I started taking my dog there when I lived in East Falmouth. They have been great. Even after moving a few towns over I chose to drive a little further to continue taking him there. I love this vet office. I have been there thru two dogs now. We had to put Maddy down at 12 ½. and the team could not have been more caring and gentle with my old dog. I now have Becky who runs in to see all of her friends who work there. She is welcomed by the staff. Whatever vet we see is very kind and professional with Becky. I cannot think of any way that you could have made my two visits this past week any better. I like Dr. Bartlett's style and felt reassured by and confident in her diagnosis. She doted on Skip just enough and gave me the good news that he is probably younger than I thought. Issa was a gem (she also doted on Skip) and I felt entirely comfortable letting her give Skip an x-ray and clean his ears (god bless her for that!). You guys are the best and I was pleased to learn this weekend that my friends entrust the care of their four-leggeds to you, too. Also! I'm on vacation at the Cape and did not want to drive back to Boston to get my under the weather yorkie checked out. They were super understanding and made room for us. Whether it's ongoing health maintenance or last minute emergency needs for Macie (our 10 year old Yorkie), they have always been super responsive, highly professional, very cost effective, and with a friendly and truly caring approach. This vet was recommended to me by a customer that was at my mom's job. So far so good took my old dog there and they did a physical. They asked if there was any concerns with her I said no and Dr said well she looks good. Phewww! I was starting to think vets on the Cape were like Midas and start tell you all these things you needed but didn't really need. It was refreshing to have just what you asked for. My dog's veterinarian is Dr. Angela Jasper but she has also seen Dr. Moseley when Dr. Jasper was not available. These vets and their staff are incredible. Most veterinarians interact well with their patients but there is something very special about how Drs. Jasper and Moseley and the staff relate to their patients. My dog is a senior so once she gets out of the car, I have to fold up her stairs and put them back in the car. Normally, she would just wait by my side while I do this but at South Cape, she runs right up to the door and starts pawing it to get in! She is my fourth dog, I have moved a lot so have been to many vet clinics and I've never seen this behavior before! Dr. Jasper is very conscious of cost when recommending tests, will not recommend anything that is not needed and will advise pros and cons to help you weigh cost/benefits of a test or procedure. When necessary, she will refer to a specialist and coordinate closely with that doctor for your pet's care. She has been doing this with my dog's oncologist which has meant less stress for me. Dr. Jasper also treats holistically to complement traditional medicine which is, at least for me, a huge benefit. I can't recommend this clinic and these doctors highly enough. Read Less

Love my vet! However I would agree with the other yelper, when Beth was around more it seemed more homey and attentive. I haven't seen her in the last few trips I have been there and they seemed to have taken on a lot more clientele. I would recommend this veterinary to anyone but unfortunately since I moved I won't be able to go anymore. Read Less

I had to call South Cape Vet to put my cat of 16 years down on Monday 7/12. I requested Beth because she was so compassionate when I had to put my dog Lady down a few years ago. Beth and her staff are remarkable! I am so grateful for them and they're understanding of animals. Today 7/14 I received a sympathy card for my family for the loss of my cat.
