If mistake after mistake is how you want to be treated then this is the place for you. In the last 6 months they have made mistakes everytime I went there. 1st. They had been treating our dyeing dog and he had to be put down on a Sunday at Bay State Hospital. I called Acoaxet the next day to let them know and to thank Dr. Brieding for her help in trying to save our dog. About 2 weeks later I get a call from Acoaxet telling me I need to reorder his meds. 2nd. I bring our new 6 week old puppy in for shots. Tech calls me a few hours later telling me she forgot to go over and give me some paper work. 3rd. I bring our dog in for his next shots. I make payment over the phone from the parking lot. Girl brings our puppy out and says we over charged you and that you will have a credit on your account. 4th. We bring our puppy in for preop blood work and to check to make sure all his baby teeth have fallen out and a nail clipping. On my way home I realized that the girl didn't mention if he had lost all his baby teeth cause if he hadn't we were going to put off the surgery till he lost them. I pulled over and called them asking about his teeth. The girl that answered the phone said " let me talk to the tech that treated him ". She returned to the phone saying no they forgot to do that and that the tech "spaced it" then asking if I could return so they could check them. I turned around went back and they did it in the parking lot saying all his baby teeth are gone. 5th. They have coupled with a web site called PetDesk where you acquire points for every dollar spent. Our puppy had surgery to be neutered. I wanted to use some of those PetDesk points towards a $40 discount on the surgery. I had spoken with someone there explaining this. Surgery went well but after getting home and checking invoice $40 discount had not been applied. I called and they gave me a $40 credit to be used in the future 6th. When they brought our puppy out to me the girl told me they had made a mistake and under charged me this time and I would need to make up this small amount on the next visit. 7th. I was also told when we picked our puppy up after surgery someone would call to check on him the next day. It's been over 3 weeks and no one has ever called to check on him. 8th. I called today to used the $40 credit I had for flea and tick Meds. I left a message on their machine saying 2-3 times I wanted a 6 month supply. I get there to pick them up and they tell me they have a 1 month supply ready for me to pick up but there is no $40 credit on my account. I speak with a manager who finds the credit and applies it but even she says that she understands my frustration with all the mistakes and says all she can do is make excuses for the mistakes. I asked her why no one called after the surgery and she said they had a new system that didn't work and many others didn't get a call back either. She still never did ask how he was doing. Dr. Brieding is a fantastic Vet and I really appreciate her. The rest of the staff are just horrible making mistake after mistake. This is just not right. We still have over 1800 points from PetDesk that we will need to use towards discounts on future flea and tick meds. We have done nothing wrong. We show up on time for our appointments. We have paid our bills in full after every visit yet have been treated poorly with mistake after mistake since we first started going here in January of this year 2020. So after reading this ask yourself if this is the Vet Clinic you want ? Read Less

I do not recommend.  When I brought my two cats for dental consults the office was very disorganized and the front desk manager who told me her name was "Tina" was very rude.  Unfortunately, when a place gets very popular the quality in the administration can slip and this was definitely the case.  There are other very high-quality vets in Providence that I would recommend over this practice.
