I give 5 stars for the great service Krause provided for our pit! Our pit has had an ear infection for about a year now, Bansfield has been treating it with no improvement to the infection, in fact it just kept getting worse. My husband and I brought our dog in last Friday, they treated him once and his ear looks better already. On top of that, he didn’t cry all night like he did with Bansfield and Krause had it all done within an hour and a half ,brought our dog straight back to us where he awoke with us by his side verse Bansfield keeping him in for over four hours and finding him in a small cage hysterically crying, drooling, scared and stressed out! Krause is a place you can count on, when I spoke to the receptionist before bringing him in for the first time I explained to her how aggressive he is and scared he is of having his ear touched and she reassured us that they deal with lots of dogs like that. It’s good to find a place where we can trust their services, thank you!

Very polite and friendly staff and and an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. Beautiful new facility. Easy to find location lots of parking. The waiting area is large, comfortable and clean. Pet friendly too.. The exam rooms are large. You are given plenty of time during your visit for questions or concerns. I found the new office to be a very easy layout. Especially as we finished our appointment an went to the desk to pay for the visit and schedule a date for upcoming needs.

Being a professional cat breeder, I have used several different vets for varying needs. Krause is a great practice for both routine care (vaccines, parasite prevention, testing, etc.) and for when you have a less common problem that needs an accurate diagnosis quickly. I evaluate vets based off of expertise, professionalism, bedside manner and cost. Krause is excellent at determining which tests and treatments are necessary, and they provide them at a reasonable rate. They also handle my cats in a gentle, confident manner and seem to genuinely care about their well-being. They are located quite far from my home, but the quality of care makes the travel time the least of my concerns.

This is Angela Mondro but it came up in my daughters name. I know MANY Veternarians and have been to many Veterinarians with pets.! I am a Veterinary Technician. I have received the best care for the best price at Krause Veterinary Hospital. I was referred here by a friend about 17 years ago when my dog needed an operation. Krause did the operation for about half of what the other vets would have charged.
They do a very through exam and don't do more than your pet needs and charge you crazy prices. I am very happy with Krause Veterinary and recommend them to my friends here in Clinton Township.! I drive at least a half hour to get there but it is worth it.!

This vet has been in my family for generations. Been taking my dog there for her whole life.. She was a yellow labs and on the pills called Durramaxx which is for bad hips. The vet never telling us the side effects for this drug. Going by what the vets said thinking that whatever they said was right we gave the dog the pills. 5 years of her being on the pills there became major side effects that could of been prevented if me and my family knew about them. Because of this pill she developed bleeding ulcers causing her death. From their carelessness at of them not telling us from the beginning and still not telling us at the end I will never go back there

Scheduled an appointment last minute for my Dad's kitten due to a sore on the kittens neck. The vet was kind, courteous and answered my barrage of questions. Simple, quality treatment is what you'll get here. No crazy unnecessary tests or outrageous bill to go with it. My Dad had taken this kitten in the previous week to another local vet to the tune of $610, now at Krause, the kitten was treated for $66. I used this vet for years before moving out of state. It's great to see nothing has changed. Great care, affordable prices.

i can't say enough positive about this vet. We just moved up to this area in Dec and it being Sept not a long period of time. We weren't in there often. Our dakota wasnt basic sick a lot it was serious stuff and specialist visits. Krause was MUCH closer than any specialist vet so we went to them for in between stuff. If we needed a urine sample, rather then going to Ann Arbor or Ohio (living in michigan) wed go to krause. Did the tests no issues even faxed over results to specialist. Medications? NO ISSUEIt finally came down to putting her down and EVERYONE was incredible! From getting done quickly, to being gentle and understanding with us it couldn't have gone better.The thing that impressed me most was the fact we hadn't been a patient of theres long at all and maybe only a handful of visits within that less than a year time frame. They knew us and her. They were genuinely concerned, asked questions, suggested other options etc.It took less than 24hours for the remains to come back. I recommend ANYONE to them!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! My horse almost died because of them. My normal vet was out of town so I was forced to call a different vet. we tld them his past history and what medicine he needs (we ran out) they ignored us and did an ultrasound of his lungs. He has COPD not a foal. They ran up a $900 bill. They don't care about your pet. They care about money. I should have hung up when we said we need a vet to come out and they said "whats your credit card number?" another horse in my barn was "treated" by them. The horse was obviously kicked in the knee (there were hoofmarks) and they claimed it was arthritis. yes because hoof marks and sudden swelling mean arthritis. they even went as far as to say that the poor horse needed surgery. My vet came back into town 2 days later and thank god he survived until them. My vet came and gave him a shot and some powder medicine and he was better within a week. don't go here all they care about money and pauomg off their equipment. Don't trust your animals life with them!!!!!!

