My family has been bringing our pets here for over a decade, and have gotten nothing but the very best of care. The office staff is efficient, professional and friendly, the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate, and everyone employed here has an obvious and genuine love for animals. Most recently we brought our 8 year old lab to Dr. Windsor, who answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, as though he had all the time in the world for us (even though, as the owner, he’s obviously a busy man). He was quick to win over our boy, who was nervous. I recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and compassionate care for their pets.

The lady who talked to me on the phone was unbelievably rude and acted as though I had personally insulted her when I asked to get my cat a declawing appointment. Very unhelpful. Very dismissive. Didn't make an effort to act polite and answer my questions.
I will not be taking my kitten to such a hostile environment for declawing. Especially when I am not treated with respect as I was treating her. I cannot believe that I called a vet because this lady was very unprofessional. No thanks.

My new vets and they are great! After moving to the area but not taking my kitty to the doctor for over a year I just went with the closest vet office to my home. I lucked out because the doctors and staff are so nice, warm and welcoming! After I checked out from our last visit, the receptionist not only opened the door for me as I carried my cat (who needs to loose a few pounds) in his carrier, she actually took the carrier from me and carried it to my car! As the owner of all American pet resorts in Royal Oak Michigan, I can attest to having many a client who goes to this veterinary clinic. I have clients to go to you almost every veterinary clinic in the Oakland County area. Do they all say wonderful things about their vets, the answer is no.have I heard bad things of Beverly Hills veterinary clinic, the answer is also no. In fact, I have personally never heard negative words from a single person with in the dog community or with in the civil population of dog owners. Amazing staff. I teach nearby and heard great things about this clinic from parents. I was looking for a closer vet as my previous of 17 years was now in Novi and with a new pup on the way it seemed much more convenient to find somewhere local. Just today, I took another new addition in for suture removal after a neuter and was given a gift bag from Leon and Lulu's with a framed picture of our new dog. Talk about a personal touch. They truly care about the welfare of not only your pet but the owner as well. I can't say enough good things. So happy to have found a caring and dedicated veterinary practice.

Amazing staff. They genuinely care about your pet and the owners as well. After working with my previous vet for over 15 years who is out in Novi now, I decided I needed to find somewhere closer with a new puppy on the way. Granted, I live walking distance from the Berkley Veterinary Clinic but am not a fan. I heard rave reviews from my parents (I teach nearby) and had Dr. Windsor's son in my class. I could not be happier. I have seen Dr. Windsor and Dr. Brown. Today I went in for a suture removal for our adopted golden who was neutered and was given a gift bag with a framed picture of our newest addition. Talk about a personal touch. I have worked with many vets over the years and I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Windsor is wonderful. He doesn't try to push any unnecessary services. He knows are needs and what Ziggy should have and not. You can tell Dr. Windsor takes pride in his work. He handles our cat like it was his own with loving care. I wouldn't take our animals anywhere else. I have recommended Dr. Windsor to many people. We have been going to BHVA for many years. My dog had been having digestive problems for two years. We had tried everything and spent so much money at another vet. So many tests and nothing worked. I read a review of Beverly Hills Vet Assoc.'s that said their dog had finally been pain free after 4 years thanks to switching to this vet. I took Jake in and they prescribed him some meds. I was skeptical but after a week of nothing, he started going to the bathroom again. He is getting better everyday. I almost cried when I saw that he was getting better. I thought there was no hope, but Thanks to Dr. Adams and Beverly Hills Vet Assoc's, Jake is happy, healthy, and has become a vibrant part of our family again. Thank you so much!!

