Dr. John goes so above and beyond anything you will ever experience with a vet. Our dear golden retriever Charlie came down with a mystery illness and he did everything he could to help us. He is kind, smart, and damn funny. I feel indebted to him for how well he has treated my dogs and my family. They don’t make vets like him anymore. If you live far away, it is worth it traveling to see him. He is a special man who is in the profession because he has a deep love for animals. He gets my highest recommendation. ❤️

Dr. L has taken care of our cats over the years with care since I was a toddler. When it was time for our beloved Carrot to leave us, he was gracious enough to perform a house call for us, and for any of you that have had to put a pet down, you would understand that it really meant the world to be able to have her at home for those last moments. I genuinely trust him with my animals and I am extremely protective over them, having grown up with them. Even though I have relocated to NH, I will still return to Pepperell for my cat's yearly checkup. Thank you!

We've brought our dogs here for many years. Dr. John is very good at diagnosing the problems and treating them right the first time. He lives next to the office so is available evenings which is rare and wonderful. His assistants are excellent with handling the dogs, even our crazy American Eskimo Dog. The receptionists are professional and friendly.

I can not say enough about Dr. Lindermuth and his staff. I live 45 minutes away and have an animal Hospital 3 minutes down the road from me and yet I much rather travel the 45 minutes for the love of our family member. I feel like I stepped back in time when being a vet was about caring for animals and not the dollar sign. They hide nothing from you, you see everything they do to your loved one. I just feel like he was a hidden jewel and wish we had discovered him long ago!

I am new to Massachusetts and Pepperell and was very pleased with the quality of service provided at this business. Everyone who worked there is incredibly friendly and knowledge about animal care. Being new to the area I was unfamiliar with local problems such as Lyme and there were quick to inform me about it and ways I can protect my 2 year old dog from such problems. The vet was very kind, positive and outgoing. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be going back.

This will be a difficult review to write. Recently Dr. Lindermuth came to our home to euthanise our beloved 14.5 year old dog.I first found out about this vet from the vet we had been using for our dog for years, but once our dog got too old to get into the car, we needed a vet to do home visits, and that is how we met Dr. Lindermuth. He did an assessment of our dog's overall health (heart, lungs) and watched him walk, etc. He put him on different meds including a stronger painkiller and anti-inflammatory. He told us what to expect in the next few months as it was obvious that Chaos was getting more and more senile. He was right on.After 5 months of declining health and well-being,we decided it was time to have Dr. Lindermuth out to the house again, this time the final visit. He arrived after his office visits were complete, and again, told us what he would do to Chaos and what to expect. He allowed my husband and me to be with Chaos as long as we needed before he administered a heavy dose of sedative. Then he gave the final injection.He quietly put all his gear together, and let himself out the side door. He is a very gentle, understanding, down-to-earth man.

When it was time for our beloved Carrot to leave us, he was gracious enough to perform a house call for us, and for any of you that have had to put a pet down, you would understand that it really meant the world to be able to have her at home for those last moments. I am new to Massachusetts and Pepperell and was very pleased with the quality of service provided at this business. Everyone who worked there is incredibly friendly and knowledge about animal care. Best Vet ever!! In all seriousness, I am as devoted as a pet owner can be to providing the best experience for them in life. I can tell you that John and Meghan and all the staff here care for my dog as much as I do. It is like an extended family to Wilbur. They always are there no matter what day or time to help answer questions, fill prescriptions and sometimes just listen to my craziness!

This will be a difficult review to write. Recently Dr. Lindermuth came to our home to euthanise our beloved 14.5 year old dog.I first found out about this vet from the vet we had been using for our dog for years, but once our dog got too old to get into the car, we needed a vet to do home visits, and that is how we met Dr. Lindermuth. He did an assessment of our dog's overall health (heart, lungs) and watched him walk, etc. He put him on different meds including a stronger painkiller and anti-inflammatory. He told us what to expect in the next few months as it was obvious that Chaos was getting more and more senile. He was right on.After 5 months of declining health and well-being,we decided it was time to have Dr. Lindermuth out to the house again, this time the final visit. He arrived after his office visits were complete, and again, told us what he would do to Chaos and what to expect. He allowed my husband and me to be with Chaos as long as we needed before he administered a heavy dose of sedative. Then he gave the final injection.He quietly put all his gear together, and let himself out the side door. He is a very gentle, understanding, down-to-earth man.
