My active duty Air Force wife and i needed a quick vet appointment for moving our cats overseas, we Scheduled an appointment days before the appointment. Upon arrival, was told no appointment was made, we suspected we came to the wrong office, but after checking call records my wife and I determined it was the right office. The receptionist told my wife they did not enter the appointment and that we will have to wait if we want to see the vet, even though we should have been in the system and were very rude about the entire situation, questioning my wife's judgement, laughing at her on the phone about the wait time and just being entirely unwelcoming. Rather than deal with the rude reception staff we took our cats to warren woods vet office and had a great experience.

All the vets here have been exceptional in seeing our fur babies ASAP in every emergency situation. Unfortunately we've had quite a few. Received excellent care without exorbitant prices, phone or email follow up to see how your pet is doing. Would highly recommend them, we switched here after our vet of 20 years couldn't see one of my dogs that had cut her foot. They were too busy to fit her in. Centerline agreed to see her at 6 PM instead of sending us to the emergency vet at 32 and Van Dyke.

Finally I found veterinarian clinic who truly does CARE about every animal that they treat and not about how much money they can make off of what many of us pet owners feel are family members! They do not run unnecessary tests for the sake of making money. Every single member of the staff are proficient, caring and will give you different options for treatment that you get to decide the course of action thst is taken.. Unlike many other vet's that just go ahead without your ok or input to bamboozle the poor pet owner out of money and put the animals through uncomfortable and many times painful tests.Prices were very readonable too! I was also pleased that they didnt try to sell me a certain kind of food or product like so many other practices try to guilt you into buying so they can swindle more $ out of the owner. I consider Centerline veterinary hospital to be the best vets i have met in my 40 years of being an animal lover and pet owner. You will feel the genuine care and concern from every single employee the moment you walk through their doors. My senior dog fell quite ill last year, i didnt think he was going to make it. Im am overjoyed to tell you he is snuggled by my side as i write this review happier and healthier than ever. Do yourself and your pet a favor try this place out. I truly believe no other vet has ever provided such loving care to every animal they treat. I do know that they saved my dogs life. I am forever grateful to every person on that team. It is such a comfort to have the Peace of Mind to know you have a place to turn to for kindness, honesty and compassion to keep your loved furry friend happy and healthy. Very disappointed in how they handled putting my cat down. I waited in a waiting room full of rambunctious dogs for an hour and a half... I was the first one there (15 minutes before my actual appointment time), and the last one still waiting to go into a room. Once in a room, I waited even longer. The vet finally came in said he would get the appropriate items he needed and would be right back. Waited another 45 minutes to an hour. For a 10 second procedure. The last thing I wanted was to sit with my poor cat in a cage for 3 hours. He finally apologized and said "sorry for the delay, especially during this difficult time." Seriously?! I wish they could have been prompt with something like this.

This clinic is awesome! From the front desk staff to technicians to Dr Duchan, I can't say enough good things about them all. While visiting family in the greater Detroit area (I live in NC), my dog Danni became ill. They worked her in on a busy day, got right to work with diagnostic testing, physical exam, and got her on fluids. Dr Duchan diagnosed a tick-related illness & started her on antibiotics right away. The tests for this take several days, and Dr Duchan called me IN NORTH CAROLINA not once, but THREE times over the course of her treatment to check on her progress and later to give me the results of her testing -- he nailed it, she tested positive for both Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever AND Lyme Disease (both are endemic to where I live). Danni has showed steady improvement and is back to her old self. Not only did he save her life, but the bill was quite reasonable!! I only wish I could find a physician for myself who was this skilled and caring.

What a great vet! We found ourselves with a projectile vomiting dog Monday evening around 6:30PM. Our vet is closed at 7PM and I would never make it. With some calling around, we ended up getting squeezed in before closing at Center Line. No one was impatient or rushing with us. We filled out paperwork, waited a couple of minutes, and were seen. The entire staff was genuinely concerned about my dog's well being. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable with them before diving in. They thoroughly explained everything they did and answered every question out of my worried mom mouth. We went back three times within 48 hours for supportive care. They were very thorough while still understanding that not everyone can drop $500 in an emergency. I will definitely be back again!

After getting nowhere with our regular vet, I brought my dog in today for a second opinion at the insistence of my husband, who had read the positive reviews online. It was definitely the right call as I finally left with answers despite my little one being stubborn! Dr. Koss and the rest of staff were exceptional, and I find them to be very affordable (our total bill was only $30 more than what we are charged for x-rays at our regular vet). Centerline is out of the way for us but we had such a wonderful experience that we will be using clvh for all our veterinary needs.