I decided to have my dog spayed here because it was much cheaper than my regular vet, and now I know why. The place is a dump, and I never even got to speak with the vet. I picked my dog up and took her home the day after surgery. When we got home, I saw that her poor belly was RAW from the clippers. They literally removed a layer of skin and cut her nipples. I took pictures to show the vet at our 2 week suture removal appointment. At that appointment, I still never got to speak with the actual vet, just an associate. I showed him the picture of my dogs belly. His reply, "oh, that's just sensitive skin". I tried telling him her skin was oozing fluid and was hot to the touch, and it ended up scabbing. He continued to blame my dogs skin instead of whoever shaved her, and I know my concerns fell on deaf ears. I didn't even get an apology, or an "I'm sorry that happened. I'll speak with The tech". Nothing! The only concerns voiced by that office was pushing for vaccines, heart worm, and medications. All in all, a horrible experience.

I give 5 stars for the great service Krause provided for our pit! Our pit has had an ear infection for about a year now, Bansfield has been treating it with no improvement to the infection, in fact it just kept getting worse. My husband and I brought our dog in last Friday, they treated him once and his ear looks better already. On top of that, he didn’t cry all night like he did with Bansfield and Krause had it all done within an hour and a half ,brought our dog straight back to us where he awoke with us by his side verse Bansfield keeping him in for over four hours and finding him in a small cage hysterically crying, drooling, scared and stressed out! Krause is a place you can count on, when I spoke to the receptionist before bringing him in for the first time I explained to her how aggressive he is and scared he is of having his ear touched and she reassured us that they deal with lots of dogs like that. It’s good to find a place where we can trust their services, thank you!

Very polite and friendly staff and and an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. Beautiful new facility. Easy to find location lots of parking. The waiting area is large, comfortable and clean. Pet friendly too.. The exam rooms are large. You are given plenty of time during your visit for questions or concerns. I found the new office to be a very easy layout. Especially as we finished our appointment an went to the desk to pay for the visit and schedule a date for upcoming needs.

They care about you and your animals. Family run place and you can tell they don't just want your money. I will only take my pets here anymore. And it's pretty inexpensive. Employees are super nice.

Being a professional cat breeder, I have used several different vets for varying needs. Krause is a great practice for both routine care (vaccines, parasite prevention, testing, etc.) and for when you have a less common problem that needs an accurate diagnosis quickly. I evaluate vets based off of expertise, professionalism, bedside manner and cost. Krause is excellent at determining which tests and treatments are necessary, and they provide them at a reasonable rate. They also handle my cats in a gentle, confident manner and seem to genuinely care about their well-being. They are located quite far from my home, but the quality of care makes the travel time the least of my concerns.

This is Angela Mondro but it came up in my daughters name. I know MANY Veternarians and have been to many Veterinarians with pets.! I am a Veterinary Technician. I have received the best care for the best price at Krause Veterinary Hospital. I was referred here by a friend about 17 years ago when my dog needed an operation. Krause did the operation for about half of what the other vets would have charged.
They do a very through exam and don't do more than your pet needs and charge you crazy prices. I am very happy with Krause Veterinary and recommend them to my friends here in Clinton Township.! I drive at least a half hour to get there but it is worth it.!

