Dr. Stillman and staff are simply the best!! I originally found Dr. Stillman while living on the Cape and islands over 10 years ago. I am now living in VT and still taking my animals to him for anything other than routine maintainance. I recently rescued a 3lb, 6 year old Yorkie with a multitude of issues. Without hesitation, we took her to see Dr. Stillman. Amongst other things, she needed to be spayed and her teeth were horrible. Due to her extraordinary small size and a liver shunt, she was a very high risk little patient for surgery. I can honestly say I would not have trusted anyone else to do the surgeries on her. I am happy to report that she came thru her spay and dental surgeries with flying colors and is doing just great!
Dr. Stillman is everything you would want in a Vet. (I wish I could find a doctor like him!) He always makes you feel like you and your pet are his only clients and has always been very accommodating and is extraordinarily customer service orientated. He is patient, answers all questions and is detailed in his explainations. He has a common sense philosophy and always looks at treatment from the point of view of “what is best for the animal”. I love that about him. I wish I could give him 10 stars...because he deserves that many! I highly recommend Dr. Stillman and team. They are the best!!

Court Street Animal Hospital is the best! The staff is excellent and Dr. Stillman is outstanding. He is caring, knowledgeable, explains your pet's conditions with care and patience. He calls your home with test results and to check up on your dog. We moved here recently with three senior dogs and feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful animal hospital.

This practice is the BEST!!! The entire staff is kind and loving. Phone calls are answered promptly. Dr Stillman has been available whenever we’ve needed him (even on holidays and weekends!!!). He is extremely knowledgeable and competent in caring for Max’s health, yet maintains a wonderful sense of humor. He never makes me feel rushed, no matter how busy the office appears.
I have recommended him to friends without hesitation!

Love Love Love the folks here. Dr Stillman was kind, knowledgeable and engaged. My dog has a very rare illness and we have taken him to many specialist who do not seem to know what to do with him. Dr Stillman was willing to take on Charlie's case and do the research that is required to care for my puppy. His commitment with both his time and his understanding is as rare as Charlie's disease!! And we have seen a lot of doctors to know this first hand. I would highly recommend anyone with an animal in need of care to use this facility!! You will not be sorry.

Absolutely amazing. My wife and I are new puppy parents, and we've had so many questions and concerns over the first few months since adopting our Lily. So far we've brought Lily in for two check-ups and, most recently, to get spayed. Everyone who has cared for her has been fantastic - Lily is always comfortable and her normal self when we're at Court Street. Dr. Ross and Dr. Stillman have also both been so responsive to our e-mails, even when we're quite certain that we're asking too many questions (we even e-mailed about a bump on Lily's belly that turned out to be her belly button - silly us!). We can't express enough how much we appreciate the kindness and patience that we've experienced and the excellent care that Lily has received.

By far and away this vet provides the most excellent care for my fur babies! I cannot tell you how many times over the years they have been there for us! Just as an example, when I first adopted my Bernese, Rosie, we had a check up and literally a week later she swallowed an entire corn cob on Memorial Day Weekend. I was up all night and at 6am decided to throw an email out to Norm, not expecting a response due to the holiday. Norm called me 2 hours later and talked me through all the possible scenarios (note that cobs are NOT digestible so this was a big deal!), he also gave me great tips for her care while we waited to see how things would progress. Luckily, the cob came back up a week later and everything ended without need for risky surgery. What stayed with me is that despite only having met us one time, he treated us like his number one priority. This has stayed true over the years, as Rosie only likes to get into serious medical trouble during holiday weekends :) Norm is always there to walk us through all available options and is 100% transparent about the pros, cons, and cost of each choice. I tell every new pet owner I meet to go here and I wouldn't trust the care of my pups with anyone else!

Just this past Friday one of my golden retrievers had a terrible ear infection. Dr. Stillman found out about it and came in on his day off to see Apollo. This is one of the best veterinarian offices that we've ever had in all of the places that we have lived. They are kind, compassionate, very friendly, they answer all of our questions and give us suggestions. Not only do they treat animals with great respect, their concern over their health is amazing. This office is extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has animals.

