They miss diagnosed my dog. Because of playing around with this place over two weeks we had to put our dog down. Msu said he would of made it if we got him in early. But we played with this vet office...
They miss diagnosed my dog. Because of playing around with this place over two weeks we had to put our dog down. Msu said he would of made it if we got him in early. But we played with this vet office for two weeks and they totally screwed up

I've always used this clinic and Dr. Steve Miller was always professional,, caring, and considerate. He has since retired after 30yrs. of animal service ( along with some human counselling I'm sure) and will be missed.
I have an appt. this next friday..May? , and will let you know what my opinion of the new owner is. His name is Dr. Nelson.

Took our very sick dog too them yesterday, they did tests,etc. Basically she was in so much pain we had too put her down. The Dr and office staff & nurses were tremendous. They were very sensitive too...

They were very sensitive too our feeling's & what had too be done & afterwards. This is a great place with great people working their. I thank them all.

Dr. Miller is AMAZING and we have gone to him for years. It will be a sad day, when he decides to retire, as he is the best. He is so compassionate and gives such great alternative options. I have to say, if he is not in the office, I am NOT a fan of his replacements. I know he needs to enjoy some time away but, definitely make appointments around Dr. Miller being in the office.

Very caring veterinarians but the staff are not to friendly but the veterinarians are the greatest! I am able to make an appointment the same day as I can be squeezed in between appointments ����

The staff is very friendly. I have never met the doctors. When my dog went in for a neutering he returned home in flea eggs which proceeded to spread to my other dog. I called them just to let them kn...
The staff is very friendly. I have never met the doctors. When my dog went in for a neutering he returned home in flea eggs which proceeded to spread to my other dog. I called them just to let them know and they insisted it wasn't them. I have never had a flea on one of my inside dogs in 11 and 1/2 years and was extremely disappointed in their lack of accountability. Would not go back.

Dr Miller is one in a million. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He always explains his diagnosis and treatment very clearly. I have been taking my dogs there for over 25yrs. and will continue to do so. He tries hard to work with breeders as well as pet owners. I highly recommend him and his staff.

They don't make them like Dr. Miller any more.....extremely knowledgeable, practical, skilled surgeon, compassionate.
