We love Rowley Animal Hospital! It's a small facility so Dr. Hayes has really got to know us and our dogs. She is very knowledgeable but also knows her limits and when to refer to a specialist. The office hours are convenient and they always get us in when one of our dogs needs to be seen. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rowley Animal Hospital has been wonderful with my three cats. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor spends a lot of time with my cats at every appointment. She answers all of my questions and I never feel as though we are being rushed out the door. My boys, 2 dogs, have been going here for a few months now.  We have been extremely satisfied.  We have boarded them twice.  It is very difficult to find a place you feel comfortable leaving your "children".  My boys love staying here, and I feel confident that they are well taken care of in my absence.  When I picked them up the first time, they ran to me to greet me, then ran off to continue playing.  The prices are very reasonable.  We actually drive from Bradford just to see this vet. Our family loves Rowley Animal Hospital for all our needs for our two dogs. We have been boarding our Pug for 4 years and our new addition our English Bulldog for the past year. We love everyone there! They are very friendly and take great pride in what they do from educating us with our dogs to taking wonderful care of our dogs when we take a vacation. We have been clients at RAH for almost 20 years and have used their boarding facilities many times. I prefer their setting over some of the larger boarding options in the area because it is a more relaxed environment that my dogs prefer. Because it is a smaller setting, it is quieter and my dogs get lots of personal attention. I also like the fact that they charge a very reasonable, all-inclusive daily fee (based on weight) unlike other places that charge you a daily fee, plus a charge for giving medications, plus a charge for play time. Play time at some other kennels means outside hooked on a run. Play time at RAH means supervised outside in a great fenced in yard that allows them to run, sniff and play. They love it! Read Less

We are on our thrid cat and 10th year with Rowley Animal Hospital. Enough cannot be said about how GOOD their care is! They have taken us every step of the way to help keep our aging diabetic cat happy and out of pain. His life and happiness was increased by many years due to the care he received at this clinic. If a pet stays overnight in the hospital, or as a boarder, you can be assure that they will get the best of care. The owners live on sight every night and make sure that all animals are well and happy The extra time, insights, phone calls and care at this clinic are amazing! I wish I could take myself there! I have been taking my two cats to Dr. Hayes for seven years now. I have always been impressed with her knowledge and the way she and the technicians handle my cats (one of whom can be very disagreeable). I have always been given thorough explanations for any procedure or test recommended, and have never been made to feel guilty for declining. The practice is very clean and I have not had to wait long either to schedule an appointment or to be seen when I am there. As for the prices, I have checked with other local animal hospitals and have found Rowley Animal Hospital to be quite competitive. I would (and do) gladly recommend Rowley Animal Hospital to anyone. As a former veterinary tech, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital when I first arrived, but after a few visits it was clear to me that this vet recommends way too many unnecessary procedures/tests/products. It was obvious that she was looking to get that bill as high as she could. I feel for any client who visits this hospital who does not have a background in vet care, because the vet and her staff really know how to push the extras in way that could make a pet owner feel guilty for declining. It's unfortunate, because I believe the vet is knowledgeable and could be good. Maybe all of the online pet Rx stores and spread out vaccination schedules are hurting vet businesses. That's the only reason I can think of that a vet would take advantage of caring pet owners. Read Less