Everyone here is so wonderful and really takes the time to answer all my questions. During a holiday weekend I noticed a weird growth that appeared on Scout's mouth. I knew they were closed but I took a picture and emailed to the vet so they could see it when they opened. Well, less than an hour later, Dr Stillman called and reassured me it was probably nothing and I could bring her in during the week to make sure. I was speechless and just so amazed that during a holiday Dr Stillman would take the time and call to let me know there was nothing to worry about. We just saw Dr Ross as well, she gets right down on the floor and Scout hops right in her lap and that's where she administered her shots with her amazing tech. Scout didn't even flinch. So so happy with Court St Animal Hospital and thank you

Court street animal hospital is by far the best and needs another excellent review just because! I brought my baby Duke a miniature pinscher to Dr.Stillman based on reviews on here and boy am I glad I did. He is so knowledgeable and compassionate and takes the time to explain every little thing to you. Most importantly he's honest and fair & not money hungry like most vets I've experienced. And with being a college student that was the most important thing to me because i love my dog and would sign my life over for him and sign up for every credit card I could to pay for something if he needed it. And when Duke broke his leg at 8 weeks by recommendation of dr stillman I immediately rushed him to Cape cod animal hospital because it was 1130 at night and called dr. Stillman the next day and reassured me that cape cod is a good hospital and has great doctors that wouldn't screw me over. Anytime I emailed him after hours he got right back to me no matter of silly my questions were me he is truly amazing!

Once again I can't begin to say thank you to Dr. Norm Stillman. He went above and beyond (AGAIN) this weekend. My father brought the love of his life (a beautiful dachshund named Nigel) to his office on Saturday. Nigel was clearly in some discomfort, and since Norm has been my vet for years, I knew Nigel would be in the very best of care! Norm took the time (despite a FULL waiting room of patients!) to give Nigel a full exam and explain carefully and clearly what his issues were. On top of that, he took the time to make a late phone call on his day off to answer questions. I just can't thank him enough! He is a very special guy! His passion and love for animals is a beautiful thing. I am so thankful to him for all he has done for my dogs, and now, for my Dad's pride and joy! Norm - you are the very best!!! Thank you!!!!!!

My dog Hannah-Banana passed away this morning...and in my panic the first thing I did was call Dr. Stillman...AT 6:30AM....ON HIS CELL PHONE....and HE ANSWERED! His calm voice said hello and he managed to figure out who I was through my sobs. He offered his condolences and took care of everything. Within an hour he had arranged to have Hannah picked up and be respectful creamated. I wish there was more I could say and do to convey to you that is reading this that if you have a pet, no matter where you live, Dr. Norm Stillman at Court Strest Animal Hospital is worth the trip!

Dr. Stillman will ensure that you understand exactly what is going on with your pet and the best way to address it, and the rest of the staff is wonderful too. There have been times that I've been there every week with one animal or another, and it's like being part of a family. Can't recommend them more!!

It seems strange that an animal hospital needs to be reviewed but this one deserves all the props available.A few months ago, my little angel got sick on a Wednesday. Didn't he know that his regular Vet was not open on Wednesdays? Fortunately, I had heard good things about Court Street Animal Hospital so I gave them a call. First, the receptionist was sympathetic to my anxiety and second, she offered me an appointment within hours of my call. Upon arrival, the Dr. came out to apologize to me, in person, that they were running late. Five minutes to ten minutes is not much of a wait and we were in the treatment room shortly. The head Dr. then asked if he could do one more test on my pup (no charge) just so that HE could sleep better that night. Wow.My little guy was quickly treated and made well. The Dr. called me to check on him the next day and I was pleased to report that all was perfect.Recently, I called for a re-fill on heartworm medication and instead of having to wait for it to be called in and wait for it to be mailed, I was told, by the extremely cheerful secretary to "Drop on by, we have it here all the time ."Price-wise I think Court Street may be higher than my previous Vet but I cannot put a price on excellence of care and compassion from the front desk to the Dr.'s themselves.