When I got my doggy, Ollie, 9 months ago I was overwhelmed with vet recommendations from friends and family. After lots of research and reading other reviews I decided on BHVA, and I've been so pleased with my decision! He had a rough life before I got him, and we've since dealt with BAD diarrhea, a parasite, worms, separation anxiety, and picky eating. They've been there to help me the whole way, Dr. Windsor specifically. I know he and the entire staff genuinely care about Ollie and that means so much to me, because I'm pretty obsessed with my dog! They've even helped me over the phone when Ols was sick and I didn't have time to bring him in, and then checked in on us later. The cards and email reminders are a very nice, personal touch too. BHVA is a tad pricier than other vets, but to me the peace of mind coming with good, thorough care is worth it. Ollie started as a very scared, sick puppy and now he's the healthiest, happiest puppy I've ever met! So thankful!

Please tell me if I brought her to you what you would do for an 18 year old doxie who in the past 4 days has lost her sight, complete control of bowels, isnt able to stand and doenst leave her bed unless i pick her up.... I explained that your location is close and that it would make this loss easier for my children so we are not driving all around town do to something no one should have to do.....Your website claims "extraordinary care for pets and support for owners" This is the second time I have been turned away by your clinic, when we moved here 4 years ago, you would not see my sick dog because we weren't established clients... Assc. doc left the practice after opening her own in Rchstr Hills (didn't follow; too far away). I took my dog Moose to Dr. Windsor back in March. He recommended a specialist for Moose regarding his problem with thunderstorms (rather than prescribing more costly medication) and his unruly behavior. I took his recommendation and met with the specialist. I am happy to say Moose has been 100% better with storms and his behavior has changed. We moved back to Michigan 3 years ago went through several vets until we found Dr. Windsor. He was recommend by Jody, one of the area's best known dog walkers and she was absolutely right. They've always given our dog, Ethel, and cat, Bunami, perfect care. In one case Dr. Brown correctly diagnosed an issue Ethel was having when our previous vet mis-diagnosed it TWICE. The practice is small and friendly, especially the office staff. Marie always makes such a fuss over Ethel that she actually doesn't mind coming to the vet. In short, we would NEVER EVER go anywhere else for veterinary care.

I recently moved to the area with an eldery Shitzu and needed a veterinary office immiadately as he is on special food and two perscriptions. The admissions person at my son's school highly recommended Berverly Hills Veterinary, and they were able to get our dog established quickly. I did plan on returning to our previous vet as we travel back to our other home, but as I have been so happy with the care I now take all of our pets there. The doctors are wonderful, take their time, and ask lots of good questions to determine what is going on. My Labradoodle is always in a good mood while we are there, not stressed at all. They are very compassionate also. I am very thankful to have found them, as it is a difficult decision finding a new veterinarian to trust. (Molly, Lydia and Boomer say thank you :)

We switched vets recently to BHV. We have a 2 yr old chocolate lab and an almost 15 yr old yellow lab. Casey, the old girl, had been having teeth/gum/mouth issues for years which never healed despite several extractions. On our 1st visit, Dr. Windsor strongly suggested getting the rest of her teeth pulled. I was not sure about this especially because of her age. Dr. Windsor did the surgery. Casey did great, and has been doing well ever since. Dr. Windsor was wonderfully understanding and compassionate. He made a huge difference in Casey's quality of life, and for us.

After a horrible experience at another local vet, a friend referred me to Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates and let's just say that from the moment you walk in the door, you feel like family. Everyone treats you and your pet with the utmost of concern and care. Dr. Windsor was so understanding of my emotional state after losing a dog at another vet and how frightening it was for me to do anything for Maggie. I was literally petrified that the same thing would happen again. Just back from bringing her in today and while he is stern with me about her weight, I do love them all and wish we weren't moving soon. Finding a new vet will be as bad as finding a pediatrician was when the kids were little. I love them all.

My family has been bringing our pets here for over a decade, and have gotten nothing but the very best of care. The office staff is efficient, professional and friendly, the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate, and everyone employed here has an obvious and genuine love for animals. Most recently we brought our 8 year old lab to Dr. Windsor, who answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, as though he had all the time in the world for us (even though, as the owner, he’s obviously a busy man). He was quick to win over our boy, who was nervous. I recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and compassionate care for their pets.

