Eileen Seagle is sometimes cheery, usually moody and alway making me feel like I'm being fleeced after my appointment. Especially of late. Prices have risen more than acceptable amounts for the most routine of care. Front staff is crabby like their jobs are in jeopardy. I have been pushed to give optional vaccines, duplicitous tests, and other unnecessary treatments that were very expensive and extremely excessive. Boarding cough ...for a dog that's never boarded, optional Lyme vaccines, rabbit vaccines, tick vaccine, stool samples, booster (a year early!), teeth cleaning, anal glands, anything that they can charge for whether needed or not. Dr Seagle berated me for opting not to do what she suggested, snipping at me that if my dog were important to me then I'd find a way to save money each day in order to pay for his care. !! She became so rude and angry she started spitting when she spoke. When a mean vein bulged in her forehead, I was scared! Not that it matters, really, but I'm a practicing attorney and can afford the best of care. I'm also trained to spot a liar, and sadly I think our doctor Pinocchio is a rat. As it was, the routine wellness check was more than $400! It would have been $900 had I agreed to suggested upgrade.
