friendly they were. Their fees were quite reasonable, as well. I highly recommend this clinic for your furry babies:^)

I had the best possible experience at the Florence Animal Clinic from the initial phone call to the examination of my kitten. We had adopted our kitten, Callie, from an animal shelter and a couple of months after she came home I realized that the voucher the shelter had given us for a free exam had expired. I called Florence Animal Clinic and explained the situation to the receptionist who kindly offered to explain it to the vet. The vet, Dr. Danielle Lorenzo, said she was willing to honor it despite the expiration date. I especially appreciated this because it had cost over $350 to adopt Callie.The vet that examined Callie, Dr. Jennifer Kefer, was very kind and professional to both me and Callie. She answered my many questions without seeming rushed in any way, she was informative, respectful of my skepticism about the need for one of the vaccines, and obviously used to working with pet owners who have varied perspectives. We walked out of the exam room together, discussing the fact that the exam was free and that I would pay for the rabies vaccine that Callie had received.The receptionist who overheard us said, "Wait a minute! Let me see your folder from the shelter again. You might have a rabies voucher as well." She checked and indeed I did! Her thoughtfulness and thoroughness saved me even more money. Dr. Lorenzo could not have known this at the time, but her willingness to forgo a $50 exam fee and the exceptional service of her colleagues has won the Florence Animal Clinic a loyal customer for life!

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Lorenzo and staff as part of our animals' welfare team. The Clinic runs the gamut of animal care from general practice to emergency care. The most recent example of their high quality service was upon a recent kitten adoption. The kitten became listless and I contacted the Clinic. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule immediately, found that the kitten had a temperature of 104 and an elevated white blood count, and he became an inpatient. Within the day he was stabilized and I was able to take him home that night with a clean bill of health. Her team epitomizes professionalism: caring, compassionate, generous, and knowledgeable. They have earned our gratitude and loyalty.

My family recently started taking our cat (Euclid) and dog (Clara) to Florence Animal Clinic for their routine medical evaluations and vaccinations. The staff at Florence Animal Clinic has been extremely welcoming, professional, and informative regarding the necessary next steps to keeping our beloved pets happy AND healthy. In addition to providing excellent care for our furbies, the staff treats my husband and I like real people, so we dont feel like just another client when we go in. My dog even gets excited to see them!

We've been bringing our dog here for years, (cat too) and have always had a good experience but recently we discovered our dog was very ill and likely only had a short while to live. Dr. Marci Lowy and staff were extremely caring and gave her excellent care. Her condition was explained fully along with our options for treatment. This was conveyed with a wonderful combination of caring and pragmatism. When the time came to put her down, Dr. Lowy and one of her staff came to our home and administered the euthanasia with compassion and dignity. We can not thank Dr. Lowy and her entire staff enough for helping to ease our dog's final days as well as helping us, her people, get through this painful time.

We are so fortunate to have Dr. Lorenzo and staff as part of our animals' welfare team. The Clinic runs the gamut of animal care from general practice to emergency care. The most recent example of their high quality service was upon a recent kitten adoption. The kitten became listless and I contacted the Clinic. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule immediately, found that the kitten had a temperature of 104 and an elevated white blood count, and he became an inpatient. Within the day he was stabilized and I was able to take him home that night with a clean bill of health. Her team epitomizes professionalism: caring, compassionate, generous, and knowledgeable. They have earned our gratitude and loyalty.

My family recently started taking our cat (Euclid) and dog (Clara) to Florence Animal Clinic for their routine medical evaluations and vaccinations. The staff at Florence Animal Clinic has been extremely welcoming, professional, and informative regarding the necessary next steps to keeping our beloved pets happy AND healthy. In addition to providing excellent care for our furbies, the staff treats my husband and I like real people, so we dont feel like just another client when we go in. My dog even gets excited to see them!

We've been bringing our dog here for years, (cat too) and have always had a good experience but recently we discovered our dog was very ill and likely only had a short while to live. Dr. Marci Lowy and staff were extremely caring and gave her excellent care. Her condition was explained fully along with our options for treatment. This was conveyed with a wonderful combination of caring and pragmatism. When the time came to put her down, Dr. Lowy and one of her staff came to our home and administered the euthanasia with compassion and dignity. We can not thank Dr. Lowy and her entire staff enough for helping to ease our dog's final days as well as helping us, her people, get through this painful time.