This vet has been in my family for generations. Been taking my dog there for her whole life.. She was a yellow labs and on the pills called Durramaxx which is for bad hips. The vet never telling us the side effects for this drug. Going by what the vets said thinking that whatever they said was right we gave the dog the pills. 5 years of her being on the pills there became major side effects that could of been prevented if me and my family knew about them. Because of this pill she developed bleeding ulcers causing her death. From their carelessness at of them not telling us from the beginning and still not telling us at the end I will never go back there

Scheduled an appointment last minute for my Dad's kitten due to a sore on the kittens neck. The vet was kind, courteous and answered my barrage of questions. Simple, quality treatment is what you'll get here. No crazy unnecessary tests or outrageous bill to go with it. My Dad had taken this kitten in the previous week to another local vet to the tune of $610, now at Krause, the kitten was treated for $66. I used this vet for years before moving out of state. It's great to see nothing has changed. Great care, affordable prices.

Compassion is the first thing I felt when I called Krause Vet Clinic to schedule an appointment for my very loved dog. From the first phone call, I felt they cared more than the Vet's office I had been to 4 times in as many weeks. I felt very confident in the care and opinion that I got from Dr. Krause and highly recommend their office to anyone who wants a vet office with compassion, expertise and great bedside manner. When I was telling others about the great care we received, I smiled when I heard my grandfather and uncle had taken their horses to Dr. Krause! All the staff was pleasant and the environment was appropriately clean. It seems that the dogs love to dirty the glass door but that is to be expected. I would recommend this clinic.

i can't say enough positive about this vet. We just moved up to this area in Dec and it being Sept not a long period of time. We weren't in there often. Our dakota wasnt basic sick a lot it was serious stuff and specialist visits. Krause was MUCH closer than any specialist vet so we went to them for in between stuff. If we needed a urine sample, rather then going to Ann Arbor or Ohio (living in michigan) wed go to krause. Did the tests no issues even faxed over results to specialist. Medications? NO ISSUEIt finally came down to putting her down and EVERYONE was incredible! From getting done quickly, to being gentle and understanding with us it couldn't have gone better.The thing that impressed me most was the fact we hadn't been a patient of theres long at all and maybe only a handful of visits within that less than a year time frame. They knew us and her. They were genuinely concerned, asked questions, suggested other options etc.It took less than 24hours for the remains to come back. I recommend ANYONE to them!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! My horse almost died because of them. My normal vet was out of town so I was forced to call a different vet. we tld them his past history and what medicine he needs (we ran out) they ignored us and did an ultrasound of his lungs. He has COPD not a foal. They ran up a $900 bill. They don't care about your pet. They care about money. I should have hung up when we said we need a vet to come out and they said "whats your credit card number?" another horse in my barn was "treated" by them. The horse was obviously kicked in the knee (there were hoofmarks) and they claimed it was arthritis. yes because hoof marks and sudden swelling mean arthritis. they even went as far as to say that the poor horse needed surgery. My vet came back into town 2 days later and thank god he survived until them. My vet came and gave him a shot and some powder medicine and he was better within a week. don't go here all they care about money and pauomg off their equipment. Don't trust your animals life with them!!!!!!

I decided to have my dog spayed here because it was much cheaper than my regular vet, and now I know why. The place is a dump, and I never even got to speak with the vet. I picked my dog up and took her home the day after surgery. When we got home, I saw that her poor belly was RAW from the clippers. They literally removed a layer of skin and cut her nipples. I took pictures to show the vet at our 2 week suture removal appointment. At that appointment, I still never got to speak with the actual vet, just an associate. I showed him the picture of my dogs belly. His reply, "oh, that's just sensitive skin". I tried telling him her skin was oozing fluid and was hot to the touch, and it ended up scabbing. He continued to blame my dogs skin instead of whoever shaved her, and I know my concerns fell on deaf ears. I didn't even get an apology, or an "I'm sorry that happened. I'll speak with The tech". Nothing! The only concerns voiced by that office was pushing for vaccines, heart worm, and medications. All in all, a horrible experience.
