He had jaundice from not eating after being sprayed by a skunk. Dr McLaughlin treated my dog with the utmost care and so did his excellent staff. My dog growled at the other vets, but sensed that this new staff were different. The Dr gave him meds, took xrays, and gave him food. After seeing that his liver didn't look bad from the xray, the vet felt my dog would come around with my care and his. He did. He is perfectly fine. I have never been so happy with a vet as I am now. My mother took our family dog there and he was found to have a corneal ulcer. He was given eye drops and instructions to follow up in one week. He was given no pain medication and she wasn't even instructed to get an E-collar to keep him from scratching at it. The poor dog shook and cried because it was so painful. We gave him left over pain medication from our other dog. I put the E-collar on him. After 3 days his eye was then protruding and bloodshot. He was taken back for re examination and they did not re stain his eye and check to see how the ulcer was healing. My mother was told to go to the pharmacy and get lubricating eye drops, as the vet stated the redness was from dry eye. 3 days later he had emergent surgery to have his eyeball removed because the ulcer had gotten so bad it ruptured and his eye was no longer salvageable. The emergency vet has even stated that this could have been avoided if his eye had been properly treated. We will never take any of our animals here again and recommend you also rethink your visit.Read Less

I recently had my dog there to have some tumors removed. First the vet would not touch him what so ever even had me open my dog's mouth for him. Once the tumor was removed the doctor could not figure out whether the tumors were cancerous or not that was with sending them to the lab.
