They are always very thorough and take as much time as necessary with our pets who all have complicated medical conditions. Whether in the office or on the phone, I never feel as though my questions aren't answered or my concerns no addressed. All the staff are friendly and always remember my dogs name. There is an incredible team of individuals who want nothing but the best for my dogs.

If I could rate this place below one star I would! DO NOT bring your pets here! Only took my dog to this hospital for 6 months and I will never be returning again. First of all, they are extremely pricey for what they do. My puppy is only 8 months old and they claimed that he had a severe case of hip dysplasia when it was really their fault! My dog had gone into surgery and after a couple of days I had sensed that he was walking funny and limping really bad, we took him back to the vet and they diagnosed him with a severe case of hip dysplasia. The x-rays alone were $500 and that's after they had given us a discount because we had just paid for his surgery the week before. We were extremely shocked, surprised, and upset because my puppy was 100% healthy prior to the surgery. After speaking to many vets, specialists, and my dog's breeder they all had concluded that the only thing that could have caused this is that he could have fallen off of the operation table right after his surgery due to the lack of attention from the technician. After confronting them with the situation they were extremely rude, defensive, and refused to cooperate in any way. Later, I received a letter in the mail from them stating that they recommend that my dog "finds a new primary veterinarian". Overall I had an AWFUL experience and they are very unprofessional when it comes to customer service.

I paid $25/week for 6 weeks for a test the vets said I absolutely needed. I ended up deciding to not get the test done. But rather than crediting all that money to my account for a test that was NEVER DONE they just pocketed it. They did not credit my account. This is dishonest business practices and I will not go back.

Dr's at this practice are incredible. They genuinely care for the animals under their care and their families. We moved out of town last year. Dr. Paul Rosiello spent 15 minutes on the phone with my wife during an emergency this past weekend. We were traveling and our dog was under the care of another veterinarian. He went over treatment options, explained pitfalls and considerations of each. The advice he gave us may have saved our 15 year old Portuguese Water Dog. They even gave us a follow-up call to see how our dog was doing! This was so much more than what you can ask of any doctor or business. They are one of a kind and we will miss them.

I've been taking my cats to the practice for so long I can't remember when I started. It's great to have a vet that's not associated with some chain of veterinary hospitals where each time you go you see a different veterinarian. There is consistency of care here that is unbeatable. I've had cats with congenital issues that run in their breed and the vets have been good about treating them. The staff is great and, as opposed to one of the reviewers here, I don't find them doing any treatments or care without first asking me.

There is only one vet to see in this practice and that Dr. Rociello. There is one other Vet and does not offer the client service, consistency and practice that Dr. R provides. I've been going there for six years, one dog and cats. It's about Dr. R and the tech vets. They are truly kind loving people. If never have a negative experience. I'm there all the time, walking the dog, stopping in to warm up during the winter and getting a treat for the dog. It's home town and local. Dr. R cares so much about the quality of life and nurtures the owners with medical vet talent. They have hard days with cases that are urgent, sometimes it's crazy, but if you had an emergency you would want Dr. R and the Team to treat your pet.

I adore Associates Animal Hospital - I've been taking my nutty dog Susie there for years now, and Dr. Gillham and Dr. Rosiello are ALWAYS wonderful with her, despite her maniac behavior! They're very patient with her, and always take that extra time needed to explain everything. They always make our visits enjoyable, and Susie's tail never stops wagging.I'll also take this moment to commend the technicians who are equally patient with Susie and are always very accomodating and friendly.If you're looking for a great, personal veterinary experience, look no further!

I've been taking my cats to the practice for so long I can't remember when I started. I've been going there for six years, one dog and cats. It's about Dr. R and the tech vets. They are truly kind loving people. If never have a negative experience. I'm there all the time, walking the dog, stopping in to warm up during the winter and getting a treat for the dog. It's home town and local. Dr. R cares so much about the quality of life and nurtures the owners with medical vet talent. They have hard days with cases that are urgent, sometimes it's crazy, but if you had an emergency you would want Dr. R and the Team to treat your pet.

I adore Associates Animal Hospital - I've been taking my nutty dog Susie there for years now, and Dr. Gillham and Dr. Rosiello are ALWAYS wonderful with her, despite her maniac behavior! They're very patient with her, and always take that extra time needed to explain everything. They always make our visits enjoyable, and Susie's tail never stops wagging.I'll also take this moment to commend the technicians who are equally patient with Susie and are always very accomodating and friendly.If you're looking for a great, personal veterinary experience, look no further!
