Love this place reasonable prices and most importantly caring wonderful people that work here. My cat needed emergency surgery and they took her in immediately and everything healed great. I rescue wildlife and they always help me out with everything I need also theyre not worried about getting every dollar they can they really care about the wellbeing of the animal. Not enough places like these left. Thank you!!

I don't recommend The Kitty Clinic. First, I had to wait about a half hour after my appointment time started with little explanation (I guess the three pieces of information on the patient form needed to be entered). During this time, I watched one of the women at the front desk snap and act extremely rudely to a man who just had his cat put down. I was shocked by how cold that was. When I finally got into the room, the vet tech was nice but I wasn't super impressed with the doctor. They immediately told me they had to sedate my cat for being uncooperative--something I have never heard from any vet before. They also were not upfront about the costs of any of the procedures. The doctor would simply pop her head in, say "we're doing this, ok?" And when I said ok, she immediately popped back out. It was very overwhelming. She prescribed extra medication that I objected against, but I did not want to fight back too much. I will admit the cost wasn't too bad. The real kicker here is that less than a week later, my cat had to undergo emergency surgery for something that absolutely should have been caught by the exam, x-ray, and/or testing the doctor insisted on. If I had not sought out another vet, my cat would have died because of The Kitty Clinic.

Spectacular!!! We had a cat losing weight with no explanation. Went to another vet and did a blood test. That doctor said my that nothing was unusual. Took the same result to Dr. Ruiz, she instantly determined the concern (cat irritable bowel syndrome). We are on a course of treatment and so far, Boo is doing fine.Please go to this clinic. Talented, common sense, cost effective and great staff!!!

Today at the Sallys in the same plaza I witnessed one of the kitty clinics mothers come in and yell at the manager for no longer holding medical supplies delivered to them after they've closed. She was rude and made up stories. After she left the manager of the Sallys kindly explained that UPS was leaving medicine that said in big bold letters MUST BE REFRIGERATED. and they only have a small mini fridge and there AC had been out for 2-3 weeks and they did not want to be responsible for that. So the kitty clinic may be giving your animal medication that is no good and my do more harm than any good.

This place is amazing. I went to 3 different vets before the Kitty Clinic, and one specialist who never could tell me what was wrong with my fur baby. The other vets just kept prescribing more tests and medicines that might help, but none did. Finally, I was told to try this as a last resort before putting her down. The Kitty Clinic was amazing. I walked in extrememly emotional worrying that she was so sick that i would have to put her down, and they were very calming. They went over all her paperwork, and Dr. Ruiz knew what was wrong right away. Happily, my fur baby is still with us four years later and is as happy as ever.Now all my fur babies go there and they know me when I walk in.The vet techs are super compassionate towards the kitties and gentle. The cost is pretty average for vets if not a little on the cheaper side. They always work with me to make sure I can come in even if they technically have no availability for the day. I have never been rushed out, and Dr. Ruiz and her vet techs always take the time to ensure I understand what is going on.

We have been going to The Kitty Clinic ever since we had a bad experience with another vet. So it's been at least 8 years . We have 5 cats and Dr Ruiz has been our only vet . She is so sweet and loving with our cats. She gets that we are cat people and go above and beyond for our cats. The staff is so amazing there. I had to say how much I love kitty clinic and Dr Ruiz after I read some false descriptions about her . She is serious about cats and their care; if your not she won't be afraid to tell you. Which is how it should be. She is always putting their interest first . That's the kind of vet I want . One who is passionate about animals and their health. It's insulting to me when anyone writes anything negative about her or The Kitty Clinic. Best vet ! My only regret is Dr. Ruiz doesn't treat humans. If she did she would be my Doctor !

My close friend who rescues animals, came here with a kitten that had been abandoned and was very sick. This baby only weighed 10 ounces. When they arrived they were greeted by a staff who told them how horrible they were for treated this kitten so badly. When my friend tried to tell them the kitten was a rescue, they didn't believe her and continued to treat her badly. My friend has rescued more animal than I can count. I can't believe they treated her this way. Please stay away from Kitty Clinic in Clinton Twp.

Really great vet. Dr. Tina Ruiz is so good with cats you'll question if she maybe is hiding a secret tail.This vet is only for cats as the name suggests, so they really cater to your animal. It's very affordable and all meds you may need they can help you find the best deal or get transdermals if available *that's when they have a pharmacy compound the pills into an ointment for their ears to absorb* Anyone with a cat knows getting a pill down is hard to do. The older the animal the more complicated. The first time I brought my cat here the vet tecs and vet really took time to listen to my kitty's health history and needs. They thoroughly explain any issues and ask what else you want to know about procedures, side effects of meds, therapy, etc..now i would never go anywhere else.They do have a long list of patients so I suggest making appointments as far in advance as you can, but if you explain you need to come in for x reason asap, they'll work with you. i trust my 4 legged baby here and they will treat you and your like family.

The vets and staff here are very knowledgeable and also very caring. They are also very thorough and are good at explaining procedures to owners. I highly recommend them. They seem to know a lot more things about cats then my regular vet knows. Plus they don't charge you an arm and a leg.

This place is amazing. I went to 3 different vets before the Kitty Clinic, and one specialist who never could tell me what was wrong with my fur baby.