Every person working there is so nice. Their prices are extremely fair. My dog had surgery there and it was a lot less than what I expected. I recently moved back to MI and after having a horrible experience with Banfield Pet Hospital in Roseville I decided to make a follow-up appointment for my dog here since it is right down the street. I requested the female vet since my dog is calmer around women vet's. As soon as we walked in I knew my dog loved the place. She walked all around and greeted all of the workers. She does not like to be picked up but she let all of them do it and pet her. They had a cat there that came out and they ran around for a minute and played. I was really impressed with everyone there especially the vet. Dr. Koss. She read peanuts entire file and suggested that we take more blood and let their lab analyze it. I had just been told by Banfield that my dog has cancer and I just need to make her comfortable. Dr. Koss called me back a few days later and said that she did not have cancer and that her elevated levels could be due to the lung tumor she has that I already knew about and have been getting checked every six months. We decided to just let her be and not put her on any medications since she is 12 and they could mess with her organs. She is very active and still loves to play with other dogs. I am so glad I made an appointment and Peanut will continue to go here until it is her time to go.

CenterLine Vet is the BEST place to take your pets! Don't expect a ritzy, razzle-dazzle facility (that costs you more in the end). What you CAN expect is personal, caring, service all the time. You can expect follow up calls regarding your pet's welfare after treatment. You can expect them to cry if you you lose your pet. You can expect them to give you a written estimate for any work BEFORE it is performed, and you can expect to be able to DECIDE if that's the work you want or need. This group of people is incredible, and they go the extra mile each and every time. Not to mention being affordable (as much as a vet can be!). We had our shih tzu in the care of Centerline while he battled failing kidneys for 2.5 years--other vets said he would live only weeks when diagnosed. it was costly, but could have been much more so if not for the compassion and accurate treatment plan provided by Centerline and Dr. Gary.

I've been taking my pets here for years. The staff and doctors are friendly enough, and they genuinely care about your animals, but they do tend to lean towards the "upsell" side of things. All of the estimates I've received for various medical procedures for my pets have been on the shockingly high side, and I always end up using their estimates as a menu of pick-n-choose the things I think my cat or dog actually needs.Just as an example: My dog had a sore on his butt that he had been chewing at for days. It was clearly infected and so I finally brought him in. The doctor spent all of 30 seconds looking at it, and then whipped up a $600 estimate which included dozens of things I wasn't even there for (including ear cleaning, anesthesia, debriding of the wound, surgery, a drain, etc.) I said, "look, let's just do the antibiotics to cure the infection and put a cone on his head so he can't chew at it for a couple of weeks." A hundred and forty bucks, three shots, some pills, a cone, and a happy dog. A week later, guess what, the wound is healing without crazy expensive surgery.I'm not denying that the surgery would have worked to fix the problem, but it's like... they always want to go way overboard here.At any rate, I like this place and I'll continue bringing my pets here because it's convenient and they always have availability, but if you go here, just beware that they will try to give you the "deee-luxe platinum" package with everything they do, whether Fido needs it or not.

This is not just any Vet hospital! The Staff at CLVH have been so good to me and my animals! I have been going to them for 12 years now and love them to pieces! Dr. Gary is very compassionate and caring, not out to get your money, just wanting to provide the BEST care he possibly can for your pets! Dr. Koss is also a great Dr. When my cat was really sick, she took so much time with me to help me understand exactly what was wrong with him! Dr. Duchan just cracks me up! Always making me laugh and handing me some kind of handout to protect my pets! I could go on and on about every person there! They ALL treat my pets as if they were their own! I recentely took my 8 year old dog for a second opinion after going to another vet and they told me my pet had severe arthritis and there was not much they could do. The Doctor was great. He reviewed the x-rays from the other vet and recommended some glucosamin/msm/chondrotin (which I never heard of) along with a nonsteriodal (which they ran blood work first to make sure my Samantha was ok for her to get) and gave some other medication called Tramadol to start working right away until the nonsteriodal kicked in. They also told me about a joint diet from Hills called J/D. Well it's been 2 months now and my little Samantha is like a puppy again. Thanks to the staff for giving me more time with my baby. Keep up the good work.

When I called to make my appointment, the girl on the phone said when would you like to come in, I can put you down for whatever day / time that is convienant to you. When I arrived, there was no doubt the staff loved animals. They took a picture of my pet to put into my record and print up on receipts and reminders. The Doctor (Dr. Gary) and the technician gave me so much information. They really know their stuff. This is definetely a five star hospital. I will now be going there for all my visits and will refer them to all my friends!

