I would not recommend this vet. The office manager is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. They refused to see my pet or prescribe necessary medication after I reached out to express my disappointment that they ignored an email for two weeks. Retaliation after getting negative feedback is not ok. I would recommend seeking out a vet who actually cares about your concerns and responds in a polite and timely manner. North King Animal Clinic WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY PET and I do not wish that upon anyone else.

Dr. Owen and her team clearly love animals. They recognize my dogs even after a year of not being there. They welcome me and my animals with open arms every time I visit the office. Dr. Owen's is not one of those vets who will push you for unnecessary testing and is very realistic about potential issues. Her team has even given me advice over the phone which has saved me visits and money. My dogs aren't scared to be there, and aren't scared of Dr. Owen or any of her staff. I've had a horrible experience with a vet before which is what led me to Dr. Owen. I am so happy and pleased with their services and I will be a patron of Dr. Owen's for a long time to come.

The Vet is very knowledgeable and helpful. She will go out of her way to do what is best for your pet and really cares about animals. Veterinary costs can be very expensive, and they try to help you find a way for you to do what's best for your pet while working with your budget. I have been going to this vet for 5 years now, and I have always been happy with my the experiences I have had.

We love bringing our animals to Dr. Nancy Owen and her staff at North King Animal Clinic. The front of house could not be more welcoming, and we have always found the fees for treatment and services to be the most reasonable in our years of pet ownership. On two occasions our dog Shipley has been injured rather severely, requiring treatment at the emergency hospital. On both occasions Dr. Owen was a critical member of her after care; always holding great concern for our dog's comfort, pain management, and total recovery; we trust her implicitly. We have just adopted a second dog and were delighted to bring her in for her initial visit - not only is she now a member of our family, but also a member of the North King family.

Dr. Owen is an excellent vet and doesn't overcharge. I drive 20 miles from home to take my cats to her. Anyone who thinks her rates are high has not been to other Valley animal doctors, as she only did necessary tests. Dr Owen. is a bit. reticent, says little but you can trust her. She seems to be a good diagnostician. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Had an amazing experience today when I had to say goodbye to my rat friend. Thank you to Dr. Owen. I cannot sing your praises enough. The experience was as peaceful as it could have been and I had called around until I found a place who would do the procedure in a way I felt comfortable. Using a local anesthetic and then a sedative first made it so much easier to make the choice. Thank you again. Everyone was caring and friendly and very sympathetic. As good of an experience, given the circumstances, that I could have had.

Dr. Lewis and her staff are wonderful; competent, compassionate, informative and patient. We have been going to the Clinic with our animals for over 20 years. Not only have they given us sound, helpful advice, they have taken into account our personal circumstances and family wishes. They have grown with our "people" and "animal" family and have shown us all love throughout the years. Nancy helped us with a very premature kitten and he has survived to be a great cat! The staff mourned with us as they helped our 15 year old dog to die when it was time and they helped us ease her pain until that time came. We can't say enough about their care and enthusiasm when it comes to their animal patients. Our animals love to come to see them and so do we.

I have been to many vets, but this one was the friendliest and also most professional that I have been to. The staff was extremely pleasant and made my cat feel very special. Dr. Owen was professional and answered all my questions. She was thorough, and I trusted that she was taking good care of my cat. On the way out, you even get a gift bag of goodies for your animal!

The front of house could not be more welcoming, and we have always found the fees for treatment and services to be the most reasonable in our years of pet ownership. On two occasions our dog Shipley has been injured rather severely, requiring treatment at the emergency hospital. I have been to many vets, but this one was the friendliest and also most professional that I have been to. The staff was extremely pleasant and made my cat feel very special.