The lady who talked to me on the phone was unbelievably rude and acted as though I had personally insulted her when I asked to get my cat a declawing appointment. Very unhelpful. Very dismissive. Didn't make an effort to act polite and answer my questions.
I will not be taking my kitten to such a hostile environment for declawing. Especially when I am not treated with respect as I was treating her. I cannot believe that I called a vet because this lady was very unprofessional. No thanks.

I lucked out because the doctors and staff are so nice, warm and welcoming! After I checked out from our last visit, the receptionist not only opened the door for me as I carried my cat (who needs to loose a few pounds) in his carrier, she actually took the carrier from me and carried it to my car! I have clients to go to you almost every veterinary clinic in the Oakland County area. Do they all say wonderful things about their vets, the answer is no.have I heard bad things of Beverly Hills veterinary clinic, the answer is also no. In fact, I have personally never heard negative words from a single person with in the dog community or with in the civil population of dog owners. Amazing staff. I teach nearby and heard great things about this clinic from parents. I was looking for a closer vet as my previous of 17 years was now in Novi and with a new pup on the way it seemed much more convenient to find somewhere local. Just today, I took another new addition in for suture removal after a neuter and was given a gift bag from Leon and Lulu's with a framed picture of our new dog. Talk about a personal touch. They truly care about the welfare of not only your pet but the owner as well. I can't say enough good things. So happy to have found a caring and dedicated veterinary practice.

Amazing staff. They genuinely care about your pet and the owners as well. After working with my previous vet for over 15 years who is out in Novi now, I decided I needed to find somewhere closer with a new puppy on the way. Granted, I live walking distance from the Berkley Veterinary Clinic but am not a fan. I heard rave reviews from my parents (I teach nearby) and had Dr. Windsor's son in my class. I could not be happier. I have seen Dr. Windsor and Dr. Brown. Today I went in for a suture removal for our adopted golden who was neutered and was given a gift bag with a framed picture of our newest addition. Talk about a personal touch. I have worked with many vets over the years and I would highly recommend this practice.

Recently we brought our cat (Ziggy) in for his yearly check up. The staff is great and friendly. Right from the start when I call in for appointment I get a friendly and cheerful staff member. Dr. Windsor is wonderful. He doesn't try to push any unnecessary services. He knows are needs and what Ziggy should have and not. You can tell Dr. Windsor takes pride in his work. He handles our cat like it was his own with loving care. I wouldn't take our animals anywhere else. I have recommended Dr. Windsor to many people. We have been going to BHVA for many years. My dog had been having digestive problems for two years. We had tried everything and spent so much money at another vet. So many tests and nothing worked. I read a review of Beverly Hills Vet Assoc.'s that said their dog had finally been pain free after 4 years thanks to switching to this vet. I took Jake in and they prescribed him some meds. I was skeptical but after a week of nothing, he started going to the bathroom again. He is getting better everyday. I almost cried when I saw that he was getting better. I thought there was no hope, but Thanks to Dr. Adams and Beverly Hills Vet Assoc's, Jake is happy, healthy, and has become a vibrant part of our family again. Thank you so much!!

When I got my doggy, Ollie, 9 months ago I was overwhelmed with vet recommendations from friends and family. After lots of research and reading other reviews I decided on BHVA, and I've been so pleased with my decision! He had a rough life before I got him, and we've since dealt with BAD diarrhea, a parasite, worms, separation anxiety, and picky eating. They've been there to help me the whole way, Dr. Windsor specifically. I know he and the entire staff genuinely care about Ollie and that means so much to me, because I'm pretty obsessed with my dog! They've even helped me over the phone when Ols was sick and I didn't have time to bring him in, and then checked in on us later. The cards and email reminders are a very nice, personal touch too. BHVA is a tad pricier than other vets, but to me the peace of mind coming with good, thorough care is worth it. Ollie started as a very scared, sick puppy and now he's the healthiest, happiest puppy I've ever met! So thankful!

