DO NOT USE THIS VET FOR YOUR HORSES!
So many issues not sure where to start!
1) Bonnnie Smith gave us a quote to treat our horses and at the end of the visit she handed over a bill for 3X the quoted price!! The most ridiculous charge I have ever seen is "bandaging fee" which would make sense in some situations, but I bandaged my own horse with my own badages and she said this charge was for surpervising the wrapping!
2) Dr. Smith told me that my horse had an arithmic heart beat and was going to need major life threatening srugery to fix it. I thought it strange no other vet had already picked up on this, so called in 2 other vets.. both of which said my horse DID NOT have any heart problems. Bonnie charged us for an EKG and all sorts of testing that any good vet wouldn't have because the horse didn't have a problem.
3) Lameness exam - she doens't know what lame is.