I'm not exactly young, and have had pets that I have seen as family all of my life, but I have NEVER encountered a veterinary hospital, in particular, Dr. Norm Stillman, as extraordinarily awesome! Just like doctors, you expect one of the other: expertise and competence in their field, or just a compassionate person. Dr. Stillman is all I can imagine in a vet! Thorough, compassionate, I could go on and on. This guy takes his time with you and your pet and gives you feasible options. Very straightforward as well, which I appreciated. I left the office feeling great...even though my pet has a chronic condition. I felt he had given me the courtesy and time needed to make me feel at ease.

He calls your home with test results and to check up on your dog. We moved here recently with three senior dogs and feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful animal hospital.

This practice is the BEST!!! The entire staff is kind and loving. Phone calls are answered promptly. Dr Stillman has been available whenever we’ve needed him (even on holidays and weekends!!!). He is extremely knowledgeable and competent in caring for Max’s health, yet maintains a wonderful sense of humor. He never makes me feel rushed, no matter how busy the office appears.

Love Love Love the folks here. Dr Stillman was kind, knowledgeable and engaged. My dog has a very rare illness and we have taken him to many specialist who do not seem to know what to do with him. Dr Stillman was willing to take on Charlie's case and do the research that is required to care for my puppy. His commitment with both his time and his understanding is as rare as Charlie's disease!! And we have seen a lot of doctors to know this first hand. I would highly recommend anyone with an animal in need of care to use this facility!! You will not be sorry.

Absolutely amazing. My wife and I are new puppy parents, and we've had so many questions and concerns over the first few months since adopting our Lily. So far we've brought Lily in for two check-ups and, most recently, to get spayed. Everyone who has cared for her has been fantastic - Lily is always comfortable and her normal self when we're at Court Street. Dr. Ross and Dr. Stillman have also both been so responsive to our e-mails, even when we're quite certain that we're asking too many questions (we even e-mailed about a bump on Lily's belly that turned out to be her belly button - silly us!). We can't express enough how much we appreciate the kindness and patience that we've experienced and the excellent care that Lily has received.

By far and away this vet provides the most excellent care for my fur babies! I cannot tell you how many times over the years they have been there for us! Just as an example, when I first adopted my Bernese, Rosie, we had a check up and literally a week later she swallowed an entire corn cob on Memorial Day Weekend. I was up all night and at 6am decided to throw an email out to Norm, not expecting a response due to the holiday. Norm called me 2 hours later and talked me through all the possible scenarios (note that cobs are NOT digestible so this was a big deal!), he also gave me great tips for her care while we waited to see how things would progress. Luckily, the cob came back up a week later and everything ended without need for risky surgery. What stayed with me is that despite only having met us one time, he treated us like his number one priority. This has stayed true over the years, as Rosie only likes to get into serious medical trouble during holiday weekends :) Norm is always there to walk us through all available options and is 100% transparent about the pros, cons, and cost of each choice. I tell every new pet owner I meet to go here and I wouldn't trust the care of my pups with anyone else!

Just this past Friday one of my golden retrievers had a terrible ear infection. Dr. Stillman found out about it and came in on his day off to see Apollo. This is one of the best veterinarian offices that we've ever had in all of the places that we have lived. They are kind, compassionate, very friendly, they answer all of our questions and give us suggestions. Not only do they treat animals with great respect, their concern over their health is amazing. This office is extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has animals.

Today our black lab, Ryder, ate a bag of raw pizza dough that could have been fatal. The office was closed, but I emailed Dr. Norm and he replied immediately and walked us through what to do. In the midst of a snowstorm, he was ready to meet us at the hospital. Thankfully, he didn't have to because what he advised us to do worked and he is resting fine now. Thank you Norm!