I found Beverly Hills Veterinary associates based on the yelp reviews. It has not disappointed. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. They always answer any questions I have when I call. The email and text reminders about vaccinations that are needed are great! I also love that my dog has an electronic health record that I can access any time! Please tell me if I brought her to you what you would do for an 18 year old doxie who in the past 4 days has lost her sight, complete control of bowels, isnt able to stand and doenst leave her bed unless i pick her up.... I explained that your location is close and that it would make this loss easier for my children so we are not driving all around town do to something no one should have to do.....Your website claims "extraordinary care for pets and support for owners" This is the second time I have been turned away by your clinic, when we moved here 4 years ago, you would not see my sick dog because we weren't established clients... If you truey cared for animals and the people who love them you would go out of your way to accommodate!

He recommended a specialist for Moose regarding his problem with thunderstorms (rather than prescribing more costly medication) and his unruly behavior. I took his recommendation and met with the specialist. I am happy to say Moose has been 100% better with storms and his behavior has changed. The staff and Dr. Windsor are very nice and helpful every time we come in.

We took our puppy Charley in for her first vet visit and everyone was super friendly. The entire team went out of their way to engage Charley. Dr Brown was fantastic. She took her time with our puppy, answered our questions and gave us some great advice and training tips. We are totally comfortable here and looking forward to a long relationship with the team at Beverly Hills Veterinary.

We moved back to Michigan 3 years ago went through several vets until we found Dr. Windsor. He was recommend by Jody, one of the area's best known dog walkers and she was absolutely right. They've always given our dog, Ethel, and cat, Bunami, perfect care. In one case Dr. Brown correctly diagnosed an issue Ethel was having when our previous vet mis-diagnosed it TWICE. The practice is small and friendly, especially the office staff. Marie always makes such a fuss over Ethel that she actually doesn't mind coming to the vet. In short, we would NEVER EVER go anywhere else for veterinary care.

We've been bringing our pets to Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates ever since we first moved to Michigan 14 years ago. Dr. Windsor was truly compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our elderly, ailing cat several years ago. The staff at BHV have provided prompt care and attention to two more cats and our golden retriever. We are quick to recommend them to other pet owners in need of excellent pet care.

I recently moved to the area with an eldery Shitzu and needed a veterinary office immiadately as he is on special food and two perscriptions. The admissions person at my son's school highly recommended Berverly Hills Veterinary, and they were able to get our dog established quickly. I did plan on returning to our previous vet as we travel back to our other home, but as I have been so happy with the care I now take all of our pets there. The doctors are wonderful, take their time, and ask lots of good questions to determine what is going on. My Labradoodle is always in a good mood while we are there, not stressed at all. They are very compassionate also. I am very thankful to have found them, as it is a difficult decision finding a new veterinarian to trust. (Molly, Lydia and Boomer say thank you :)

We switched vets recently to BHV. We have a 2 yr old chocolate lab and an almost 15 yr old yellow lab. Casey, the old girl, had been having teeth/gum/mouth issues for years which never healed despite several extractions. On our 1st visit, Dr. Windsor strongly suggested getting the rest of her teeth pulled. I was not sure about this especially because of her age. Dr. Windsor did the surgery. Casey did great, and has been doing well ever since. Dr. Windsor was wonderfully understanding and compassionate. He made a huge difference in Casey's quality of life, and for us.

You only want to put your animal into great hands, Beverly Hills Vet is one that I trust. They have looked after our dog for many years and have a continuity of care among vets. We've been seeing the same doctor there the whole time. The doctor is involved with routine care as well as complex surgery that was referred out.

After a horrible experience at another local vet, a friend referred me to Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates and let's just say that from the moment you walk in the door, you feel like family. Everyone treats you and your pet with the utmost of concern and care. Dr. Windsor was so understanding of my emotional state after losing a dog at another vet and how frightening it was for me to do anything for Maggie. I was literally petrified that the same thing would happen again. Just back from bringing her in today and while he is stern with me about her weight, I do love them all and wish we weren't moving soon. Finding a new vet will be as bad as finding a pediatrician was when the kids were little. I love them all.