My active duty Air Force wife and i needed a quick vet appointment for moving our cats overseas, we Scheduled an appointment days before the appointment. Upon arrival, was told no appointment was made, we suspected we came to the wrong office, but after checking call records my wife and I determined it was the right office. The receptionist told my wife they did not enter the appointment and that we will have to wait if we want to see the vet, even though we should have been in the system and were very rude about the entire situation, questioning my wife's judgement, laughing at her on the phone about the wait time and just being entirely unwelcoming. Rather than deal with the rude reception staff we took our cats to warren woods vet office and had a great experience.

All the vets here have been exceptional in seeing our fur babies ASAP in every emergency situation. Unfortunately we've had quite a few. Received excellent care without exorbitant prices, phone or email follow up to see how your pet is doing. Would highly recommend them, we switched here after our vet of 20 years couldn't see one of my dogs that had cut her foot. They were too busy to fit her in. Centerline agreed to see her at 6 PM instead of sending us to the emergency vet at 32 and Van Dyke.

Finally I found veterinarian clinic who truly does CARE about every animal that they treat and not about how much money they can make off of what many of us pet owners feel are family members! They do not run unnecessary tests for the sake of making money. Every single member of the staff are proficient, caring and will give you different options for treatment that you get to decide the course of action thst is taken.. Unlike many other vet's that just go ahead without your ok or input to bamboozle the poor pet owner out of money and put the animals through uncomfortable and many times painful tests.Prices were very readonable too! I was also pleased that they didnt try to sell me a certain kind of food or product like so many other practices try to guilt you into buying so they can swindle more $ out of the owner. I consider Centerline veterinary hospital to be the best vets i have met in my 40 years of being an animal lover and pet owner. You will feel the genuine care and concern from every single employee the moment you walk through their doors. My senior dog fell quite ill last year, i didnt think he was going to make it. Im am overjoyed to tell you he is snuggled by my side as i write this review happier and healthier than ever. Do yourself and your pet a favor try this place out. I truly believe no other vet has ever provided such loving care to every animal they treat. I do know that they saved my dogs life. I am forever grateful to every person on that team. It is such a comfort to have the Peace of Mind to know you have a place to turn to for kindness, honesty and compassion to keep your loved furry friend happy and healthy. Very disappointed in how they handled putting my cat down. I waited in a waiting room full of rambunctious dogs for an hour and a half... I was the first one there (15 minutes before my actual appointment time), and the last one still waiting to go into a room. Once in a room, I waited even longer. The vet finally came in said he would get the appropriate items he needed and would be right back. Waited another 45 minutes to an hour. For a 10 second procedure. The last thing I wanted was to sit with my poor cat in a cage for 3 hours. He finally apologized and said "sorry for the delay, especially during this difficult time." Seriously?! I wish they could have been prompt with something like this.

This clinic is awesome! From the front desk staff to technicians to Dr Duchan, I can't say enough good things about them all. While visiting family in the greater Detroit area (I live in NC), my dog Danni became ill. They worked her in on a busy day, got right to work with diagnostic testing, physical exam, and got her on fluids. Dr Duchan diagnosed a tick-related illness & started her on antibiotics right away. The tests for this take several days, and Dr Duchan called me IN NORTH CAROLINA not once, but THREE times over the course of her treatment to check on her progress and later to give me the results of her testing -- he nailed it, she tested positive for both Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever AND Lyme Disease (both are endemic to where I live). Danni has showed steady improvement and is back to her old self. Not only did he save her life, but the bill was quite reasonable!! I only wish I could find a physician for myself who was this skilled and caring.

What a great vet! We found ourselves with a projectile vomiting dog Monday evening around 6:30PM. Our vet is closed at 7PM and I would never make it. With some calling around, we ended up getting squeezed in before closing at Center Line. No one was impatient or rushing with us. We filled out paperwork, waited a couple of minutes, and were seen. The entire staff was genuinely concerned about my dog's well being. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable with them before diving in. They thoroughly explained everything they did and answered every question out of my worried mom mouth. We went back three times within 48 hours for supportive care. They were very thorough while still understanding that not everyone can drop $500 in an emergency. I will definitely be back again!

After getting nowhere with our regular vet, I brought my dog in today for a second opinion at the insistence of my husband, who had read the positive reviews online. It was definitely the right call as I finally left with answers despite my little one being stubborn! Dr. Koss and the rest of staff were exceptional, and I find them to be very affordable (our total bill was only $30 more than what we are charged for x-rays at our regular vet). Centerline is out of the way for us but we had such a wonderful experience that we will be using clvh for all our veterinary needs.