Everyone here is so wonderful and really takes the time to answer all my questions. During a holiday weekend I noticed a weird growth that appeared on Scout's mouth. I knew they were closed but I took a picture and emailed to the vet so they could see it when they opened. Well, less than an hour later, Dr Stillman called and reassured me it was probably nothing and I could bring her in during the week to make sure. I was speechless and just so amazed that during a holiday Dr Stillman would take the time and call to let me know there was nothing to worry about. We just saw Dr Ross as well, she gets right down on the floor and Scout hops right in her lap and that's where she administered her shots with her amazing tech. Scout didn't even flinch. So so happy with Court St Animal Hospital and thank you

Court street animal hospital is by far the best and needs another excellent review just because! I brought my baby Duke a miniature pinscher to Dr.Stillman based on reviews on here and boy am I glad I did. He is so knowledgeable and compassionate and takes the time to explain every little thing to you. Most importantly he's honest and fair & not money hungry like most vets I've experienced. And with being a college student that was the most important thing to me because i love my dog and would sign my life over for him and sign up for every credit card I could to pay for something if he needed it. And when Duke broke his leg at 8 weeks by recommendation of dr stillman I immediately rushed him to Cape cod animal hospital because it was 1130 at night and called dr. Stillman the next day and reassured me that cape cod is a good hospital and has great doctors that wouldn't screw me over. Anytime I emailed him after hours he got right back to me no matter of silly my questions were me he is truly amazing!

My dog was sick and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with her took her to Dr.Ross she figured out what was wrong in less than 10 minutes she is amazing I cannot thank this women enough for saving My dog Pearl. Dr.Ross gave my dog emergency life saving sugery and I didn't need to take out a second mortgage to pay for it. she is a excellent best I have ever seen. Thank you

Once again I can't begin to say thank you to Dr. Norm Stillman. He went above and beyond (AGAIN) this weekend. My father brought the love of his life (a beautiful dachshund named Nigel) to his office on Saturday. Nigel was clearly in some discomfort, and since Norm has been my vet for years, I knew Nigel would be in the very best of care! Norm took the time (despite a FULL waiting room of patients!) to give Nigel a full exam and explain carefully and clearly what his issues were. On top of that, he took the time to make a late phone call on his day off to answer questions. I just can't thank him enough! He is a very special guy! His passion and love for animals is a beautiful thing. I am so thankful to him for all he has done for my dogs, and now, for my Dad's pride and joy! Norm - you are the very best!!! Thank you!!!!!!

My dog Hannah-Banana passed away this morning...and in my panic the first thing I did was call Dr. Stillman...AT 6:30AM....ON HIS CELL PHONE....and HE ANSWERED! His calm voice said hello and he managed to figure out who I was through my sobs. He offered his condolences and took care of everything. Within an hour he had arranged to have Hannah picked up and be respectful creamated. I wish there was more I could say and do to convey to you that is reading this that if you have a pet, no matter where you live, Dr. Norm Stillman at Court Strest Animal Hospital is worth the trip!

It seems strange that an animal hospital needs to be reviewed but this one deserves all the props available.A few months ago, my little angel got sick on a Wednesday. Didn't he know that his regular Vet was not open on Wednesdays? Fortunately, I had heard good things about Court Street Animal Hospital so I gave them a call. First, the receptionist was sympathetic to my anxiety and second, she offered me an appointment within hours of my call. Upon arrival, the Dr. came out to apologize to me, in person, that they were running late. Five minutes to ten minutes is not much of a wait and we were in the treatment room shortly. The head Dr. then asked if he could do one more test on my pup (no charge) just so that HE could sleep better that night. Wow.My little guy was quickly treated and made well. The Dr. called me to check on him the next day and I was pleased to report that all was perfect.Recently, I called for a re-fill on heartworm medication and instead of having to wait for it to be called in and wait for it to be mailed, I was told, by the extremely cheerful secretary to "Drop on by, we have it here all the time ."Price-wise I think Court Street may be higher than my previous Vet but I cannot put a price on excellence of care and compassion from the front desk to the Dr.'s themselves.

I'm not exactly young, and have had pets that I have seen as family all of my life, but I have NEVER encountered a veterinary hospital, in particular, Dr. Norm Stillman, as extraordinarily awesome! Just like doctors, you expect one of the other: expertise and competence in their field, or just a compassionate person. Dr. Stillman is all I can imagine in a vet! Thorough, compassionate, I could go on and on. This guy takes his time with you and your pet and gives you feasible options. Very straightforward as well, which I appreciated. I left the office feeling great...even though my pet has a chronic condition. I felt he had given me the courtesy and time needed to make me feel at ease.
