The entire staff at My Pet's Vet provided compassionate and prompt care for my cat Fiona while we were on the island for two weeks. Fiona required daily injections and other animal hospitals were unable to handle our request. Dr. Sauter, Darci and Fawn were all wonderful and I can't say enough about how they helped us through this process with ease.

This veterinary clinic was rude, uninformative, and unempathetic. They laughed at me for an emergency walk-in, could not recommend other vets in the area, and also could not help me, despite that I was the only car in their parking lot and no one was there. They were lazy and could not be bothered to sign me up as a client. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about their animal or great customer service.

The best veterinarian I have delt with. Dr. Sauter is kind and compassionate to the animals she has charge of. As well in her dealings with their owners/companions, she and her staff are caring, take time to listen and are respectful in their answers.

We've had dogs for 15+ years and have been coming to the island for over 20. I guess we've been fortunate to have not needed to use a vet, but we have a puppy who needs one of her basic vaccinations ...
We've had dogs for 15+ years and have been coming to the island for over 20. I guess we've been fortunate to have not needed to use a vet, but we have a puppy who needs one of her basic vaccinations - and they wouldn't take her? At any time. Were told maybe in the fall? It just seems kind of inhumane for a veterinarian. Fortunately, we were able to call Animal Health Care Associates and they were very friendly and we were able to get an appointment for next week. My Pet's Vet - don't bother.

Took my 9 year old lab to get a check up and have a possible tumor looked at. The woman at the counter was knowledgeable and very kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything in a very down to earth way. Everyone in the office was very helpful.

The entire staff at My Pet's Vet provided compassionate and prompt care for my cat Fiona while we were on the island for two weeks. Fiona required daily injections and other animal hospitals were unable to handle our request. Dr. Sauter, Darci and Fawn were all wonderful and I can't say enough about how they helped us through this process with ease.

This veterinary clinic was rude, uninformative, and unempathetic. They laughed at me for an emergency walk-in, could not recommend other vets in the area, and also could not help me, despite that I was the only car in their parking lot and no one was there. We've had dogs for 15+ years and have been coming to the island for over 20. I guess we've been fortunate to have not needed to use a vet, but we have a puppy who needs one of her basic vaccinations - and they wouldn't take her? At any time. Were told maybe in the fall?
