When I inherited my beloved moms two dogs I knew that I needed them to be under the best care possible in every aspect, professionally, temperamentally, emotionally even empathetically. I had worked with two vets in the area before changing to Noah’s Ark, I now have 4 dogs and have now been there for 4 years and will gratefully continue to do so.
The staff shows incredible kindness and patience with everything from routine care to emergency care to even late night phone calls. They take time to help answer questions and go through any helpful information. I have never felt judged in the office by any of my dogs behaviors or incidences whether I worry that they may be overweight, too antisocial or too aggressive. I have never felt pressured to make a decision or purchase any products or treatment.
When one of my dogs was injured, I was seen quickly by Dr Goodreau. Though the surgery could have been pushed off until another day with some home care instructions, Dr Goodreau stayed in the office until 5pm on a Saturday to perform surgery when the office had closed at 1pm. Though she did not mention it, I knew this was not something that she had to do but chose to out of empathy for my dog. All the while, Dr Peters (who was not working that day) had been texting me from 9pm the night of the injury to the next day after surgery to see how my dog was doing.
In my opinion, Noah’s Ark has always and continues to provide kind, gentle, and thorough care.

When I inherited my beloved moms two dogs I knew that I needed them to be under the best care possible in every aspect, professionally, temperamentally, emotionally even empathetically. Dr. Peters is great. She is thorough in her examinations and explains instructions and recommendations very well. The staff is excellent as well. They are able to work with difficult animals like my dog and keep them calm. When my other dog passed away this year I called Noah's Ark and went in right away. They let me use an exam room for over an hour so my family had time to come say their good byes before I sent her to be cremated. Everyone was very sensitive and made my pets passing a little easier.Not only is the staff great, but the prices are reasonable. They have a lab at the office so most tests and treatments don't have to be sent to the VCA on Boston Road(where they are very expensive).

We have been long time clients is Monson small animal .. my cat got sick and they said sorry wee to busy go somewhere else ... so I did ... best move ever ...Noah's Arc took us within a couple hours ....

So now all 3 animals will leave Monson small animal ... Dr. Dorsey is missed ... new Vet doesn't care

She has recovered, but for how long I don't know.

I have been bring my pets to Noah's ark since soon after I moved to Monson. Dr. Peter's is wonderful with the animals as are the staff and other doctors. I believe they care about the animals brought in as much as some of the owners. They are great with the animals and have brought several to Noah's Ark until they crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They are very compassionate people. Not every visit has been sunshine and lollipops but that's an unfortunate part of life. My pets will continue to go to Noah's Ark for care in the future.

Pay no attention to the negative people. Dr. Peters and Monique and everyone else at Noah's Ark are wonderful people who care about the animals and the people. I've been going there for about 20 years...
Pay no attention to the negative people. Dr. Peters and Monique and everyone else at Noah's Ark are wonderful people who care about the animals and the people. I've been going there for about 20 years, which probably is as long as they have been in business. The only bad experience I have ever had was with a substitute when Dr. Peters was on vacation, and I never saw the substitute again.
Dr. Peters recently experimented wit cryogenic treatments on a tumor in my dog's ear ... the dog is 14, and surgery that would require removing the ear makes no sense. When the treatments didn't work, Dr. Peters spent time talking to me, and we see no sign that indicates any suffering ... given that life expectancy is 15, and that the dog is otherwise in very good health, we decided to leave the tumor alone and watch the dog. I am more than happy with the level of concern, the common sense approach, and with knowing that these excellent people are always there when I need them.
Highest possible recommendation.

My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and I have nothing but respect for Dr. Peters. She has cared for our animals through the years, kept them healthy and happy and grieved along with us when their lives were at an end. Recently, I lost two of my beloved Cockers in one week, both to cancer. Dr Peters was there to make their passing as peaceful as possible. I live in Chicopee and travel to Palmer to see her. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Dr. Peters and her Staff are all incredible people who honestly care about the animals. The care is top rate and the prices are very reasonable. Profit seems to not be the priority at Noah's Ark - Compassion is the priority, and as someone who owns 7 pets who are mostly elderly, that is very refreshing.

Dr. Peters is great. She is thorough in her examinations and explains instructions and recommendations very well. The staff is excellent as well. So now all 3 animals will leave Monson small animal ... Dr. Dorsey is missed ... new Vet doesn't care

I believe they care about the animals brought in as much as some of the owners. They are great with the animals and have brought several to Noah's Ark until they crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The only bad experience I have ever had was with a substitute when Dr. Peters was on vacation, and I never saw the substitute again.

My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and I have nothing but respect for Dr. Peters. The wait was short and the vet spent a good chunk of time with us talking about our cat and answering any questions we may have. We're so excited to have them taking care of the newest addition to our family.

Dr. Peters and her Staff are all incredible people who honestly care about the animals. The care is top rate and the prices are very reasonable. Profit seems to not be the priority at Noah's Ark - Compassion is the priority, and as someone who owns 7 pets who are mostly elderly, that is very refreshing.
