I understand that places get busy from time to time but even when they're not they act like you're interrupting something. As if they don't have time to talk about your concerns or answer your questions. You're a burden when you're there. Until they give you the bill. They're over priced and only want your money. The vets and receptionists are very insensitive to your pets but love to see your cash. They have a new thing called CareClub that is supposed to give your pets everything they need at an affordable price which is a lie because they add in things that your pet doesn't need and in the end your price is even higher. The bets option is to find a vet with reasonable prices and cares more about your pet than a paycheck. And they don't take these reviews into consideration because they have an automated response.

They were supportive and did there best to make a horrible sistuation the most comfortable it possibly could be. If you want people who truly care about animals, I would suggest going there.

They are very expensive, they care more about overcharging than they do about the health of your pet. I brought my dog there when he got a porcupine, they charged me over 700 dollars and they didn't get all the quills out, so I had to bring him to another vet and pay an additional 300 dollars to finish the job.
I recently called to get an estimate for my kitten to be fixed and they wouldn't even give me that, saying they couldn't give me a price because each spay costs a different price , sounds kinda fishy considering any other vet I called gave me a price.
Year's ago when Dr.Faircloth was there running the place, it was thebest place to bring your pets. Not anymore, they are there to make a paycheck ..... Not because they care about your pet.

They took in our two boxers when we had a critical problem with them,when no one else including our regular vet would take them in to help take care of the problems. I called in the morning and they worked us in at the end of the day. Its obvious to us that this hospital has a different care level and philosophy towards the animals. The prices are about average,however the level of care and respect is above average. Thank you for helping our two boys. You will be see us again.

We do an excellent job of looking after our dogs but life happens and animals get sick for no reason just like poeple. Needless to say VCA do a thorough job and take excellent care of our dogs. Is it expensive? Yes. But is having all those staff, a building and supply of medications etc cheap? Definitely not. Finally, the vets and all the other staff are awesome.

The facility is clean and bright, and there are appointments available throughout the day and into the evening which is very convenient. Finally, their prices are reasonable, and the level of care they provide makes it worth the cost. I highly recommend!

They are nice enough to my dog. The prices are very expensive and they don't have great service. I called to ask a question about my dog's foot...She got a tiny boo boo on her foot pad. I just asked if I could put hydrogen peroxide on it and wrap it up. They told me they can't help me over the phone and I needed to bring her in. I then called Westfield animal clinic after they closed and left a message. They instantly called me back-after closing time-and told me what to do to her foot without an appointment. VCA is just money hungry and doesn't want to help good customer with a 2 second question unless they are charging you. Also, the prices at Westfield animal clinic are wayyy better. Vaccines are best priced at Dakin, but they don't have other vet services and they are kind of a pain to get your pet to. I HIGHLY recommend Westfield Animal Clinic

I understand that places get busy from time to time but even when they're not they act like you're interrupting something. As if they don't have time to talk about your concerns or answer your questions. You're a burden when you're there. Until they give you the bill. They're over priced and only want your money. They were supportive and did there best to make a horrible sistuation the most comfortable it possibly could be. If you want people who truly care about animals, I would suggest going there.

They are very expensive, they care more about overcharging than they do about the health of your pet. I brought my dog there when he got a porcupine, they charged me over 700 dollars and they didn't get all the quills out, so I had to bring him to another vet and pay an additional 300 dollars to finish the job.

They took in our two boxers when we had a critical problem with them,when no one else including our regular vet would take them in to help take care of the problems. I called in the morning and they worked us in at the end of the day. Its obvious to us that this hospital has a different care level and philosophy towards the animals. We do an excellent job of looking after our dogs but life happens and animals get sick for no reason just like poeple. Needless to say VCA do a thorough job and take excellent care of our dogs. Is it expensive? Yes. But is having all those staff, a building and supply of medications etc cheap? Definitely not. Finally, the vets and all the other staff are awesome.

The VCA is fantastic! The staff is very friendly, thoroughly answers my questions, and always makes me feel welcome. The facility is clean and bright, and there are appointments available throughout the day and into the evening which is very convenient. Finally, their prices are reasonable, and the level of care they provide makes it worth the cost. I highly recommend!

They are nice enough to my dog. The prices are very expensive and they don't have great service. I called to ask a question about my dog's foot...She got a tiny boo boo on her foot pad. I just asked if I could put hydrogen peroxide on it and wrap it up. They told me they can't help me over the phone and I needed to bring her in. I then called Westfield animal clinic after they closed and left a message. They instantly called me back-after closing time-and told me what to do to her foot without an appointment.
