Honestly the best first experience of a veterinary office I have ever experienced. I was really worried about a specific inflammation in my cat. They were luckily able to get me in that day. Every single person that works there is friendly and seems genuinely interested in getting to know your pet. I think I met with a Vet named Tim. He was great. Attention to detail. The front office staff is welcoming. These people obviously really care about animals. I will be using them from now on.

Though this was my first time visiting with my Feline pet, I have to say that the Veterinary Center was very clean both inside and the surrounding perimeters. The staff was very friendly and courteous to me and very gentle with my pet--and the doctor, or should I say the vet, who met my Tommy T., handle him with great care and concern for his well-being! He spoke very clearly so that I would understand what he was talking about concerning the health of my pet... Meaning; he didn't try to talk over my head, making me feel inadequate as to understanding what the medical terms or was about! Thanks Dr. Tim.

Very upset with this vet. I was there before and was pleased and came back when my cat had something wrong with her toe. Dr. Wanted to do surgery ASAP so she stayed there all weekend. I’m now seeing that surgery may have been premature. It was $200 to have her seen and another $600 for the surgery and a teeth cleaning. I was not scheduled with a follow up nor told that taking out her sutures would be another $25.50. They say it’s free that’s just for an “office visit”, that frankly they didn’t even inform me I would need. I called back because her foot looks great and I was worried the stitches are now hindering the healing.
If feel taken advantage of when I was most vulnerable.
Didn’t even talk to a vet when I picked her up.
I’ll never come back. They should be ashamed.

Applied for a Receptionist job here, was told they weren't hiring. Then I get a call back for an interview...I'm thinking they changed their mind and really needed a receptionist. Get there in plenty of time since I don't live nowhere from the vet, taken in an exam room, interviewed and was told by the person who interviewed me that they just wanted to meet me, they still weren't hiring. I pretty much wasted my time going and I believe the only reason why she called me and had me thinking I was being interviewed for a job when I wasn't because she wanted to see if I was black or white.

I asked will my bird be ok he rudely said I DON'T KNOW, but birds don't belong in captivity. My bird died the next day. Why take my money if you can't tell me what's wrong with my pet? I mean isn't that what vet's get paid for? Never again!!! He also VERY RUDE!

Dr. Alice also figured out a simple solution to an anxiety problem my dog had been having for years, that I had discussed with another vet who thought there was nothing that could be done. Her life was so much better after that!
We have recently moved almost an hour away and I keep putting off finding a new vet because I love Dr. Alice so much that I don't want to stop going there.

We have been taking our pets to the Jefferson vet clinic for 10 years. Both vets are absolutely the best. They are practical, responsive to our requests for information about treatment options, and excellent with our two cats. We are confident that Chloe and Emile receive the best care possible. Although our cats are never thrilled to see the red cat carrier come out of the closet -- it means that it is time for their annual physical - they enjoy the attention they receive from Dr. Alice and purr loudly during their visit. I highly recommend these competent, caring vets.

More than bad is the only thing that comes to mind. I paid an outragious fee for three days of an I V to hydrate my puppy Junior. I paid hundreds and when I was a little short I was not allowed to make payments on only the last hundred and I was refused my sick puppy. This was not told to me before I admitted him. I was told that my puppy would be held there and charged daily fees until I could pay for him to get out. It was like puppy prison. When I asked for the ability to make payments in a short time the vet walked into the back and left me waiting for an answer while the vet slipped out the back door. After I got him out I didn't get all the medicine I paid for. Now my puppy is sick with roundworms and v0miting bl00d. My calls have NEVER been answered for the past 6 months and I can't afford to take him another place and pay for an office visit again just to get medicine I already paid for. It is not caring when the only thing cared about is getting more money and not the well being of a puppy. Now I have to take this place to Court just to get the medicine I already paid for.

The very best veterinarian clinic you could ask for. The staff is phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable people who genuinely love animals. I first went there because I was so impressed by their decision to take a risk and build a fantastic building in a blighted area of the city. Now I can't imagine going anywhere else. My dog is terrified of new and unfamiliar situations, but they are so wonderful to him. I can't say enough about our vet.

Very upset with this vet. I was there before and was pleased and came back when my cat had something wrong with her toe. Dr. Wanted to do surgery ASAP so she stayed there all weekend. I’m now seeing that surgery may have been premature. It was $200 to have her seen and another $600 for the surgery and a teeth cleaning. I was not scheduled with a follow up nor told that taking out her sutures would be another $25.50. They say it’s free that’s just for an “office visit”, that frankly they didn’t even inform me I would need. I called back because her foot looks great and I was worried the stitches are now hindering the healing.
If feel taken advantage of when I was most vulnerable.
Didn’t even talk to a vet when I picked her up.
I’ll never come back. They should be ashamed.

Applied for a Receptionist job here, was told they weren't hiring. Then I get a call back for an interview...I'm thinking they changed their mind and really needed a receptionist. Get there in plenty of time since I don't live nowhere from the vet, taken in an exam room, interviewed and was told by the person who interviewed me that they just wanted to meet me, they still weren't hiring. I pretty much wasted my time going and I believe the only reason why she called me and had me thinking I was being interviewed for a job when I wasn't because she wanted to see if I was black or white.

I asked will my bird be ok he rudely said I DON'T KNOW, but birds don't belong in captivity. My bird died the next day. Why take my money if you can't tell me what's wrong with my pet? I mean isn't that what vet's get paid for? Never again!!! He also VERY RUDE!

They suggested we wait after checking out the dog, and so we returned later. They were great with the dog and with care instructions for after the surgery. The staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding.

Dr. Alice also figured out a simple solution to an anxiety problem my dog had been having for years, that I had discussed with another vet who thought there was nothing that could be done. Her life was so much better after that!
We have recently moved almost an hour away and I keep putting off finding a new vet because I love Dr. Alice so much that I don't want to stop going there.

We have been taking our pets to the Jefferson vet clinic for 10 years. Both vets are absolutely the best. They are practical, responsive to our requests for information about treatment options, and excellent with our two cats. We are confident that Chloe and Emile receive the best care possible. Although our cats are never thrilled to see the red cat carrier come out of the closet -- it means that it is time for their annual physical - they enjoy the attention they receive from Dr. Alice and purr loudly during their visit. I highly recommend these competent, caring vets.

More than bad is the only thing that comes to mind. I paid an outragious fee for three days of an I V to hydrate my puppy Junior. I paid hundreds and when I was a little short I was not allowed to make payments on only the last hundred and I was refused my sick puppy. This was not told to me before I admitted him. I was told that my puppy would be held there and charged daily fees until I could pay for him to get out. It was like puppy prison. When I asked for the ability to make payments in a short time the vet walked into the back and left me waiting for an answer while the vet slipped out the back door. After I got him out I didn't get all the medicine I paid for. Now my puppy is sick with roundworms and v0miting bl00d. My calls have NEVER been answered for the past 6 months and I can't afford to take him another place and pay for an office visit again just to get medicine I already paid for. It is not caring when the only thing cared about is getting more money and not the well being of a puppy. Now I have to take this place to Court just to get the medicine I already paid for.

The very best veterinarian clinic you could ask for. The staff is phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable people who genuinely love animals. I first went there because I was so impressed by their decision to take a risk and build a fantastic building in a blighted area of the city. Now I can't imagine going anywhere else. My dog is terrified of new and unfamiliar situations, but they are so wonderful to him. I can't say enough about our vet.
