The staff at this facility are fantastic. The veterinary technicians are the best in the area. The doctors are also fantastic. Prices are very comparable to surrounding competitors. Fantastic property and extremely easy to navigate to being just off Route 116 past the intersection and Sunderland. Plenty of free parking, off-street, that is. Wonderful outdoor area to stretch your legs and allow for your pet to alleviate themselves. Conveniently provided poop doggie bags in a canister outside on the edge of the grass with a fantastic container to place your used baggies in. All very clean, very streamlined.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Ellis since February and have never had such a pleasant experience with a veterinary office before! Dr. Ellis and staff are patient and clear when answering questions....
I have been taking my dog to Dr. Ellis since February and have never had such a pleasant experience with a veterinary office before! Dr. Ellis and staff are patient and clear when answering questions. I believe them to truly value individual care and take the time to make you feel like more than a customer. Highly recommend this office to any pets in the Pioneer Valley.

Veterinarians are wonderful. The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and knowledgeable ,,compassionate, friendly; you can ask them anything I've brought all my pets there over the years and they know their medicine absolutely recommend them and they are affordable Dr Ellis and Dr. Bentley have different bedside manners but have the same results when it comes to your pet care. Both are wonderful doctors it's just a matter of whom your pet prefers.

This is the only Vet that listened to us when we brought our very overweight cat in. Two years ago every other Vet said we were feeding her too much. But they wouldn't listen. We were feeding her the Vet recommended amount. Dr. Ellis is the one that found the zero carb cat food and now our cat has gone from 27 lbs to 12 lbs. She is happy , healthy and active once again . We owe her rescue to Dr. Ellis!!!

Our family added to our home by adopting an older dog. Dr.Ellis and his staff went above and beyond educating us on life with a dog, nutrition and health care. As a new dog mom I think I called everyday the first few days. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We received excellent care during our exam visit. I highly recommend this veterinary team.

My husband and I moved back to the area and were in need of a new vet closer to home. I had put off making an appointment until one of my cats started to sound congested. I called this past Monday and was greeted warmly and SAH was able to squeeze my ladies in this afternoon. Our experience was fantastic! My cats were completely at ease and so comfortable they took to snuggling with both Tammi and Dr. Bentley! Their exams was through and I felt at ease with the treatment course and plans both of our girls! Thank you all for your compassion and excellence!

We recently had a loss of our beloved cat, Fuzzy, and every person we encountered was helpful, caring, respectful of our feelings and absolutely supportive (and always offered me a tissue when needed). I would recommend this practice to anyone. They have also been great with my nervous nelly of a dog who doesn't care much for the vet's office.

We recently switched from a different office, and I am thrilled that we did. Dr Ellis and his staff are fantastic, and I appreciate the way things were explained to me in a kind, compassionate, and collegial manner. I was not pressured to make any immediate decisions about the care of my dog, but was given information to be able to make the best choices for her. My dog is happy at Sunderland Animal Hospital, and will continue to be!

Dr. Ellis and his staff at Sunderland Animal Hospital are wonderful. They took excellent care of my cat for years and then helped her to the great kitty beyond. Dr. Ellis always made us seem as though we were his only patients. The staff got to know us well over time and they always had a smile. After my cat died they sent my family a long and touching note of condolence. I wish my children's pediatrician and my doctor were as empathetic and caring as Dr. Ellis. We are now taking our new cat there. We have great confidence in his skills. Also I feel that what he charges is very fair.

My husband and I moved back to the area and were in need of a new vet closer to home. I had put off making an appointment until one of my cats started to sound congested. Dr. Ellis and his staff at Sunderland Animal Hospital are wonderful. They took excellent care of my cat for years and then helped her to the great kitty beyond. Dr. Ellis always made us seem as though we were his only patients. The staff got to know us well over time and they always had a smile. After my cat died they sent my family a long and touching note of condolence. I wish my children's pediatrician and my doctor were as empathetic and caring as Dr. Ellis. We are now taking our new cat there. We have great confidence in his skills. Also I feel that what he charges is very fair.
