staff is nice, prices are a bit high, I also had my dogs nails trimmed here and they were cut far too short with some bleeding. try tail waggers for shots and getting your pet fixed and good groomers ...

In my understanding of the situation, my dog may have died, but he didn't need to die, in my best estimation, the way the did if I were given the facts and information.to make more informed medical decision.

When my cat scratched him, he punched the table, screamed damn it, continued to yell at me and stormed out of the room like a maniac. It might be time to retire you old psychopath.

My boyfriend and I came across Caputo when his elderly cat needed to be put down. They were very professional, gave him his options and when the time came, they gave him time to spend with his cat before they took him. A week later, we received a condolence card from Caputo, which was really nice.
We now have a Boston terrier mix dog and take him to Caputo for all his veterinarian needs. They are great because they send reminders of the vaccinations he needs and when we take him there, they don’t push for extras. The receptionists know our dog by name and the doctors are great. Highly recommended!

Their prices are a little bit on the higher side. The secretary was super nice. They give you options to help your pet if budget is an issue. The vet was just okay, not the friendliest vet I've met.

where is my first review. To have your Dog examined is downright scary and it will instantly break your bank account. Just for examing my dog cost me a whopping $178. The Receptionist did not inform me that it was $45 for a Distemper shot and $42 for Rabies, $28 for a few antibiotics, $28 for tiny amount of Tramadol and $25 for a tiny amount of anti-itch medication AND if I want his tooth pulled it was another $400, so $578 for one tooth. I am a Senior Citizen on Social Security I can't afford these prices. She should have given me an itemized list of charges instead of hitting me with an outrageous bill. Never going back there, next time it's HSHV where it will be a 1/3 of the price.

I came to this vet after visiting one prior to it. I left the other one because the customer service didn't seem all that great. I didn't feel welcome and on top of that the walk in fee was double what I'm used to. I left the vet that is 5 minutes down the road to drive a half an hour to this one. It's safe to say this is where I will be bringing my animals from now on. The staff was pleasant, the service was quick, and the prices were perfect.
I was in and out in about 20 minutes. To make it simple, I was thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend driving out of your way to visit this veterinary office.

Did not like the doctor we saw. He didn't acknowledge my dog or interact with her at all. He had the tech bring the dog back in the room after he examined her and gave her shots and didn't even bothe...
Did not like the doctor we saw. He didn't acknowledge my dog or interact with her at all. He had the tech bring the dog back in the room after he examined her and gave her shots and didn't even bother to come and speak to me abut what he thought was causing her pain and making her limp... Which was the reason I took her in!! The tech handed me her Leash and sent us to the counter to pay! I had to ask her to get the doctor so I could ask him for his diagnosis and treatment plan! We have been going here for years and this was the worst experience we have had. And I still haven't received the results of the $72 blood work they did which he was supposed to call me with the following day!

My boyfriend and I came across Caputo when his elderly cat needed to be put down. They were very professional, gave him his options and when the time came, they gave him time to spend with his cat before they took him. A week later, we received a condolence card from Caputo, which was really nice.
We now have a Boston terrier mix dog and take him to Caputo for all his veterinarian needs. I came to this vet after visiting one prior to it. I left the other one because the customer service didn't seem all that great. I didn't feel welcome and on top of that the walk in fee was double what I'm used to. I left the vet that is 5 minutes down the road to drive a half an hour to this one. It's safe to say this is where I will be bringing my animals from now on. The staff was pleasant, the service was quick, and the prices were perfect.
