When I first got Alli, she had manage, mites in her ears, dead teeth in her mouth, a huge lump in her throat, and was very underweight. I kept trying and trying to find a good vet for her that did not only cure her from her obvious issues but made it so she could live comfortable again. She had almost no fur when I got her! :( I found this place about 6 months ago and now she is energetic, she actually likes going for walks! She is growing her hair back and no longer spends all day scratching herself. She is a completely new dog, thank you for making her happy again. I can actually pet and comb my dogs hair now! I am so geeked out about my fur babies health. Thank you Thank you Read Less

Very caring staff. We had a dachshund with a herniated disc in his back, (IVDD) causing paralysis of his back legs. Our previous vet told us to put him down or go to U of M, which was $2500 to $5000 for the surgery with no guarantees. Kendra was the only vet in the area with any history of treating dogs with this disease. She was honest with us and let us know she had some experience with IVDD but not extensive. She created a care plan for him that did not require surgery. Told us some owners do choose to put them down, as it is a lot of work. We decided we had to at least try her plan and see how he did. We saw improvement in 12 weeks when he started wagging his tail again, within 4 months he was walking again. He lived another 8 years. She has been our vet ever since. We currently have an adopted rescue golden retriever/german shepherd mix, and she is wonderful with him as well. She has a calm, gentle approach with our animals that we love. Also great caring staff. Read Less

We had a potentially sick guinea pig and there aren't many exotic pet vets in the area (we are in Saginaw) and Clio Animal Hospital was the only one that could get us in the next day. Dr. Reynolds was very knowledgeable and so sweet to both our pigs (we brought both since they had never been separated before - we didn't want to stress out the sick one more than we had to with separation anxiety). She examined our little buddy thoroughly, taking her time to make sure she gave the right diagnosis - she even did a quick check of our other pig since he was with us. We were given some good overall care tips and it was obvious she genuinely cared about our little guys. I highly recommend anyone with exotic pets in the area to visit Dr. Reynolds and her staff. The half hour drive was worth it! Read Less
