My partners dogs vet. I just got a puppy few weeks ago. Was going to use this place aswell. They sell packages for vaccination. Was going to be $183 total. That is for all the visits. Then i found out from a coworker that Tracker Supply has a mobile vet every Sunday. Pay for each individual visit. About the same total. I decided to go with that instead. So I forgot the appointment set at Kelly's. The clerk from Kelly's called me and I explained I wasn't happy with having to pay for visits in advance. Apparently she didn't like that. She said in a rude tone that i should have called them, said by and promptly hung up on me. Frankly if they didnt charge for advance visits i would've use them. Personally i wouldn't have such a rude person running calls there. Shouldn't be calling peoples personal phones with an attitude. Read Less

The doctor was very knowledgable, compassionate and spent time with me and my pet. I did not feel like she was rushing me through and she took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my pet and the course of treatment needed Read Less

The Vets and techs here give very good care. I have never had any complaints. The front desk staff are also quite easy to deal with. The facility is comfortable and well kept. The prices are fair for what they deliver. My only complaint is that parking can be difficult. Read Less

I have taken all of my pets here for years. Superior care from the ladies at the desk, assistants, techs, and doctors. Everyone there shows genuine loving care for the animals they tend to. The facility is clean and the staff is readily available even after hours. Nice job to all. Read Less

We had to put our 1 year old 'Dobby the Housecat' to sleep on April 25, 2016 due to him getting very sick. Dr. Sheimo and the rest of the staff that we delt with were very kind and supportive the entire time. They showed such compassion. They are also amazing when we bring our 2 dogs in for their exams. On Thursday March 10 our 12 year old beloved English Mastiff Kane awoke with a twisted stomach. We rushed him to these angels, who took us in even though we are not clients. They comforted us in our grief as we sobbed over one of the hardest decisions we have had to make. We had to say goodbye to our baby boy. I will do my best to make a long story short. My dog had to be euthanized due to kidney failure. Nobody had any idea (including the vet) how serious it was when she was brought in. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. While i was holding my dog they come in with a clipboard wanting payment, not just partial, but payment for cremation as well. My hands were shaking and i was visibly upset and asked to pay half and pay cremation when i picked my dog up. First i was told no, then they agreed and said i could pick her up and pay balance the following week. All of these decisions being made while my dog is dying in my arms. Sure many of you know how painful that is. I called this week to ask if my dogs remains were there and they didnt seem to know where they were. After further investigation, i was told my dog was "ON HOLD" in the freezer all week, guessing they would not proceed until payment was made. Wonder how long this would have gone on if i wouldnt have called. My heart is still broken over the loss of my sweet pet, and this just reopens the wound. The care and compassion for both pets and owners have seem to disappeared from this place. Not criticizing the vet but the policy. You were paid in full, hope it was all worth it to you.Read Less
