All of the doctors are very nice and explain what’s going on with my pet very clearly. The techs are nice too and work hard to calm and contain my very anxious pet. The building is attractive and clean with easy parking. We are able to purchase my dog’s prescription kibble right there along with some healthy treats. This is a great practice!! Read Less

Great experience! Brought my two cats in for their annual exam, and I was really impressed with how well they handled them (they can be quite a handful!). Willard Vet. has assessed, diagnosed and treated many of my cats for over 20 years. What is unique about the practice is that while they have a modern, clean and well equipped facility, the vets, technicians and office staff have kept the customer service, consideration and caring of another time in history. Mainly the owner, Dr. Connelley, has seen my felines. she has adapted her recommendations to meet my personal needs and considerations. She's not only offered medicines but suggested some lower cost over the counter "people medicines" (like laxative for constipation) and pharmacy compounding. I've found all the vets I've dealt with there as being very knowledgeable and willing to share information. I realize people are reluctant to pay for preventative services for their pets, but I've found that in the longer term preventative care reduces suffering, owner worries and ultimately costs. I think it is definitely worth bringing your animal to Willard Vet for care. Read Less

It's a bit more expensive than other vets. But my dog loves the people there. He will walk right to the exam room on his own. All the people are friendly, happy and know my dog by name. Dr. Connolly is my primary vet, although I should point out that each of the doctors who I have seen have been thorough and compassionate...and wonderful to work with. Dr. Connolly takes the time to listen, provide research, materials, she thinks out side of the box, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the best for her clients: which includes both me and my pet. On a side note, even the office is testimony to her attention to detail, carefully designed for practical purposes, and comfort as well as whimsy, with paw prints even stamped in the ceiling tiles! We where looking for a local Vet and our friend suggested Willard Vet Clinic about a mile from our home. I found the staff helpful, competent and friendly. Our dog is a 2yo rescue. I emailed his paperwork beforehand and they had his file ready for Dr. Lentini. She reviewed his history, gave him a thorough exam, updated his shots, gave us some advise and got us back on the road with heartworm and flee medication in hand. The office is modern, organized and clean. The fee seemed reasonable and was what I expected. I would recommend Willard to others. Read Less

I brought my dog in for a few small lumps I found on her. I received an appointment that worked around my schedule. The staff were friendly and informative. Thankfully after the vet aspirated the lumps she checked them and they were just fatty tumors. My dog is a nervous nelly and they made her feel at ease as much as possible. I've been taking my lab/golden cross puppy to Willard from the time he was 10 weeks old. Ireland is in a service dog training program and it is very important that he be comfortable in all environments. The entire Willard staff has welcomed him and assisted in his socialization - he absolutely loves going to the vet! His medical care (Dr. McVicker is his primary vet) has been outstanding and it is clear that Willard has a genuine interest in Ireland's well-being.
