This is a great veterinary clinic!! I've been taking my dogs here for many years!! The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they are very very exspensive!!! I honestly don't know how a normal person living paycheck to paycheck could even afford to take their animals here!!! They really need to do something to try and get their prices lower!! My experience with Dr. Marshall has been a very excellent one. I brought my pet dog Maggie to the Dr.after many months of being treated by a neighboring vet. I found out through Dr. Marshall that Maggie had been misdiagnosed by the previous vet. The misdiagnosis in my opinion was a severe one. Maggie was on many med's that were not needed and may have exacerbated her condition (that's my opinion). The Dr. took Maggie off several med's and put Maggie on different med's and some were all natural, the Dr. likes to use all natural when she can. The Dr. put Maggie through an intensive examination and showed me what she was doing and why. The Dr. showed me the x-rays and explained them. Unlike the previous vet that dismissed most of my observations, the good Dr. listened attentively as I explained my observations. The Dr. likes to hear what you have to say, it helps her to diagnose the health of your pet. I can not say enough about Dr. Marshall, she my have very well saved Maggie's life. Three years ago we rescued our precious Georgia. We never knew her true age, however, she seemed in good health. A couple of months ago she started not acting herself and the staff at Hollow Corners did everything they could for her. On April 16th, we rushed her to them because she was exhibiting some troubling signs. They prepared us that it was probably neurological and transferred us to the vet hospital. Her symptoms worsened over night and we were told we had to make a hard decision. While we have missed Georgia every day since she crossed the rainbow bridge, the staff at Hollow Corners has been amazing! They sent us a personalized sympathy card, called us today to let us know that after reviewing the invoice, they needed to subtract $35 of charges and are looking for the blanket we left behind. Once our hearts heal from the loss, and we are able to rescue another dog, this will be the only vet we will ever choose! The staff are amazing, I drive an hour to get to this location as its the only place who has avian experience my Umbrella Cockatoo, Sir Iago is so well behaved they always tell me how smart he is and how easy it is for them to handle him.