I recently moved back to MI and after having a horrible experience with Banfield Pet Hospital in Roseville I decided to make a follow-up appointment for my dog here since it is right down the street. I requested the female vet since my dog is calmer around women vet's. As soon as we walked in I knew my dog loved the place. She walked all around and greeted all of the workers. She does not like to be picked up but she let all of them do it and pet her. They had a cat there that came out and they ran around for a minute and played. I was really impressed with everyone there especially the vet. Dr. Koss. She read peanuts entire file and suggested that we take more blood and let their lab analyze it. I had just been told by Banfield that my dog has cancer and I just need to make her comfortable. Dr. Koss called me back a few days later and said that she did not have cancer and that her elevated levels could be due to the lung tumor she has that I already knew about and have been getting checked every six months. We decided to just let her be and not put her on any medications since she is 12 and they could mess with her organs. She is very active and still loves to play with other dogs. I am so glad I made an appointment and Peanut will continue to go here until it is her time to go.

CenterLine Vet is the BEST place to take your pets! Don't expect a ritzy, razzle-dazzle facility (that costs you more in the end). What you CAN expect is personal, caring, service all the time. You can expect follow up calls regarding your pet's welfare after treatment. You can expect them to cry if you you lose your pet. You can expect them to give you a written estimate for any work BEFORE it is performed, and you can expect to be able to DECIDE if that's the work you want or need. This group of people is incredible, and they go the extra mile each and every time. Not to mention being affordable (as much as a vet can be!). We had our shih tzu in the care of Centerline while he battled failing kidneys for 2.5 years--other vets said he would live only weeks when diagnosed. it was costly, but could have been much more so if not for the compassion and accurate treatment plan provided by Centerline and Dr. Gary.

All of the estimates I've received for various medical procedures for my pets have been on the shockingly high side, and I always end up using their estimates as a menu of pick-n-choose the things I think my cat or dog actually needs.Just as an example: My dog had a sore on his butt that he had been chewing at for days. It was clearly infected and so I finally brought him in. The doctor spent all of 30 seconds looking at it, and then whipped up a $600 estimate which included dozens of things I wasn't even there for (including ear cleaning, anesthesia, debriding of the wound, surgery, a drain, etc.) I said, "look, let's just do the antibiotics to cure the infection and put a cone on his head so he can't chew at it for a couple of weeks." A hundred and forty bucks, three shots, some pills, a cone, and a happy dog. A week later, guess what, the wound is healing without crazy expensive surgery.I'm not denying that the surgery would have worked to fix the problem, but it's like... they always want to go way overboard here.At any rate, I like this place and I'll continue bringing my pets here because it's convenient and they always have availability, but if you go here, just beware that they will try to give you the "deee-luxe platinum" package with everything they do, whether Fido needs it or not.

This is not just any Vet hospital! The Staff at CLVH have been so good to me and my animals! I have been going to them for 12 years now and love them to pieces! Dr. Gary is very compassionate and caring, not out to get your money, just wanting to provide the BEST care he possibly can for your pets! Dr. Koss is also a great Dr. When my cat was really sick, she took so much time with me to help me understand exactly what was wrong with him! Dr. Duchan just cracks me up! Always making me laugh and handing me some kind of handout to protect my pets! I could go on and on about every person there! They ALL treat my pets as if they were their own! I have been to other vets and not 1 even compares to Center Line! My vet forever! AMAZING!!!

I recentely took my 8 year old dog for a second opinion after going to another vet and they told me my pet had severe arthritis and there was not much they could do. The Doctor was great. He reviewed the x-rays from the other vet and recommended some glucosamin/msm/chondrotin (which I never heard of) along with a nonsteriodal (which they ran blood work first to make sure my Samantha was ok for her to get) and gave some other medication called Tramadol to start working right away until the nonsteriodal kicked in. They also told me about a joint diet from Hills called J/D. Well it's been 2 months now and my little Samantha is like a puppy again. Thanks to the staff for giving me more time with my baby. Keep up the good work.

I recently purchased a puppy from Family Puppy and went here for my first visit. I can't believe how much information I received from the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. When I called to make my appointment, the girl on the phone said when would you like to come in, I can put you down for whatever day / time that is convienant to you. When I arrived, there was no doubt the staff loved animals. They took a picture of my pet to put into my record and print up on receipts and reminders. The Doctor (Dr. Gary) and the technician gave me so much information. They really know their stuff. This is definetely a five star hospital. I will now be going there for all my visits and will refer them to all my friends!
