After three wonderful years, we had to change vets. There has never been an issue with the care my dogs have received here, it's merely a location issue based on where we live now. Roxy & Lance have always loved the staff, and have received thorough, loving care. They were able to finally pin down an effective allergy medicine for my grass-allergic Roxy, one that wasn't steroid-based and wouldn't trash her insides. Dr. Burt, along with all their Staff has always been there when we need them. They are always very thorough and my dogs are never fearful of going in there, they love the Staff. My dogs are now 10 years old and been going there since puppies and one dog has many issues, which Dr. Burt figured out what was going on. Prior to these dog our dogs we had also went there. Dr. Stoddard and Dr. King have also seen our dogs and could not have been better in helping us with our problems. I just got my cats paw print back ..and it's absolutely sloppy like they didn't even care because I had to put my cat down on Monday and they wanted 300 DOLLARS for the ASHES . I don't give them any stars at all . I recommend not to go here. Read Less

I love this vet they are friendly and very patient.  They are very good with my older dog.  My younger dog doesn't seem to like them much but they were wonderful with her.  They are always wanting to help you with your pet whether that be anxiety issues, teeth, vaccines or a spay and neuter.  I think they are reasonably priced and always friendly.  Reminds me of the old country vet I we went to for our animals when I was a kid. Friendly, affordable, and highly recommended! They have a great website where you can conveniently set up your appointment. I had to cancel my first appointment just 15 minutes before we were scheduled because my cat, Bootz, hid from me! I couldn't find her anywhere in the house! The team was so understanding and there was no charge for the rescheduling. It was our first time bringing Bootz to the Lilley center. It was quite lovely. The staff was very kind, and Dr. King was fantastic. Bootz is all better and the exam plus all of her medications were under $80! Read Less

I have had the experience with Drs King and Dr Burt, both have been very, very good with my dog Molly! And I think their prices are pretty fair! Most clinics want to gauge you to death, but they seem to help out in that department and are pretty fair! My dog and cats have been going to Lilley Vet for about 10 years and they have taken amazing care of them over the years.  This is where I found out about my dog's food allergy (that other vets simply tried to medicate away) and they have worked with me on making the best decision for my 16 year old cat at the end of his life.  I highly recommend them! What a great vet! We went in today as new patients and were extremely pleased with the vet Dr King. She was SO friendly and knowledgable. She really spent time getting to know our dog and that was nice. The front desk and kind and the techs were also great. I was apprehensive with the low score on here but I am glad we gave it a try. Dr. Burt and his staff have always been there for us when we need them, no matter when we call. Our dog was extremely sick and not eating and he said to bring her in immediately and put her on an IV. Not pleased at all with a recent visit to this pet clinic. When I've gone here in the past I saw Dr. King but she is out on maternity leave so I saw the owner/vet. His bedside manner left a lot to be desired and because my pets are family this is important. I had a nagging wart removed from my 13 yo Cockapoo and as we were leaving the clinic I noticed my dog was bleeding where the wart was removed. I doubled back to ask what I should do about this and it was then that the vet tech gave me after care information that should've been given to me before I was walking out the door with a bleeding dog and after they got $105 from me. As of now, my 20 year old fox terrier is Dr. King's oldest patient. She effectively manages his canine cognitive dysfunction (he has doggie Alzheimers) and makes sure he is comfortable. I feel like they're pretty even with other area vets in prices. They're always able to get me a prompt appointment too. Only down side is the tiny parking lot. Parking gets crammed pretty fast. That aside, I will continue to bring all of my dogs to this office. Read Less

I brought my cat here after receiving a recommendation from a coworker. My cat required surgery for a lump that needed to be removed from her belly. Dr King was great. I didn't feel pressured in any way to proceed with any type of treatment that  I was not comfortable with. Myself, along with my cat were treated with respect. The cost seems a bit higher than other clinics, but I am one of those people that will pay extra for a positive experience. As a groomer, I come across clients that are new to the area. As our pet is part of our family, I recommend Lilley Veterinary Center for anyone that is looking for excellent care for their pet.  We have been seeing Dr. King for several years and our dog has been going there since we got him as a puppy.Their staff of doctors, technicians and front desk staff are fantastic.  They are truly extraordinary people!  You can tell that they have a true love for animals.  Our dog had surgery and Dr. King did a wonderful job.  If you have questions, she happily answers them.  If you're looking for a 2nd opinion, they will refer you -- no questions asked.They are a professional group of people and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic with quality staff!  As a side note, their prices are quite reasonable compared to other locations in the metro area.
