This place is fantastic. I have a dog with seizures. While he can't be cured the Doctors have done a great job of helping use understand and manage the issue. Any time we call with a question we get a call back from the same doctor within 24 hours. The costs here are very reasonable as well. The doctors here have saved my dogs life. My dog was experiencing chronic pain and muscle spasms in his neck. It was horrifying. While I did pay the hefty price for an MRI, it was worth it. I worked with the doctors to find a solution. My dog has had zero pain in over three years thanks to conservative treatment and accupuncture. They worked with me to find options to avoid spinal surgery, if possible. In addition, the office staff is like family. They treat my dog like royalty. I do not know what I would do without them. I will say that some of the doctors are more friendly than others. However, I know they all love the pets. They are passionate about animals and it truly shows. Read Less

Had a huge scare with my dog today. She's recovering from a slipped disc the past week and my vet said that if she lost any mobility in her back legs to see a neurologist immediately. Well, happy Easter to me. Came home from running an errand and she was screaming and wasn't moving her right back leg. Took her here and they did a full neurological and physical exam. Turns out she's okay and they suspected the issue with her leg was phantom pain from her back and she probably over-exerted herself when I got home to greet me. Recommended bed rest and to keep her on the meds we were already giving her. Paid a very small exam fee and we were off. A vet with integrity who doesn't up sale and take advantage of hysterical pet parents is a pretty rare thing. We're so grateful. The piece of mind is priceless. Read Less

Have been here twice. First time my (young!!) dog ate drugs (we figured out later, because he threw up when we were back home) which he found near by the high school. They assumed it was a severe back problem ... cost me about $300. Second time: Very old dog of a friend of mine wasn’t able to walk anymore, not able to drink , or eat. They recommended to get VERY expensive tests done (x-rays , MRI etc). Why am I writing this review that late? Just found the overpriced meds for my dog in the kitchen I never needed because he was just high from marijuana. Wondering if the combination of Tramadol & marijuana would have killed him...?! The first time I brought buster to see Dr. Wolf he was helpful and gave him steroids for his problem. The second time we came there six months later with another problem he said he could only do an MRI to diagnose the problem he told us it would be $2000 by the time we were done it was close to $4000. To find out he had an ear infection. There was no one to greet us at the desk no one even offered any type of payment plan. Every time I called with any questions about busters condition no one even called me back after all the money we spent there. I thought everybody was very cold there . Read Less

Prior to today, we had only the best things to say about Dr. Wolf and his staff. Our doxie has had two operations there to the tune of $9,000. Yes, they are expensive, but we felt that our doxie received excellent care from caring staff. Unfortunately, I called today to make an appointment, and the woman taking the call was brusk and had tones of distain and condescension in her voice from the minute she answered the call. Perhaps she was in the middle of an emergency, but it was a real turn off and tarnished the view we have of this clinic. Read Less

We had the very best experience. Chloe was having very odd episodes. AEC sent us here and Dr. Wolf ran tests and came up with a herniated disc in her neck diagnosis. Surgery was done two weeks ago. My dachshund Louise is currently recovering from surgery at the center. She has received immediate attention, care and surgery for a life threatening condition. I can call whenever I need to and they immediately respond with updates. Additionally, I have received prompt calls on both days from the Neurologist giving me updates on her progress. Un caring place , snotty employees ,no help to our sick dog . they would not listen to our concerns about our dog and that something was strange because our other dogs had it too all at the same time . They did not seem to want to find what was wrong and sent us home with pain pills only .. . I contacted our vet office today and told her what was happening to our dogs and the RECEPTIONIST there figured it out what toxin was attacking our dogs after our 2 minute conversation on the phone . At this poor excuse for a vet they told us no toxins would cause our dogs to have paralysis and pain and most certainly could not be something they ingested ... Also told US to call poison control ourselfs .. What the heck did we just pay you 200 bucks for ??? To call ourselves ??? Thank God our dogs have started to recover ON THEIR OWN..... This vet got 200 bucks for NOTHING... Must be how they keep the place open is deceit because it certainly is not their love or knowledge of animals . Read Less

Very good experience with my dog here. Very kind staff. We saw Dr. Moore who explained everything in detail. Right after he examined him he determined surgery wasn't necessary. He explained why an MRI was and a possible spinal tap was necessary. I had both done on my guy and now I know exactly what we are dealing with and am developing a plan of action with my dog. I drove two hours to get here and it was well worth it. I would recommend this place if your dog needs to see a neurologist. Read Less

We took our English bulldog there one evening after a seizure. Our vet had been seeing her and giving her medication for seizures. She ended up being filled with cancer and that was why she was having breathing problems and seizures. We had to say goodbye to her in our arms as they gave her the shot that took her to her rainbow bridge. They were very compassionate during the difficult decision and made what was one of our families worst loss. They waited for our sons to arrive and let us spend her last moments with all of us. She passed in my husband's arms surrounded by all of us. We are so grateful to them for being there for our family. I can not say enough praise for this facility and all who work there. Read Less
